Solaris's eyes remained fixed on the Formation as she continued examining it, 'What kind of discovery is this? Just connecting these lines together on a piece of paper can make it interact with the surrounding Spirit Energy? This is completely different from ordinary Runes, those usually require Spirit Energy to be stored inside them beforehand, but this thing can directly draw a small amount from the atmosphere?'
She eventually deactivated her Ability while continuing to look at the Formation, and her opinion about Eliana's disciple had already changed considerably after seeing only this much, 'If he discovered something like this himself, then calling him extremely talented might actually be an understatement...he is beyond a Genius, this is something completely different.'

Eliana already knew that Solaris had noticed the passive connection with the surrounding Spirit Energy through her Ability, there was no reason for her to hide it when even she had been surprised the first time her disciple showed her these things, especially when the Formation itself was still only one of the basic things he could create.
Solaris nodded and decided to test the active function Eliana had mentioned, 'Let's see...'
She unfolded her right hand from where her arms had been crossed and extended her index finger toward the paper, touching the very center of the Formation before carefully injecting a small amount of her own Spirit Energy into it, she didn't put much force into it because she didn't know what kind of reaction would occur, but the Formation responded almost immediately.
The circular structures drawn across the paper lit up at the same time, the lines connecting them also began glowing as the Spirit Energy Solaris had injected spread through the entire Formation, and before she could properly understand what was happening, the paper suddenly began producing flames across its surface.
The entire sheet turned into ashes within moments.
Solaris had already pulled her finger away, but she remained sitting there while looking at the ashes on the table, her expression showing genuine surprise as she tried to understand what had just happened, 'Elemental change?...How is that possible without someone actively changing the nature of the Spirit Energy?'
Her eyes shifted toward Eliana, who was already smiling after seeing her reaction.
"Fufu~, it's rare to see you this flustered, Solaris," Eliana spoke with a small laugh, clearly enjoying the reaction, "Now do you believe what I said about my disciple? And this was only an Elemental Changing Formation, one of the basic ones that can be created within seconds, there are many other types of basic Formations like this, while the advanced ones can even involve Space Manipulation, which is exactly what we will be using for our plan."
The more Eliana explained, the more Solaris remained silent, because what she had just witnessed had given her a completely different understanding of what this disciple was capable of, she had initially thought Eliana might have exaggerated when she said that an S-rank could defeat several SS-ranks, but now that she had seen something even the strongest individuals around her had never mentioned before, that statement no longer seemed nearly as impossible as it had a few moments ago.
'If he can create something like this while still being an S-rank...then perhaps defeating several SS-ranks really isn't impossible for him.'
Solaris looked at the ashes that remained on the table for another moment before finally looking back at Eliana, her curiosity toward this mysterious disciple had already increased considerably, and now she wanted to know exactly what kind of person could create something that had completely changed her understanding of Runes and Spirit Energy.
"Let me explain how this Formation works, even though every formation functions differently than one another, the fundamental function still remains same - The spirit energy you put in interacts with the ambient spirit energy the formation is connected to, when that happens the circular structure drawn on it decides which kind of function would occur."
A brief pause before Eliana waved her hand and many more Similar papers materilized from thin air and each one had different type of circular structures drawn on them, Solaris narrowed her eyes and only with one glance she spotted the difference between each one of those Formations, after that Eliana put some of her own Spirit energy in each of them without even touching them.
"Look, all five formations will now show different effects based on the Formation I drew." Eliana spoke as she showed the reaction of all five formations which were hovering over the table, the far right one showed a ball of water hovering above that Drawn circular lines of the Formation while the structure itself glowed with sky blue colour.
At the far left was the wood, a small piece of trunk hovered above the Formation structures, and the three middle one had similar hovering Elements of Nature - Earth, Fire and Ether. All five natural Elements now displayed themselves in complete show over those Formations.
After some moments Eliana waved her hand and all five Formations disappeared from there, leaving Solaris and Eliana to discuss more about this "Now, I will be explaining how my plan is going to work and how you are going to help me in this."
"As I mentioned before, we have already laid out the Formation throughout the entire Continent of Rosomolios, The next would be your continent of course but before that...I need two things from you Solaris." Eliana finished her sentence as she looked at Solaris with two of her fingers showing the count.
"Hmm, I understand but what are these two things?" Solaris asked as she narrowed her eyes and looked at Eliana with suspicion, even though she and Eliana were best friends she couldn't rule out the possibility that Eliana could ask for something that would be difficult to fulfill.
"Those two things would be - Five Greater Runes and that Strange substance your Researchers extracted from that Ex-rank Monster."
Solaris narrowed her eyes to a slit the moment she heard Eliana's words, she had expected her to ask about that Strange substance as she had already calculated that Eliana would need it for the detection of specific signature of those monsters but..."What do you need the Greater Runes for? And Five at that, are you kidding me? Your Continent must have thousands of those, why are you asking from me?"
