Chapter 208: Chapter 208: Hey, Become My Man
The moment Kotone Asaba learned through the Affinity Codex that the War Devil was inside Asa Mitaka’s home, he immediately used Kamui to teleport there.
Unfortunately, he was still too late.
His Mangekyo Sharingan allowed him to see Yoru, and the scar across the bridge of her nose confirmed beyond any doubt that she was the War Devil.

Kotone immediately developed a headache.
Still, not only had he activated the War Devil’s Affinity Codex entry, but her Affinity had also instantly risen to fifty percent.
That fifty percent Affinity actually came from Asa. After the War Devil entered Asa’s body, the two had practically fused into a single being, so Asa’s Affinity toward Kotone had been synchronized with hers.
Although a new Affinity Codex entry had also been unlocked, Kotone was in no mood to pay attention to whose entry it was.
"K-Kotone?! When did you get here?!"
Asa cried out in surprise.
She had not noticed when Kotone entered the room at all.
"I detected the War Devil’s movements, so I rushed here. Unfortunately, I was still one step too late."
Kotone told her the truth without hesitation. The War Devil had already merged with Asa, so there was no longer any point in concealing things from her.
Asa was about to say something when she suddenly lost control of her body.
She immediately transformed into Yoru, and a scar appeared across the bridge of her nose. Instead of making her look ugly, however, the scar gave her a distinctive beauty and presence.
Asa suddenly found herself reduced to something resembling a spirit while someone else occupied her body. She stared in utter shock.
"What’s happening?!"
The moment Yoru took control of the body, she walked straight toward Kotone and spoke in a faintly commanding tone.
"Hey, become my man."
Asa, who could only watch from the side, instantly turned bright red.
What was this woman saying while using her body?!
Only then did Asa realize that the War Devil had taken control of her body.
Was this supposed to be how she planned to help Asa win Kotone over? By using such a stupidly direct approach?
What normal person would accept such a sudden, inexplicable confession, especially when it was delivered in such an unpleasant tone?!
The embarrassment itself was a minor problem. Asa was far more afraid that Yoru would completely destroy whatever positive feelings Kotone had for her.
However, Asa could do nothing at the moment except stand there and watch.
Sure enough, Kotone rejected Yoru’s confession.
"No, I think I’ll pass."
His rejection had nothing to do with Yoru’s attitude. If he accepted, there was a chance she might turn him into a weapon.
Although he could not be certain whether Yoru’s ability would actually work on him, he had no intention of taking an unnecessary risk.
Asa felt like dying.
Not only had Yoru forcibly used her body to confess, but Kotone had rejected her as well.
How was she ever supposed to face him again?!
