Lily immediately turned her head towards the direction from which Leo was coming.
Her expression instantly brightened when she saw him; she didn't even register the Wyvern he was riding or the Lizardman behind him.
Meanwhile, Agnivar and Thalvyr had their eyes wide open at the absurdity unfolding before them.
"H-how much mana does that even take?" Thalvyr muttered after seeing that wind pressure alone had formed a dome over 2 kilometres wide in the snowfall, preventing even a single flake from entering it.
Not only that, but Lily was manipulating the wind into high-pressure, thin streams that blew men around in random directions. Then there was the vertical column of wind at the very centre of the dome, stretching from the ground up to 500 meters into the sky, revolving men and small beasts alike.
And all of it was controlled by a single person who herself floated in mid-air.
*pic*
Talk about a first impression... Leo thought, already imagining what sort of image might have formed in Agnivar's and Thalvyr's minds.
Leo noticed that at random intervals, more men were getting thrown into the air by vines erupting from the ground, only to be caught in the looping wind.
Leo caught sight of Lily waving at him, and he waved back.
Scrreeee!
Leo snapped his head up to see a Skyrend Eagle panicking and trying to fly away.
"You!" Brok seemed to be struggling to control his eagle.
He peeked down towards Leo.
"B-boss! You got q-quite a ride..." he said, looking Agnivar up and down.
"My beast is refusing to get any closer to you. I will greet you properly later!"
Leo nodded and told Agnivar to head straight into the windy dome.
"I don't think I can fly in that fierce wind..." Agnivar said.
"Don't worry about it. Dive straight inside; your mother will handle things."
"She is?" Agnivar asked, his eyes widening slightly.
Leo nodded smugly.
"Don't try to misbehave. You can already see what will happen."
He then turned towards Thalvyr.
"She is my wife. Don't forget to greet her just because you are shocked."
Thalvyr nodded, silently taking in the scene before him. How could he afford to get on her bad side?
And just like Leo had said, the moment Agnivar was about to collide with the wind barrier, a wide opening appeared, large enough to fit his massive body. As he travelled through the windy surroundings, it was as if the wind around him completely died, clearing an easy path.
Such control... Agnivar thought. At a minimum, her control was already touching High Mastery.
"Leo!!"
Lily suddenly appeared right beside Leo and hugged him with such force that he was thrown off Agnivar's back.
She happily kissed his cheeks as they fell through the sky, but the next moment, Lily used wind to make them float through the air. She had even created a pressureless pocket in the sky for Agnivar to hover in, all the while maintaining the vertical column of wind that kept throwing the men around.
"I missed you so much!" she said, rubbing her face against Leo's neck.
"Me too. I missed you as well. But before we celebrate our reunion further, may I ask what is happening here?"
She simply hugged him even more tightly.
"Nothing, just a minor inconvenience. But is that your new tamed beast? You tamed a flying beast?!" she asked, pointing at Agnivar, who immediately pretended to look in another direction as though afraid Lily might target him.
Lily's strength wind mastery was enough to toy with Agnivar just as she was doing with these men, and being cautious of Leo's words about his "new mother," he didn't want to take any chances.
Lily could tell through their soulmate bond that Leo had tamed 3 beasts, but she couldn't tell exactly what they were, so a flying beast came as a surprise. She had already wanted to go on a flying ride with Leo alone, and now her wish could finally be fulfilled.
Leo lovingly patted her back.
"Yes, he is. And I have a few gifts for you too." Leo then looked around before finally turning towards the Cedar Treant.
Cedar Treant [Drycha] (High → Peak 3-star)
- Noble Bloodline (24% → 25%)
Then Leo looked back at Lily, more specifically at the translucent spirit wrapped around her body, which had even curled around him.

- Noble Bloodline (66% → 71%)
And finally, Leo checked Lily's updated stats.

"Ohh, you grew stronger," Leo said as Lily reluctantly pulled away from the hug.
"Yes, teacher helped me quite a lot. Even Drycha and Lunaria ranked up."
"Good, but why are you experimenting with your newfound powers on these people here?"
"You should have used the territory's advantageous terrain to make it easier."
She scoffed.
"I am sure these people would have abandoned the idea of attacking us if they had realised that Sylrael and the others belonged to the territory of the first-ranked freshmen, so we prepared an ambush here."
She pointed down towards Elirin, who was having the time of her life whipping a trapped man on the ass with her vines. The lashes were so brutal that his pants had been shredded away, leaving his bare butt completely red and streaked with blood, making the scene rather messy.
He was the same bald leader from before who had been throwing obnoxious comments at the group of elves led by Elirin.
"She almost got taken by these men when they cornered her in our and Sylrael's absence. I think they were in need of a lesson."
Leo nodded when he spotted Sylrael locked in a 1v1 with a lean, muscular, fair-skinned man on the ground. The man seemed to have a spirit beast by his side that was giving Sylrael a hard time.
