Chapter 431: Chapter 431: Watched(2)

Naledi used her teleportation more often now, combined with her ice laws actually made the technique faster.

She was more familiar with the laws of water than space after all having used them for over a hundred years.

They disappeared in a cyclone of snow and appeared in another galaxy, Ved continued flying in stealth.

Yet the feeling of being watched watched did not disappear, on the contrary it grew stronger as if whoever was watching them was getting closer.

Ved increased his speed but this meant his body started bending space on a visible level rendering his stealth pointless.

However considering they were being watched even with his stealth, it obviously wasn’t very useful here.

His flew faster than light itself and with Naledi’s teleportation, they covered vast distances rapidly.

Yet the gaze never left them but they weren’t attacked either and instead of relief that just made them more nervous.

" It won’t be long until we reach out destination, just continue flying forward and don’t mind them."

Naledi warned him when she heard him growl, Ved calmed, he had every intention to turn around and fight back then.

If she didn’t stop him, he would’ve ripped the entire galaxy to shreds to find whoever was trailing them.

After some time they finally got close to the centre of the universe, it was an empty space spanning 3 million lightyears.

The centre was surrounded by a spiraling ring if galaxies that seemed to be both a defence and a seal.

Yet right now, half of those galaxies were nearly destroyed with countless stars no longer burning.

The denizens of the planets closer to the centre were stronger and acted as defense for the universal core.

However even the strongest of them were merely at creation realm but with the support of the universe itself.

They were amongst the top of that realm with powers rivaling that of mythical grade creation realm beings at the very least.

Unfortunately there were only four of them known as the four direction lords in this region of the universe.

Here, they were considered the peak of power, the overlords of the universe but right now.

All four of them banded together to face only one man and they were not having an upper hand in the slightest.

The four direction lords were elementals of the four elements. Each universe had laws it preferred more than others.

This one seems to value the four elements of fire, wind, water and earth but Ved perfectly understood why.

As somebody who has comprehended the law of creation, he knew those four laws were quite useful in creation.

In fact, in some lore there were considered the source of creation. Every life world had them without exception.

The four direction lords used all they might shattering the stars and space around but their enemy was unshakeable.

It looked like a turtle as vast as a blur giant but its shell was made of grey bone and it had a grey eye on its forehead.

It was obviously a herald of bones, the turtle didn’t have much attack power but its defence was unbreakable leaving the four exhausted.

The void beings drew even closer and closer to core killing their way through. One of the four gritted his teeth.

He was the earth giant, he looked like a jagged rock with countless arms of stone and sand.

He had two mouths large enough to consume continents but he was still smaller than the herald turtle.

With a roar that shook space he attacked, his arms descended like heavy pillars. Shockwaves spread out ripping space to shreds.

But the herald turtle stood still unmoving, this made him frustrated. " Go, I’ll deal with this!" His voice boomed like a loud drum.

Ved was confused, he obviously couldn’t even damage his opponent, how did he plan to deal with it.

However when he looked at the others, he saw them nod at the elemental with extreme resolve in their eyes.

Ved immediately realised the elemental planned to sacrifice himself in this battle to take out this tank.

He ignored them and flew further in, even when he was now surrounded by others the gaze remained on them.

His speed slowed down lest he alert even more enemies, one was already enough they couldn’t afford more.

Just as Ved was about to sneak away he saw something, in front of the elemental stood a single figure with fur shining like polished silver.

Ved recognised him as one of Fenral’s descendants and not just any descended but his son.

He was not the strongest amongst Fenral’s sons but he had a reputation of his own and he was strong.

What made him special though was that even though his bloodline is was not the most pure.

He had awakened a special ability of the Fenrir bloodline, an ability called howl of the silver moon.

The new arrival worked with the four direction lords to push back the turtle herald, the turtle herald finally retreated.

It had a low attack power but its defence was too insane, even though they pushed it back they couldn’t harm it at all.

The silver wolf finally used its ability, its body turned into silver particles and it lunged at the turtle.

He phased through the turtle’s massive body appearing on the other side, his fur has lost some of its luster.

But his eyes were shining with triumph, he looked back and saw the turtle herald standing there unmoving.

But its face was painted with a grimace, it appeared to be in agony even though there were no wounds on its body.

The turtle turned back at the wolf and opened its mouth, it looked absolutely pissed.

A beam on black light appeared on its mouth and before anybody could react it fired it at the world.

But the light beam was not very fast and easy to dodge for a creation realm wolf, unfortunately they had underestimated it.

The black beam turned and chased after the wolf, Ved watched for some time before he continued with his mission.

But proceeding beyond this point was harder as the battles were everywhere, a stray shockwave could even hurt him.
