Absolute Beast Dominion

Chapter 579: Calling The Infernal Sunblood Physique

Gryphon [Spirit] (Low 4-star) - Super Bloodline [Wind Variant]

"So that guy is making that Gryphon keep him and his men grounded by countering your wind pressure?"

Lily nodded.

"Yes, that's the reason I haven't been able to lift him up. And if I specifically focus on him, I might lose control of this wind column in the centre."

"He looks like their leader. Why aren't you fighting him?" Leo asked.

Lily turned serious.

"That fool wanted to lay his hands on me, so Sylrael wanted to teach him a lesson about how he wasn't even worthy of my servant."

"Huhh??" Leo snapped his head towards the man.

"I just got something to deal with. Meanwhile, you can meet them." Leo pointed towards Agnivar before using his own wind manipulation to slowly glide below.

Meanwhile below...

"Hector, you motherfucker! How come they are this strong?!" the lean, muscular leader shouted as he jumped away to dodge the spike attack.

But one spike struck another man squarely in the chest, lodging deep inside his chest before detonating and immediately teleporting him into the temple.

"L-leader, the territory is clearly not marked on the map. I told the truth—they have just established their territory and are in the 1st month protection phase!"

"Then how the fuck is that pink bitch so strong?!" He looked into the sky with an anxious, frightened expression after watching almost all the men from his territory, along with their beasts, flying around.

Some had even vomited whatever they had eaten, and the vomit had splattered across other people's faces as they were tossed through the air.

It had been going on for nearly an hour!

"F-fuck! Her mana must be running out soon. After that, I will teach her a lesson! I also have a spirit beast! I also have high innate mana!"

He wasn't even able to jump properly because the upward wind thrust from Lily's control would immediately try to lift him into the air.

At that time, he felt the pressure in the surroundings reduce. His falling confidence suddenly took a different turn. The same was true for the guy named Hector.

"Leader! We should get that elf first while that pink-haired girl is distracted; she seems to be the second strongest!"

"Yes! We almost have her, look! She is tired!" the leader said as he chopped his hand down towards Sylrael. A massive vertical wind blade shot straight at her.

The thick vines that had been reaching towards the leader were severed, forcing Sylrael to dodge the blade.

Suddenly, the Gryphon appeared beside her, its claws slashing down with furious wind energy revolving around its razor-sharp talons.

Sylrael crossed her arms, and a dense bark shield materialised in front of her, where the talons lodged.

But since the beast was a spirit, it simply dispersed the furious wind surrounding its talons and broke free.

"Leader! I am sure she would be perfect by your side!" the man named Hector shouted from the side while plunging his sword into the earth to stabilise himself against the wind that reached him due to a momentary lapse in the Gryphon's counter-wind control.

"Not only is she beautiful, but she is also very strong and probably even unused since her master is a female... Well, that might be the case if the pink-haired one doesn't lean towards that direction." Hector joked, trying to elevate his image in front of the leader after getting all the blame for the wrong information.

"Hahahaha! I don't care if a girl has touched her, but you are indeed right. Just imagine how great it will be fucking her whenever I want and then making her do all the fighting!" the leader cheered.

"I can easily retire after the academy ends in 5 years!"

Hector and the leader laughed as Sylrael struggled to handle the Spirit Gryphon, lacking any offensive elemental means to attack its spirit body. Her physical vines and wood attacks were nearly useless against it, due to an almost 90% damage reduction from its spirit body.

The leader found his chance and immediately rushed in, but suddenly, a tall man landed directly in his path.

The moment Sylrael spotted him, her expression brightened. She immediately created distance from the Gryphon and knelt.

"Lord! Welcome back!"

Leo waved his hand.

"Is greeting me even more important than your life? Try dealing with that animal-bird first."

"Motherfucker, who are you?!" the leader shouted, not slowing down by even a single percent as he swung his wind-charged sword directly towards Leo's neck.

"You deaf?" Leo said before activating [Luminous Prowl Step] and appearing directly behind the leader.

Thap!

With one slap to the back of the leader's head, he found himself lying flat on the ground, on the verge of losing consciousness, and his skull fractured.

"Such weak vitality..." Leo muttered.

The leader seemed to possess strength at the Peak 3-star level, but his Vitality was only at Peak 2-star, making his constitution around Mid 3-star. Since he was a beast master, whose overall power was determined by the sum of all his stats, his personal combat strength was only at High 3-star after taking his higher Intelligence into account.

Leo looked towards the guy named Hector, particularly at his nose, which looked like it had been broken multiple times.

"So ugly, get out of my sight," Leo said before pointing a finger at the man, whose eyes had widened in horror after seeing the leader fall so effortlessly.

"Lord, please wait! Don't give a fatal blow to that man!" Sylrael called from the side.

"Huh? Why?" Leo asked while flipping his wrist as vines erupted from the ground and wrapped around the man.

Snap! Snap!

"Arrrghhh!!"

Multiple bones broke throughout the man's body from the simple constriction.

Leo had no choice but to lose the vine hold.

He turned to look at Sylrael, who was still struggling against the Gryphon. Even so, she managed to keep it at bay as it desperately tried to return to its leader and defend him from Leo.

He sighed.

"Sylrael, you really need to learn some ways to handle spirits. Like it or not, Lily is going to fill the territory with them one day."

Saying that, he extended his palm towards the Gryphon and aimed at it.

"Let's see..."

Leo's focus sharpened as he called upon his [Infernal Sunblood Physique]. At the same time, his black eyes took on a faint tint of red and gold, a change that Sylrael immediately noticed.

"Lord?"

Ding!
