Just as Sean was smiling, his expression freezes, in front of him, a giant beetle appears, it has some cracks on it’s shell but it quickly recovers.

"A true Innate?" He was shocked, suddenly, the sky darkens.

Sensing this, his eyes glints with a sharp light.

This creature has reached the limit of power of this world and invited the thing that many invaders dreads.

Sean focuses his mind and one of the runes in his body activates.

With a pale face, he turns to Minerva, who, without hesitation, grabs him and flies away.

The beetle let out a loud cry that causes Minvera to burst into flame, she cries and transforms into a streak of light, returning to Sean’s body.

Tumbling on the ground, he can’t help but feel his body is getting broken but it’s just his imagination, that attack was absorbed by Minerva but because of this, she’s currently unavailable for the next twenty four hours.

’Without spiritual energy, I’m basically skin and bones, I shouldn’t had wasted my vital force."

The sky darkens so much that even those from the city can see it, it spreads so wide that Maki and the others witnessed it.

Sean, who was watching everything was shocked, he saw what the beetle used to absorb the damage of the lightning strike.

The beetle’s injury grows worse while Sean transforms into a charcoal person.

He doesn’t care, he shifts the rune from Heavenly Rune to Devouring Rune, absorbing the power of the strike.

His body starts to grow bigger and with another Shocking Palm, he causes the beetle to cry in pain.
