The old man looked at him with hatred in his eyes and said, "You used the branding techniques in this righteous world in my face. If it were not for that old fucking man in the Fang family, that old snail who keeps hiding in his family’s own shell, I would have been the most powerful in this realm already."
"And now you, young man, try to use your own abilities, demonic and evil, to take control over my own son. You should see just how wrong you were to make such a pathetic attempt at control."
The old man did not hesitate.
His hands began to turn into bloody claws as he began to transform entirely into a dragon.
Suddenly his own body began to transform into a Long dragon.
The dragon appeared, suddenly red in color. Its hair and its own actual body were red and bright.
The entirety of the space around both of them was crackling and breaking under the pressure of the man.
This was the power of a Heavenly Immortal.
One that could actually command the world, command their Dao, and command their own heavenly law.
This was no normal person and was indeed not a normal fighter or cultivator of the Heavenly Immortal realm.
He was already half-step Grand Immortal. If it were not for the powers of Fang Zun, he would have probably been the most powerful existence in the entirety of the world.
Li Jiwen said with a sarcastic tone, "Now, now, now, old man, do not get angry at me. You know that your own son was in the wrong for attacking suddenly, and you are the most wrongful person here."
"You know that I was powerful, and yet you still pushed him to fight me. Is that not all your fault, old man? Now you will see your own son getting killed or controlled, and you would not do anything."
Li Jiwen said as if he was actually adding diesel on top of all the flames that had already burned the heart of the man.
The man’s eyes turned red from anger.
It was anything that would not totally make a reaction out of him, but only his family and especially his own son.
The man, now a dragon, charged at Li Jiwen wanting to break him into pieces.
But Li Jiwen did not care too much about it and said, "Well now, do not get too angry and too cocky."
Li Jiwen finally made the sword disappear, and his own Sword of Neutralization appeared in his hand.
He looked at the man and said, "Well now, old man, let us just see who will win."
Then he charged at the dragon.
The spacetime continuum in the surroundings began to break into pieces as the void outside began to engulf the world in this place.
This was a fight that could not be stopped in this realm. If they wanted, they could destroy the entirety of the world with a couple of steps, and it would not take much time.
A fight broke out, and Li Jiwen came closer to the man.
The dragon’s own claw began to go through the spacetime continuum and launched at Li Jiwen.
The sword in his hand just moved at a speed that could not even be comprehended or measured, and he blocked back the bloody claw.
At the very same time, the dragon began to attack again, and Li Jiwen did not stop.
Hundreds of thousands of spells were cast at the very same instant as Li Jiwen’s own armor now regained his spiritual energy at an exceedingly fast rate.
He did not fear actually getting his armor into nothing, and he knew that.
At the same time that he was doing so, Li Jiwen continued to flourish attacks.
The barrage of attacks did not stop.
One hand from here, one hand from there, a sword hit from here, a thrust from there.
He continued with the sword. At the very same time, his own spells and abilities were flowing as if they were actually his own powers, and his own might was breaking the entire world apart and turning it into its primordial elements.
He would not stop, and he wanted to actually destroy the man’s own ego and destroy the man’s own want of control over the world.
This world was going to be destroyed anyway.
The only thing of reason that he was wanting to do at the moment was to actually let the man get defeated by him and let the man’s own powers be his.
Li Jiwen did not care too much about the man’s background.
At the same time, the man finally came closer. His claws now ripped through space and attacked Li Jiwen entirely on his chest.
He moved the sword as fast as possible, but it was too late. His heart had been flung out by the man’s claws.
But still, he did not die.
A heart for a cultivator was nothing. The most important thing after the Nascent Soul realm was their own Nascent Soul. And in the True Spirit and the Spirit and the Dao Seeking realm, their own Dao within their own existence.
So a heart itself was nothing.
Li Jiwen regenerated without even suffering for a couple of seconds.
For the first time, he used his own abilities, and his sword began to enlarge into something that covered an entire three continents.
With one move, Li Jiwen made the sword fall on the head of the man.
The man could feel that if that attack came into contact with his own head, he would die.
But before Li Jiwen could actually do that, Fang Zun appeared and stopped the sword, moving it to the side with one quick move of his hand.
He said, "That is enough, fellow Taoist Li Jiwen. Do you not think so?"
Li Jiwen retrieved his sword from the side and looked at Fang Zun.
He said, "Fang Zun, Senior Fang Zun. If it was not an honor to meet you here as well."
Fang Zun looked at him and then said, "You know that this man is important to the calamity, do you not?"
Li Jiwen just laughed and said, "I do."
He did not want to destroy this chance, although that would make his own life at the moment a throwaway.
But he wanted to read, and he wanted to do something about Fang Zun.
This man was weird, and he knew it.
He wanted to test the waters.
