Chapter 84: Chapter 84 Dancing Blades
For the next few minutes, Vega and Kay Sung fought fiercely. Sarah took more of a supportive role, continuously throwing blades toward Kay Sung while looking for an opportunity to assist Vega. Dozens of blades were already scattered across the floor.
Vega was starting to feel that the battle was becoming increasingly disadvantageous for him. He believed that, in terms of raw strength, he was on equal footing with Kay Sung.
However, he was losing when it came to Class abilities. Right now, Kay Sung was able to counter all of his skills, leaving Vega with no choice but to rely on his raw strength just to keep up.
’This guy...he can counter everything I throw at him. If this continues, I will eventually lose.’
He then looked at Sarah, who still remained focused on the enemy in front of them. She noticed Vega looking at her.
Vega made a sign that only Mazeltov members knew. Sarah’s eyes widened. Vega was signaling them to find a way to escape from him. Sarah immediately nodded.
"I will distract him. Then you know what to do," Vega said.
Vega threw Spectral Bolts as fast as he could toward Kay Sung. Kay Sung swung his long blade casually, deflecting every attack with ease.
"What is this? Is this all you can do, Vega senior?" Kay Sung taunted.
Vega was not affected by what Kay Sung said. He was already immune to taunts and provocative words. For him, people who easily fell for taunts were nothing more than children.
BAM!
BAM!
The Spectral Bolts deflected by Kay Sung struck the nearby walls, ceilings, and floors, causing the tiles to rupture and sending white dust floating through the air.
The dust gradually began to obscure their vision. But for the blind Kay Sung, vision was not important to him.
Suddenly, as he walked closer toward Vega and Sarah, he felt a sharp sensation on his hand. He then felt a warm sensation running across his left hand. Kay Sung slowly brought his hand toward his mouth and tasted it. It was fresh blood.
’Blood?’
Kay Sung frowned. He then sharpened his senses, especially his Tactile Motion, and finally realized it.
Dozens of blades that had previously been scattered across the ground were now floating around him with their sharp edges pointing directly at him. It was the skill of Sarah’s Class, Bladesinger.
She had been preparing this trap since the beginning of the battle, quietly dropping the blades while waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
"You are now in the middle of my entrapment. No one can evade this without getting wounded," Sarah said as she focused on controlling the blades.
"Good job, Sarah," Vega said.
"Thank you." Sarah replied with a smile.
She felt happy to be praised by Vega. Vega was the one who had taught her how to excel in the Assassin class and taught her the basics of assassination. After spending several years under Vega’s guidance, she felt proud to call herself an assassin.
Kay Sung released a smile as he realized he had fallen into the trap.
"To think I fell for something this basic. I really need to improve my senses next time," Kay Sung said.
"There is no next time if you can’t get out of here alive," Sarah replied. She then clapped both her hands together. At the same time, all the blades surrounding Kay Sung shot toward him.
"Dancing Blades!"
Swoosh!
Swoosh!
All the blades aggressively struck their target. After flying past him, they immediately reversed their trajectories and attacked again, repeating the assault multiple times from different directions.
The blades moved so rapidly that they seemed to form a deadly storm around Kay Sung. There was seemingly no way for anyone to escape this attack if they were caught in the middle of it.
"Let’s get out of here!" Vega immediately moved.
"Don’t we need to confirm that he’s dead before we go?" Sarah asked.
Vega looked at the storm of blades in front of them.
"I don’t want to hurt your feelings, but I don’t think that will kill him," Vega said directly.
Hearing Vega’s words, Sarah bit her lips before following Vega and running away.
After a few minutes...
Ping!
Ping!
Ping!
All the blades were suddenly thrown away. Kay Sung emerged from the attack, with parts of his white robe torn apart. He then noticed that his prey had already escaped. Then, his long sword suddenly transformed into countless white feathers.
At the same time, the feathers began repairing his torn robe and healing his wounds. This was the specialty of the Unique Rank White Feather Class, the class that had earned Kay Sung his famous nickname.
He then walked away from there as people started gathering around the area.

"Ahhh! This dungeon is too annoying. My attire is already dirty!" Benn Strong complained as they exited the Darkpatch Swamp Dungeon. He kicked his leg to remove the mud stuck to his boots and pants.
They had just completed their first raid of the dungeon. Their task was to clear it three times, as the dungeon dropped materials that could be sold at a fairly high price.
"I told you to wear water-resistant gear, but you were stubborn. Anyway, let’s take a five-minute rest before the next run," Denis said.
All of them then sat on some nearby seats while Ryuken went to buy drinks for them from a nearby vending machine. As he was choosing which drinks to buy, Ryuken suddenly noticed someone standing a short distance away.
The person was completely covered in a tattered robe, with a hood concealing their face.
"Can I help you? Hello?" Ryuken turned toward the person.
"Yes...help me by giving me...your head..." Suddenly, the person dashed toward Ryuken.
BOOM!!
Ryuken managed to evade the attack by rolling to the side. The person punched the vending machine, completely breaking it and causing the canned drinks inside to continuously fall onto the ground.
Ryuken quickly regained his footing and stared at the attacker. He then noticed the person’s hand. It was completely covered in scales.
"Who are you?!" Ryuken asked as he looked sharply at the mysterious person.
