Yandere Milfs Devouring In Eroge Game

Chapter 199: The Command Bunker of K-9

"You are going to do what you do best, Yena," Kai smiled, reaching out to gently brush a dark lock of hair away from her scarred cheek before his hand settled firmly on the hilt of his sword. "You are going to break their front door, I am going to freeze their detonators, and together, we are going to show those overseers exactly why you should never threaten my citizens."

"That sounds like a wonderfully straightforward tactical plan," Yena agreed with a sharp, fearless grin, her amber eyes burning with cold anticipation while she spun her super-cooled obsidian spear into a ready stance. "I am getting entirely too tired of mercenaries using innocent laborers as shields every time they realize they cannot win a fight on their own merits."

"Tyrants always rely on hostages when their armor fails them, but they always forget that spatial manipulation completely ignores fortified walls," Kai replied smoothly, raising his left hand to tap directly into the ambient cosmic currents flowing through his Level 66 domain.

He closed his eyes for a single second, letting his sovereign consciousness expand outward through the void, bypassing the massive orbital distance between Ignis Prime and the outer asteroid belts until his mind locked onto the exact telemetry coordinates broadcasting from the Iron Revenant.

"Stay close to my side and keep your shield angled toward the center of the room," Kai instructed quietly, his fingers weaving a complex pattern of azure light into the cool morning air. "We are dropping directly into their security hub, and I want the room entirely secured before their commander can even reach for his remote detonator."

He clenched his fist, and the fabric of reality simply split open with a sharp, crystalline chime, creating a swirling, vertical tear of pure starlight that revealed the dimly lit, grease-stained interior of a heavily fortified underground bunker.

Without waiting for the mercenaries on the other side to notice the disturbance, Kai stepped effortlessly through the spatial threshold, with Yena moving like a shadow right at his shoulder, her glowing blue shield instantly snapping up to cover their blind flank.

The transition was instantaneous, and the cool, flower-scented breeze of the Emerald Crown was immediately replaced by the stale, metallic air of a sealed command bunker that smelled heavily of cheap tobacco and sweating, panicked men.

The bunker was a sprawling, circular chamber buried deep within the solid rock of the asteroid, filled with flickering console screens and heavily armed guards who were currently lounging on ammo crates while they watched security monitors displaying the suffocating worker barracks below.

At the center of the room sat a massive, cybernetically enhanced commander wearing a heavy suit of reinforced industrial power armor, his boots propped up on a metal desk while he lazily twirled a glowing red detonation trigger around his metal index finger.

"I am telling you, Commander Vance, the Barons are not going to send a rescue fleet," a nervous lieutenant muttered, wiping sweat from his forehead as he paced back and forth near the primary airlock controls. "We lost the capital relay three hours ago, and there is a sixty-ship pirate armada currently holding orbit right outside our weapon range. If we do not negotiate with them soon, they are going to blow this entire rock into gravel!"

"Let them try, idiot," Vance sneered, his synthetic vocal cords buzzing harshly as he spat a wad of dark tobacco onto the steel floor plating. "The moment that pirate dreadnought fires a single torpedo at our shields, I push this button, and twelve thousand miners down in the lower shafts turn into extra-crispy bacon. Those fancy new rulers want to play the hero, which means they will pay the five million credits just to save face."

"I am afraid you vastly overestimate the market value of your threats, Commander Vance," Kai’s deep voice echoed through the sealed bunker, smooth and completely devoid of warmth, cutting through the hum of the consoles like a blade of solid ice.

Vance jumped in his command chair, nearly dropping his detonator as he and forty heavily armed mercenaries spun around to face the center of the room, their eyes widening in absolute, paralyzing horror as they realized two glowing warriors had just materialized out of thin air inside their locked fortress.

"How in the abyss did you get past the blast shields!?" Vance roared, his hand instantly scrambling to grip the glowing red detonation switch while his guards scrambled to raise their heavy pulse-rifles. "Kill them! Open fire right now before he can cast another spell!"

"You talk entirely too much," Yena sighed softly, and she simply vanished from Kai’s side, launching herself forward with a massive burst of kinetic force that cracked the steel floor beneath her boots.

She did not even give the front rank of mercenaries time to pull their triggers, crashing directly into their line with her glowing starlight shield raised high, shattering their chest plates and sending six heavily armored men flying backward into the flashing console arrays.

Before the remaining guards could track her movement, Yena spun her super-cooled obsidian spear in a blinding, horizontal arc, using the blunt shaft to effortlessly disarm three soldiers before sweeping their legs out from under them with a brutal, physics-defying kick.

"The switch!" Vance screamed in panic, realizing his guards were being systematically dismantled in seconds, and his thumb slammed down hard toward the glowing red button of his remote detonator.

He never made contact.

Kai did not take a single step forward, nor did he bother drawing the Void-Star Fang; he merely glanced at the cybernetic commander’s hand and snapped his fingers, sending a highly concentrated, microscopic pulse of absolute zero mana directly across the room.

The air surrounding Vance’s wrist instantly flash-froze, turning the ambient moisture in the room into a thick, unbreakable block of solid blue ice that completely encased the commander’s hand and his detonator in a fraction of a second.

"My finger... it will not move!" Vance shrieked, his eyes bulging as the terrifying, numbing cold seeped directly through his cybernetic plating, completely short-circuiting the neural wires connecting his brain to his mechanical arm.

"That is because your arm is currently frozen at absolute zero, Commander," Kai explained calmly, walking slowly across the room with his hands clasped casually behind his back while Yena efficiently knocked the last remaining mercenary unconscious with a sharp strike to the back of the helmet. "If you attempt to force the joint, your titanium fingers will simply shatter like cheap glass, meaning you will never be able to push that button, and you will never receive a single credit of your ransom."

Vance stumbled backward away from his desk, grasping his frozen wrist with his organic hand while his face turned pale with overwhelming, paralyzing dread as he looked from the groaning bodies of his elite guards to the towering, frost-covered king standing before him.

"You... you are the Cosmic Sovereign," Vance stammered, his arrogant confidence instantly evaporating as he recognized the twelve-pointed snowflake emblem glowing brightly on Kai’s dark silk uniform. "Please... I was just following standard Syndicate security protocols! We were ordered to secure the mining assets in the event of an invasion!"

"Standard security protocols do not include suffocating twelve thousand innocent men and women in their dormitories," Kai corrected him coldly, stopping right in front of the trembling commander while his Level 66 domain pressed down upon the room with suffocating, gravitational force. "You chose to treat human lives as currency, Vance, and unfortunately for you, my empire does not negotiate with slave drivers."

[System: Tactical Objective Secured.]

"Do it," Kai commanded mentally, interfacing directly with the asteroid’s central mainframe through his sovereign administrative ledger.

A soft, melodic chime echoed through the bunker’s intercom speakers, followed immediately by the deep, reassuring rumble of the station’s massive atmospheric processors spinning back to life, pumping fresh, clean oxygen directly down into the lower worker barracks.

"It seems your hostages are no longer in danger, Commander," Yena noted smoothly, walking up to join Kai while she casually wiped a smear of machine grease off the shaft of her spear. "Which means you have entirely run out of leverage, and we have entirely run out of patience."

"What... what are you going to do to us?" Vance whispered, sinking to his knees on the cold steel floor as he finally accepted his total defeat.

"I am going to let my new Admiral handle your discipline," Kai replied smoothly, turning his head toward the glowing spatial rift that still hung open in the center of the bunker. "Admiral Malakor, you may send your boarding parties down now. The bunker is completely secure, and the explosives are frozen."

Through the portal, the static-laced voice of Lord Malakor chuckled with deep, unadulterated satisfaction over the station’s local communication network.

"My marines are already breaching the outer airlocks, Sovereign," Malakor announced proudly over the comms. "We will drag these trash bags out of your bunker and put them to work cleaning the plasma manifolds on the cruisers. Great work saving the miners, Kai; my boys are already breaking open the supply vaults to distribute emergency rations down in the shafts."

"Ensure that the miners are treated with absolute respect, Malakor, and have your quartermasters begin integrating the raw ether-crystals into our supply lines immediately," Kai instructed calmly, swiping away the floating blue completion panels as the new mining schematic settled directly into his mental repository.

"We just gained an absolute monopoly over the sector’s ether-crystal production," Kai murmured softly to Yena, offering her a warm, deeply affectionate smile as they turned to walk back toward the spatial gateway. "Which means our Star-Forged artisans now have the exact materials they need to construct our permanent cities, and our dominion is officially self-sustaining."
