The room started shaking, and at that moment, a massive woman’s hand punched through the floor.

It was a slender hand. Yet gigantic. As if it belonged to a slender-bodied female giant. The nails were painted a deep, glossy black.

In that moment, the giant hand formed into a fist. It then pounded towards Fang Raon with incredible force.

"Why don’t we calm down for a moment!"

Fang Raon shouted as he dodged the giant fist, but then purple birds flew at him and smashed straight into him!

Suddenly, she started feeling very sleepy, and she wanted nothing more than to fall down on her bed and drift off into a deep slumber.

"You will be a beautiful experiment. I can’t wait to explore your body in its entirety. I am dying to find out whether beautiful women like you are as soft and delicate as they appear."

Devon said with a smile.

In that moment, a sword hurled through the air. A black sword. It was coming straight for Devon’s head!

Xiao Yue dropped to the ground. She was asleep.

In that moment, several skeletons broke apart, as Fang Raon smashed his way through them with nothing but his fists.

He then took Xiao Yue into a carry and reached out his hand towards the Blackest Blade, and his ring started glowing.

The sword flew right back to his hand.

"She is mine. Give her back."

Devon said coldly and waved his hand for the skeletons to attack.

But then, Fang Raon stabbed the sword through the ground and dragged it through the floor till he made a full circle.

The ground under them broke apart.

Fang Raon, with Xiao Yue in his arms, fell into the dark abyss below and soon disappeared out of the view.

The camera flew after them.

"..."

Devon stopped his skeletons and looked underground.

"Find them for Devon."

He said.

In that moment, the skeletons jumped into the hole, and their green-glowing selves disappeared into the darkness.

It was still possible to see how deep they were going, as Devon was able to see their green glow.

...

"...Mhm?"

Xiao Yue’s eyes fluttered open, and then in a panic, she sat back up with cold sweat running down her back.

She expected to see the inside of a cage, but instead of that, she was sitting in some kind of rock.

It was quite dark everywhere around them, except there was a campfire burning in the middle of the clearing.

Strangely enough, there was a forest surrounding her. Yet, there wasn’t a sky above. Instead, it was a rock ceiling.

"...Where?"

Crack~! A twig got crushed, and she looked over and saw Fang Raon walk over with twigs in his arms.

"You."

She narrowed her eyes.

"You’re awake, at least."

He said, crouched before the campfire, and put more wood into the flame.

"Where are we and what happened?"

She asked.

"You were attacked by some kind of sleep magic. I quickly took you away from there and escaped underground.

"For some unknown reason, there is an underground forest. It’s very dense, tangled, and large. Luckily, because we’re currently being hunted down by Devon’s skeletons.

"I’ve already taken care of a few of them, but they’re still out there, searching for us."

Fang Raon said.

"..."

Xiao Yue stayed quiet.

She hated herself for being hit by the sleep magic. It was the same spell that Devon used on her sister.

’He is stronger than I anticipated. How did he get away from him?’

She squinted her eyes as she looked at Fang Raon and thought that he must be hiding something.

"I did some research before coming here. I found out that a couple of players went missing around ten hours ago. Their friends had been trying to look for them.

"It means that Devon won’t most likely keep looking for us, but instead, he’ll go back to the place he is hiding at to do his experiments on them before the Combat Zone ends."

Xiao Yue said.

"You still want to hunt him down?"

Fang Raon asked.

"Of course! My dear sister suffered in his hands. She used to be the sweetest girl imaginable and my only joy.

"Now, she barely eats and sleeps. Whenever she gets a wink of sleep, she wakes up screaming, thinking she is back at Devon’s table.

"I will make him suffer."

Xiao Yue coldly said, the anger in her eyes was palpable.
