Leo finished his speech and the auditorium echoed with loud applause, the people in the council finally understood what he was going to do as the chairman of the council, and before he got off the stage he said, "Remember, before we step firmly in the space, we need to make sure our foundation is secure and free from all worries."

Leo looked around and found that none of the people even within a few meters of them could hear these things. Then he realized something and opened his eyes wide. He mumbled, "Telepathy?"

Hank nodded and said, "Smart. Yes, I have just managed to unlock this skill. Her Holiness taught me the map of evolution."

Leo took a deep breath and replied, "Your Grace, can this map be extended to the rest of the race? Of course we cannot just hand it out as they would start manipulating it again."

Hank nodded and replied, "Her Holiness is now dividing it in stages and then we can hand it out to the people and set up a test stage so that it could be passed down to the people who meet the conditions, at the same time, have the ISC set up a division that would bring the talented people with good character into fold. Lily nodded and replied, "Yes, he was almost about to cry."

Leo hummed, he walked up to her, and scooped her in his arms and said, "Then what did you do?"

Lily sighed and said, "I didn’t say anything, I was upset but when he was about to cry I just asked him to be careful next time."

The young man nodded and replied, "I understand, that is fine. At least you didn’t say anything mean. So the moral here is that a sincere apology should be accepted, and then move on. Not everyone in the world has the heart to forgive the people, and not everyone is sincere with their apology. Timmy is a young child, just like you, he is pure and innocent of heart, so be nice, and magnanimous, forgive those who are sincere."

Lily sighed and then she replied, "Fine, I will be nice to him tomorrow."

Leo smiled and patted her head as he asked, "Did you eat something?"

Lily nodded and replied, "Alpha cooked some guacamole, and Elle and Jules also ate some of it but no spice version."

Leo hummed, Lily chatted with him for a few minutes, laying in his arms like a little kitten, and Leo turned to look at Momo, who was also resting on the side with her eyes closed. Usually this feline would be hidden so well that none of the people could sense its presence. Today it was just sleeping in the wide and Leo asked, "Momo, have you been well?"

The feline raised her head and looked at Leo and nodded, the young man said, "Soon, we will give the genetic serum to Dumpling and Dimsum as well."

Momo purred and the young man replied, "Have you improved?"

The cat didn’t say anything but stood up on its feet, then it walked closer to Leo and the young man saw the beast’s fur stand up, however, the next moment, Momo had turned translucent. He opened his eyes wide and thanks to his strong vision, he inched forward to touch the beast and found that the hair of the feline had turned into crystalline substance, they were bending the light and creating a camouflage around her. It was serene and controlled transition.

Leo asked, "Can you maintain this for prolonged periods?"

The beast meowed and Leo hummed, he could see her nodding to him, and said, "Good, but don’t use it when there are many people around you, if they find out they will try to harm you or Lily. However, you should learn how to avoid the closed circuit cameras and other security measures. This will give you an advantage to sneak ahead. Okay?"

Momo reappeared before him and then Leo reached out to pat her head gently. The cat then jumped off the table and walked gracefully tailing Lily who had gone to her room. He stood up, went to check on the twins and found they were playing with their cats, and rolling balls on the ground. Dumpling and Dimsum were smart, they have grown stronger and bigger, and Leo felt they were now ready to take the gene enhancement serum.

They would wait for Elena and Julian to roll a ball over to them and then they would roll the ball back to the children. He smiled when the children were chuckling, he took a deep breath and walked over, the cats flicked when they sensed his arrival and positioned themselves behind the children. Leo smiled and teased the twins first. When they chuckled and held his hands, he smiled and asked, "Are these two little ones good?"

Elle replied quickly, "Dim good."

Julian followed his sister, "Ling good too."

After Leo smiled he replied, "We will soon be making them as good as Momo."

Dimsum and Dumpling looked at Leo with some wariness, and only when the young man waved his hand did they move closer to him. They knew he had saved them from the hangar where they had been left behind because of their mother’s passing, animals always remember who was nice to them. Leo might not have been present for a long time he was caring for them, so after a few minutes, the cats got familiar with him again.

Three humans and two cats sat in a room playing with each other, and the room echoed with a chuckle. In the evening, Leo put the twins to their cradle for a nap, and then he went downstairs to find Snow dozing off on the couch. Leo shook his head, walked over, gently picked her up in his arms. The young lady was surprised, she woke up, and sensing his embrace, she leaned onto his shoulders and said, "You have caused me to run around all day long."

Leo chuckled and replied, "Well, please consult your daughter about this. She caused me to take on this task of ISC in the first place."

Snow snorted and said, "You both are like this, silly and stupid. What will you do without me?"

He chuckled and replied, "Yes, yes, Ma, we are all dependant on you."
