Dream Dimension: My Reality Reversal is too OP!!
Chapter 3: Powerful SkillLiam stared at the screen in disbelief.
"It actually worked..."
He immediately opened the description of Cursed Gaze.
Cursed Gaze (Lv.10 - MAX)
Description:
The racial skill of the Cursed Eye has reached its maximum level.
The user’s curse no longer requires eye contact.
The curse can now be condensed into a Cursed Ray, allowing the user to strike targets from a distance.
The Cursed Ray travels in a straight line and applies one selected curse upon hitting its target.
Current Curses:
Weakness Curse
Poison Curse
Sleep Curse
Paralysis Curse
Rot Curse
Blindness Curse
Fear Curse
Silence Curse
Slow Curse
Fragility Curse
The user may freely choose which curse to inflict before firing the Cursed Ray.
The strength and duration of each curse depend on the user’s Intelligence and the target’s resistance.
Liam read the description twice to make sure he had not misunderstood anything.
"When did my skill become this strong?"
He clearly remembered what a normal Cursed Eye could do.
A Level 1 Cursed Gaze only allowed the user to inflict a minor Weakness Curse, and only if the target maintained eye contact for several seconds.
That limitation alone made the race one of the weakest in existence.
Most monsters and intelligent creatures would simply look away.
Even if the curse succeeded, the effect was weak.
Now everything had changed.
He no longer needed eye contact.
He could attack from a distance by firing a Cursed Ray.
More importantly, he had gained nine additional curses.
Poison slowly weakened the target’s body.
Sleep forced the target into unconsciousness.
Paralysis prevented movement.
Rot continuously damaged flesh and armor.
Blindness took away vision.
Fear disrupted the target’s mind.
Silence prevented the use of skills or magic that required chanting.
Slow reduced movement speed.
Fragility lowered the target’s physical durability.
Liam looked at his status once more.
He had only used one charge of Reality Reversal, yet his weakest skill had become his greatest weapon.
"I still have four uses left today."
He did not plan to waste the remaining uses. Besides, he didn’t have anything else worth using Reality Reversal on for now.
"Hmm... I need to obtain more skills or something useful," Liam muttered to himself.
He slowly flew higher into the cave.
Another thing he quickly noticed was that his vision had improved significantly.
The cave was almost completely dark, yet he could see everything clearly.
His single eye seemed naturally suited to darkness.
"So Cursed Eyes have excellent night vision."
Liam carefully looked around.
Before long, he spotted several other Cursed Eyes floating deeper inside the cave.
They were drifting around aimlessly, completely unaware of his presence.
"I guess I found my first target."
Liam quietly flew closer until he was within range.
He focused on one of the Cursed Eyes.
Poison Curse.
A green magic circle briefly appeared in front of his eye.
The next moment, a thin green ray shot forward and struck the target.
Ssshh!
The Cursed Eye’s body trembled.
Its white eyeball slowly turned green as the poison spread through its body.
It flapped its wings wildly, trying to escape, but its movements became slower and weaker with every passing second.
After a few more seconds, the monster fell onto the damp cave floor.
Its wings twitched a few times before becoming completely still.
The Cursed Eye had died.
Immediately afterward, several notifications appeared before Liam.
[ You have defeated a Level 1 Cursed Eye. ]

[ Experience: 5/20 ]
Liam blinked.
"I really killed him"
He looked at the corpse lying on the ground.
There was no treasure.
No item.
Only a small amount of experience.
"I wonder how many I have to kill obtain another skill."
Still, Liam wasn’t disappointed.
He had already confirmed that his Cursed Gaze was far stronger than that of an ordinary Cursed Eye.
That alone gave him a much better chance of surviving the Trial Period.
Over the next several hours, Liam continued hunting the other Cursed Eyes living inside the cave.
He avoided fighting more than one at a time.
Whenever he found a lone Cursed Eye, he quietly approached before firing a Poison Curse Ray.
The poison slowly killed his targets while Liam stayed at a safe distance.
One after another, the monsters fell.
Notifications continuously appeared before him.

Eventually, a familiar notification appeared.
[ Level Up! ]
Liam immediately felt a warm energy flow through his body.
His wings became stronger, and his mana increased slightly.
He continued hunting without stopping.
By the time he reached Level 5, nearly every ordinary Cursed Eye in that part of the cave had been eliminated.
His status had improved noticeably.
Just as he was about to search for another target, he heard a sharp screech from deeper inside the cave.
Keee!
Liam immediately hid behind a large rock.
A creature flew out of the darkness.
It was about twice the size of a Cursed Eye.
Its body was covered in black fur, and two crimson eyes glowed in the darkness.
A pair of sharp claws extended from its feet.
It was a Dark Bat.
Unlike the passive Cursed Eyes, the Dark Bat constantly searched for prey.
Liam carefully observed it.
The monster suddenly dived toward him.
Without hesitating, Liam fired a Paralysis Curse Ray.
The yellow ray struck the Dark Bat’s body.
Its wings stiffened instantly.
Unable to control its flight, the monster crashed onto the cave floor.
Liam didn’t give it time to recover.
A Poison Curse Ray followed immediately.
The poison spread through the Dark Bat’s body while it struggled to move.
A few seconds later, its movements slowed.
Then it stopped completely.
The Dark Bat was dead.
Several notifications appeared.
[ You have defeated a Level 6 Dark Bat. ]
[ Experience +30 ]
[ Skill acquired: Dark Cutter ]
Liam’s eye widened.
"Yes, finally!"
He immediately opened the skill’s description.
Dark Cutter (Lv.1)
Type: Active Skill
Description:
Condense Dark Energy and Wind Energy into a sharp crescent blade before launching it at the target.
The blade travels quickly and can cut through flesh, hide, and lightly armored enemies.
Power increases with Intelligence and skill level.
Mana Cost: Low.
Liam smiled.
"This is exactly what I needed."
Until now, all of his attacks relied on curses.
Now he finally possessed a direct offensive skill capable of killing enemies without waiting for poison or other curses to take effect.
