Without uttering another word, Velmira pulled Mary into her arms and hugged her tightly, her usually composed body trembling slightly as tears began falling from her eyes, each drop carrying the emotions she had suppressed for countless years, while Mary herself immediately wrapped both of her arms around her Master and held her tightly as she spoke in an almost broken voice, "Master, I tried...I tried to protect the people you cherished in this place, b-but I wasn’t able to...I am sorry! Sniff...Sniff..."
The moment those words left Mary’s mouth, Velmira slowly pulled herself away and looked directly into her Disciple’s eyes, remaining silent for several moments as Mary continued shedding tears in front of her, before she finally spoke in a calm voice, "Do not apologise, Mary, it was never your fault to begin with, I should have been more vigilant about this place."
Her voice remained gentle despite the grief inside it, because she knew very well that Mary had done everything she could while she herself had been absent.
Velmira’s attention shifted toward the corpses scattered across the chamber for only a brief moment before her eyes moved toward the Minister Noble, who was now down on his knees while continuing to scream and pant heavily despite there being not a single visible wound on his body, and when Velmira looked at him her expression remained completely cold, "But..." She paused for a moment before a faint flicker passed through her eyes, and the next instant the Noble screamed with all the strength left in his lungs as the invisible pressure torturing him intensified.
"From now on, I will be taking down every bastard who has sent my people to their graves, every insult they have thrown at you and everyone else I cherish, I will repay them thousands of times over."
Mary looked at the cold yet tear-filled expression on her Master’s face and remained silent, because even she could clearly sense the grief Velmira was carrying inside herself, but that grief was now mixed with an insurmountable rage that seemed to have no limit, pure Killing Intent leaked from her eyes and spread through the chamber, making the surrounding atmosphere feel heavy enough to suffocate an ordinary person, and Mary understood that if she hadn’t been there, her Master might have already destroyed everything around them.
Velmira eventually turned her attention back toward Mary and slowly suppressed the Killing Intent leaking from her body, allowing her expression to return to its usual calm state before she spoke, "Let’s go, Mary, I will be Killing the main culprit behind all of this first, but before I do that, I want you to tell me exactly what happened while I was gone, and most importantly, how many days have passed since I left?"
Mary stared at her Master for a moment before nodding, taking a long breath as she prepared herself to explain everything that had happened during those days, "Five days have already passed, Master, many things have happened since you were gone, but the most important information you should know is that an ’Ancient’ from the Holy Church has finally taken action and called for a meeting between the strongest individuals of every continent, including all the Kings and Queens."
She paused for a moment before continuing, "And this meeting will be held tomorrow, Master."
Mary’s words immediately made Velmira’s expression change.
She remained silent for several moments as the word Ancient echoed through her mind, because the last time such an existence had been mentioned was centuries ago, during the time of that Adversary, and now, after all those years, the same title had appeared once again.
Velmira’s eyes narrowed slowly as the shock inside them remained, her mind already beginning to connect everything she had learned from Eliomor with this sudden development.
Something more than her expectations seemed to be taking shape and this time, the entire world seemed to be involved.

Meanwhile, In the same dark place from where Velmira came back, the spherical consciousness of Eliomor remained floating above the ground in the same position it was, for a long moment it had remained silent as if it was seeing something that the darkness couldn’t hide from it or more precisely this darkness might have been created by this small consciousness itself.

I can’t imagine how your soul will taste, after all it’s been riping for a thousand years."
It’s deep manical voice spread throughout the darkness before it shifted again, it’s voice becoming suspicious as it saw another figure in whatever type of scenario it was seeing inside itself "Another Anomaly, and he is the disciple of the Elven Queen huh, The nerve to actually anger an Ancient, damn Bastards, Each one are planning something themselves, ruining my plans one after another."
