Dream Dimension: My Reality Reversal is too OP!!
Chapter 17: Skills upgradeLiam carefully read the description.
"Five at once..."
"That’s much stronger than before."
He could already imagine combining it with Curse Amplification.
The explosions would become even more destructive.
He still had High Heal, Cursed Flames, Battle Rage, and Fireball left.
After thinking for a moment, Liam made his next decision.
"I’ll upgrade Cursed Flames next."
Without any hesitation, Liam activated Reality Reversal once again.
Silver light flowed into the black flames burning around his body.
A few seconds later, the light faded.
Several notifications appeared before him.
[ Reality Reversal successful. ]
[ Cursed Flames has been reversed. ]
[ Skill Level: 1 → 10 (MAX) ]
Liam immediately opened the skill description.
Cursed Flames (Lv.10 - MAX)
Rank: Epic
Type: Active Skill
Description:
Summon black cursed flames that continuously burn the target’s body and soul.
The flames are difficult to extinguish through ordinary means and become stronger against enemies suffering from curses, poison, rot, or other negative status effects.
The power of the flames scales with Intelligence.
At maximum level, the skill gains additional effects.
Effects:
Greatly increased flame damage.
Soul Burn: The flames damage both the body and the soul.
Curse Devour: Every negative status effect on the target increases the flames’ damage.
Eternal Burn: Ordinary water and low-level purification skills cannot extinguish the flames.
Flame Spread: Defeated enemies leave behind cursed flames that spread to nearby targets for a short time.
Mana Cost: Medium.
Cooldown: None.
Liam quietly read through the description.
"It becomes stronger the more curses the enemy has."
"That fits my fighting style perfectly."
He could first weaken his enemies with Poison Curse, Rot Curse, Paralysis Curse, and Weakness Curse, then finish them with Cursed Flames.
The more negative effects his enemies carried, the more terrifying the flames would become.
Liam looked at the remaining uses of his Talent.
Reality Reversal Uses Remaining: 2/10.
Only High Heal, Battle Rage, and Fireball remained unmaxed.
"Three skills... but only two uses left," Liam muttered.
After thinking for a moment, he made his decision.
"I’ll upgrade High Heal and Battle Rage."
Fireball was only a Common-rank skill.
He could simply upgrade it the next day.
After all, Reality Reversal refreshed every day and now granted him ten uses.
Without any hesitation, Liam activated Reality Reversal on High Heal.
Silver light enveloped his body before slowly fading.
[ Reality Reversal successful. ]
[ High Heal has been reversed. ]
[ Skill Level: 1 → 10 (MAX) ]
Without stopping, Liam immediately used his final Reality Reversal charge on Battle Rage.
The familiar silver light appeared once again.
A few seconds later, another notification appeared.
[ Reality Reversal successful. ]
[ Battle Rage has been reversed. ]
[ Skill Level: 1 → 10 (MAX) ]
Liam smiled with satisfaction.
Every useful skill he possessed had now reached its maximum level.
Only Fireball remained at Level 1, but he wasn’t concerned about it.
Tomorrow, after Reality Reversal refreshed, upgrading it would only take a single use.
Satisfied with today’s progress, Liam closed his status screen and prepared to rest for the night.

Next Day
Liam woke up feeling refreshed.
"Sixth day. Just two more days, and then I can log out," he muttered as he stretched his four wings.
He took out a few monster cores from his storage and began absorbing them.
Unlike humans, he did not need to eat food.
As a Cursed Eye King, he survived by absorbing the energy contained within monster cores and other energy-rich materials.
One by one, the magic cores crumbled into tiny particles of light before flowing into his body.
A warm current of energy spread through him.
Feeling satisfied, Liam checked his status screen one last time before maxing out Fireball as well.
The skill’s maximum-level effects were similar to those of Dark Ball.
Its explosion radius increased significantly, and he could now create and launch up to five Fireballs at the same time.
After confirming that everything was in order, Liam left his nest and flew toward the cave entrance.
Once outside, he immediately activated Void Blink, instantly appearing high above the forest.
His four wings flapped steadily as he looked around to determine where he was.
However, as far as he could see, there was nothing but an endless sea of trees stretching toward the horizon.
"Well, it’s not like I can just walk into a human settlement looking like this," Liam muttered.
He slowly began flying over the forest, searching for any signs of a nearby human settlement or civilization.
Hours passed as Liam continued flying north.
Eventually, he paused.
Far below, he finally spotted humans.
"Why am I not surprised?" Liam thought as he watched the scene below.
Three young girls were surrounding another girl, beating her without mercy.
From their expensive clothes and arrogant expressions, Liam could easily tell they were nobles.
The girl lying on the ground, however, wore simple, worn-out clothes.
"From the looks of it, she’s a commoner, while the other three are nobles," Liam muttered as he observed everything from high in the air.
After several more kicks and insults, the three noble girls finally stopped.
Laughing among themselves, they walked away without looking back.
Liam watched them leave before shifting his attention to the injured girl.
"Hmm... I can use her."
His single eye glowed faintly.
"It’s time to start living among humans, and she’s my ticket to doing that."
Without another thought, Liam flew toward her.
On the ground...
Miriel lay motionless on the dirt.
Bruises and cuts covered her entire body.
Tears streamed down her face.
"Mom... Dad... I want to go home..." she whispered weakly.
"...I can’t do this anymore."
Her trembling hand slowly reached for the sword lying beside her.
She lifted it with great difficulty and pointed the blade toward her own neck.
Just as she was about to end her life...
Slice!
A thin black thread shot through the air and cleanly cut the sword in half.
Miriel froze.
Confused, she turned toward the direction the thread had come from.
Floating there was a strange creature.
A giant black eyeball.
Four bat-like wings.
And above its eye floated a small black crown.
She stared blankly at it.
"...Did you miss?" she asked with a bitter smile.
"...Don’t worry... I won’t move."
"Just kill me."
