Chapter 211: Chapter 211: Solar Saint’s Reappearance

The battle from that exact moment onward became a complete massacre. Three entire days passed in a blur of cosmic slaughter and relentless conquest. Emperor Neo’s forces, spearheaded primarily by the heavy infantry of the Warrior Division and the lethal precision of the Archery Division, successfully conquered ninety percent of the enemy border worlds.

The Zenith Vanguard slowly and methodically advanced toward the Central systems of the Noman Sector, leaving behind a trail of liberated planets.

Up on the primary command deck, Emperor Neo, alongside his trusted companions Noir and Zestia, did not feel the slightest need to physically interfere.

The total annihilation of the Ironblood Legion was being handled perfectly by their elite subordinates.

However, just as the galaxy accepted the absolute defeat of the Noman Sector, a blinding anomaly manifested in the blood soaked void.

"BUZZZZ!"

A figure radiating intense golden light like a miniature sun stepped directly out of a spatial distortion. He possessed a breathtakingly handsome face, a tall godly stature, and a look of utter unshakable arrogance.

Everyone exchanged bewildered looks, wondering who this figure was.

Emperor Neo recognized the man instantly.

He was the Solar Saint.

They had previously crossed paths during a brutal Trial World where Neo had first gone to train his newly formed Elven slaves. Neo perfectly remembered the sheer disdain and mocking arrogance the Saint had shown toward his small, fledgling army back then.

But now, his amry grown at mind-boggling rate.

But the real question burning in Neo’s mind was why this celestial being was here now.

Were Viscount Azekin and the Solar Saint secretly connected through some hidden alliance?

Meanwhile, the Solar Saint hovered in the vacuum of space, his brilliant golden aura violently pushing back the darkness of the void.

He did not even entertain the thought for a single second that this apocalyptic invasion force belonged to the same young man he had once treated as a weak, insignificant yoyng man.

He was entirely here by the direct Call of the Watchers. His explicit mission was to seize control of the battlefield and halt the cosmic conflict at once.

As a Type Two Saint, he was absolutely confident in his divine task. After all, even though he did not hold the perks of a Dominator, he was still a Saint tier powerhouse.

He belonged to a terrifying tier of existence where the physical laws of the universe simply bent to his will. A single Saint possessed enough raw power to uproot supermassive black holes with absolute ease. They could shatter entire solar systems into drifting stardust with a single, concentrated punch.

The Solar Saint firmly believed this petty war would end the exact second he opened his mouth and demanded it.

He raised a single glowing hand, and his voice echoed through the vacuum of space, forcefully penetrating the comms channels of every ship and mechanical suit present.

"Cease this meaningless violence at this exact moment.

I am the Solar Saint. I am here by the direct mandate of the Watchers. The celestial balance has been disturbed by your reckless slaughter. This entire sector is now under strict celestial quarantine. Any fleet that fires another weapon will be entirely erased from the cosmos by my own hand. Surrender your vessels and submit to my judgment."

Down on the ruined surface of Noman Prime, Viscount Azekin Dyefrost fell to his knees.

He was no longer looking in absolute despair.

It was instantly replaced by an intoxicating wave of pathetic relief. He hastily activated his royal planetary broadcast channel,

"Oh, glorious and merciful Solar Saint! You have arrived to deliver absolute justice! These Zenith barbarians invaded my sovereign territory without any provocation! They slaughtered my elite commanders and destroyed my pristine fleets! Please, oh divine emissary, you must obliterate them all! I will offer you half the wealth of my ninety worlds! I will gift you ten million of my finest slaves! Just destroy them!"

The Solar Saint did not even look down at the Viscount. He simply scoffed, utterly disgusted by the groveling, yet he accepted the blind worship as his natural due.

"Silence your pathetic weeping, Azekin. You failed to protect your own borders. The Watchers will personally judge your gross incompetence later. But for now, stay on your knees. I will handle these ignorant trespassers."

Among the drifting debris of the battlefield, the reactions varied wildly.

The surviving Ironblood soldiers erupted into desperate, tearful cheers. They truly believed their divine salvation had finally come.

Down in the metallic slums, the newly freed slaves felt their fragile hope shatter into dust. Many collapsed to the ground, weeping bitterly.

A Saint was an unkillable legend. No mortal army could fight a being who could punch a hole through a sun.

Yet, the Zenith Vanguard remained completely unfazed.

Vaelar gripped his Adamantite Starblade tighter, then shouted:

"Hold the line! Nobody steps back! We will wait for His Majesty’s command!"

Aeliana kept her Beastcore Piercer aimed directly at the glowing figure of the Saint.

"Target acquired. He has a strong barrier, but I can pierce his core. Just give the word, my Emperor."

Aboard the observation deck of the Celestial Vanguard, Emperor Neo slowly stood up from his dark throne.

Noir and Zestia stepped aside, their eyes full of loving devotion.

While Neo calmly walked to the edge of the crystalline viewport, he remembered the Trial World vividly.

He remembered standing in the blood and mud while this exact same golden figure floated high above him, radiating an aura of untouchable supremacy.

Back then, taking on a Saint was a laughable impossibility.

In the end, a Saint was a living natural disaster, a force of nature that could not be fought.

But Neo was no longer the weak commander fighting for pure survival in the dirt. He was an Emperor. His power had grown exponentially, reaching conceptual heights that the Watchers could never comprehend.

Neo stepped forward, and started walking into the freezing vacuum of space.

Step. Step. Step.

His dark cosmic force formed a completely opposite aura against the divine brilliance.

He looked fearlessly at the Saint’s blazing eyes, while his own abyssal eyes prjected a primeval depth.

Solar Saint was surprised. Because those eyes reminded a puny dominator from a lowly trial world.

But what was he doing here?

Finally, Neo spoke:

"Solar Saint,You talk entirely too much for a glorified messenger boy."

The Solar Saint narrowed his glowing eyes.

"You. You are Zenith from the Trial World. How are you here? How do you possess this much conceptual power?"

"I told you I reach the peak. So here am I. You don’t need to know anything else, Saint of the Sun."

With that, Neo summoned a blade of pure eternal fire into his right hand.

Soon, the surrounding space began to aggressively fracture and scream around the weapon.

"Today, I will show you exactly how small your sky really is."

Rumble!

Hearing him, the Solar Saint’s flawless face twisted into a mask of absolute fury. The sheer disrespect from someone he once viewed as a cosmic insect completely shattered his divine composure.

"Blasphemy!" The Solar Saint roared.

Buzzzzzzz!

His voice generated physical shockwaves that violently shattered the frozen asteroids drifting nearby.

"You think a parlor trick with abyssal fire makes you an equal to a Type Two Saint? I am the radiant fury of a thousand stars! I am the arbiter of the Watchers!"

After shouting, he raised both of his hands high above his head. The freezing vacuum of space instantly boiled.

A miniature supernova ignited between his palms, expanding rapidly until it dwarfed the Zenith Vanguard’s Titan class warships. The blinding golden sphere radiated a heat so intense that the outer kinetic shields of the Ironblood dreadnoughts miles away began to melt into glowing slag.

Down on the surface of Noman Prime, the enslaved populace covered their eyes, weeping in terror as the artificial sun threatened to scorch their polluted atmosphere entirely away.

"Beg for forgiveness in the afterlife, Zenith!"

With a violent thrust of his arms, the Solar Saint hurled the massive sphere directly at Neo. The sheer gravitational weight of the attack bent the fabric of reality, threatening to instantly vaporize the Emperor and the entire vanguard fleet behind him.

Neo did not blink. He did not retreat a single step.

He simply raised his blade of pure eternal fire. His abyssal eyes flared with absolute conceptual dominance. The eternal fire coating his weapon did not radiate heat. Instead, it projected a terrifying, all consuming hunger. It was a flame born from the deepest reaches of the void, designed to devour energy itself.

Neo swung his blade downward in a single, fluid motion.

There was no massive explosion. There was no chaotic clash of overwhelming energies.

The eternal fire sliced through the miniature supernova like a scalpel cutting through thin paper. The abyssal black flame instantly swallowed the golden solar mana, completely devouring the absolute heat and leaving nothing but a trail of freezing gray ash in its wake. The massive, world ending attack simply ceased to exist.

The entire sector fell into a suffocating, paralyzing silence.

Down in the royal district, Viscount Azekin stopped breathing. His pathetic smile of relief froze permanently on his face, his mind unable to process the impossibility he just witnessed.

Up in the void, the Solar Saint stared at his empty hands in sheer, unadulterated horror. His ultimate celestial technique had been casually erased from existence. He looked back at Neo, his divine arrogance finally crumbling into primal fear.

"That is impossible." The Saint gasped, "You severed the very concept of my solar heat. What kind of monster are you?"

Emperor Neo took another slow step forward, the void trembling violently beneath his boots. The eternal fire on his blade pulsed with renewed vigor, having fed directly on the Saint’s divine power.

"I am the Emperor who will dethrone your stagnant Watchers, Saint. And your divine core will serve as my very first stepping stone."
