In these days, as the demonic cultivators had time—since they had now successfully taken over the lower realm—they had been steadily building their sects on the newly acquired land. The top demonic factions now shifted their attention to another matter that they had been thinking about but weren’t sure about before.

These demonic factions had a certain thought, which was: "What really happened in the Lower Realm? There truly wasn’t any powerful force left, which is strange." These demonic factions thought the powerful cultivators had left temporarily, which left a big weak spot to allow them to take over the regions. The strongest demonic faction started, "We have found that all the top cultivators along with their sects had gone to invade the Eastern Region for the theft of treasure of a secret realm. After going, they never came back. It seems something powerful is in the Eastern Region."

Another demonic faction then continued, "What should we do about this? We can’t exactly leave this alone, as this is a potential danger in the future."

Other demonic sects agreed with this, as something so powerful is unlikely not to expand in the future, as this is what those in power do. Though this left many in confusion as to why the force in the Eastern Region hasn’t expanded yet.

The leader of the meeting, the strongest demonic faction, then said, "I highly doubt something so powerful can remain in the lower realm for long. Maybe they haven’t expanded due to using some kind of secret treasure to kill all these powerful cultivators, or perhaps they brought down a powerful immortal. This is a temporary power, so they probably can’t use it again, or at least not that many times."

This theory was met with agreement, as there was never a situation before where such a bizarre thing happened. Even in similar situations in the past where a few mighty sects died, it was due to the intervention of immortals. As immortals can’t stay in the mortal realm for long, this power is only temporary.
