The crimson light and the blue light reflected fiercely against each other.

This was the magical aura of Stella and Shizuku clashing as they faced off in the middle of the corridor.

"Get out of my way, you big-breasted cow!" Shizuku glared at Roy, who was gradually dragging Ikki away.

Her face was dark and she screamed furiously in her heart at the disruption of her perfect plan.

"Big... big-breasted?!" Stella was livid.

"Shut up, you thieving cat! I will never let you get away with this!"

Roy's first kiss is gone!

And it had happened right in front of her, swallowed up by this psychotic girl!

Stella had spent hours fantasizing about the perfect time, the perfect romantic setting to exchange her first kiss with Roy.

But now, it was all ruined.

All because of this girl in front of her!

"Thieving cat?! Who are you calling a thieving cat?!" Shizuku raged, feeling utterly insulted by the accusation.

"I didn't want anything to do with that guy!"

"My pure first kiss was meant for my Onii-sama! A guy like him isn't worthy of it at all!"

"Not worthy?!" Stella raged up.

Hearing the person she liked being belittled by an outsider sent her completely over the edge.

"A mere flat-chested runt dares to say Roy isn't worthy?! Who the hell do you think you are?!"

"Flat-chested... runt?!" Shizuku's face froze.

Stella had hit a massive nerve.

Shizuku had always been deeply insecure about her petite figure.

Despite being high school age, while other girls from the Kurogane branch families developed beautiful, mature curves, she remained stuck with the underdeveloped figure of a junior high student.

"A foreign princess who only relies on her brute magic power which is just as bloated and useless as the fat on your chest is just an uncivilized savage after all," Shizuku snorted coldly, her eyes narrowing in mockery.

"Do you really think you can stop me?"

"Fat?" Stella's mouth lifted into a dangerous half smile. "Narrow-minded runts really are full of prejudice."

"What a pity. This fat is something a flat-chested dwarf like you won't be able to grow in an entire lifetime."

Rather than immediately crossing swords, the two girl locked themselves in a highly personal shouting match.

"Are they going to be okay?"

Being dragged away by Roy, Ikki looked back worriedly at the two girls locked in their heated standoff.

Both had violated school rules by summoning their Devices without permission.

Given their auras, it was very likely someone would get seriously hurt.

After all, one was an A-Rank Mage Knight and the other a B-Rank.

If a teacher caught them brawling in the halls, there would be severe punishments.

"It's fine. Stella has a sense of proportion. She won't do anything irreversible," Roy said seriously, pulling Ikki further away from the warzone.

"I have something to discuss with you. It's about your sister."

"Shizuku?" Ikki asked in confusion but he nodded and followed Roy around the corner to a quieter section of the campus.

"Your sister is acting very strange," Roy noted. "I think you've noticed it too."

"Well..." Ikki's expression turned unnatural.

Recalling the image of his sister passionately kissing Roy, he felt a wave of deep embarrassment especially since he knew Shizuku's intended target had been him.

"Maybe it's just because we haven't seen each other in four years?"

"Shizuku probably just got a little too excited and got carried away," Ikki offered, trying desperately to convince both Roy and himself.

"Do you honestly believe that?" Roy snorted lightly.

"Uh..." Ikki smiled awkwardly.

Even he couldn't convince himself with that flimsy excuse.

"Is there some weird tradition in Japan where sisters dedicate their pure first kiss to their older brothers?" Roy asked deadpan.

"Absolutely not! Don't misunderstand! I have no idea why Shizuku would try to do something like that!" Ikki hastily denied it, waving his hands frantically.

"I know," Roy sighed. "That's exactly why I said your sister's behavior is highly suspicious."

"Think about it: if I hadn't pulled you out of the way just now, what do you think would have happened once word spread?"

Kissing one's own sister on the lips in the middle of a crowded school corridor would obviously result in absolute social death.

Ikki didn't answer, only responding with a strained smile.

"Don't forget about the Ethics Committee," Roy pointed out.

Hearing that name, Ikki's body stiffened.

The Ethics Committee was a strict regulatory department operating under the International Mage Knight League.

Its function, as the name implied, was to supervise the ethical conduct of Mage Knights.

This included reviewing a knight's moral character, public behavior, and lifestyle.

Any major scandal, especially something as taboo as incest could easily lead to a knight's license being permanently revoked.

"I would bet that the Japanese branch of the Ethics Committee is heavily staffed by people loyal to the Kurogane family."

"They hold a lot of power in this country," Roy guessed smoothly.

Ikki nodded silently, the pieces clicking together in his mind.

The Kurogane family's influence in Japan was simply too massive.

Even before the Samurai Ryoma appeared, the Kurogane had a deep, historical background as a family of elites.

After Ryoma Kurogane saved the nation, their power reached an absolute peak.

While they didn't control the entire country, their influence across various sectors especially within the Mage Knight industry was unmatched.

Even though the Ethics Committee answered to the International League, the Kurogane family naturally wouldn't ignore it.

They had undoubtedly planted their own people inside to ensure they maintained leverage over the Committee's rulings.

If Ikki were caught in a major public scandal, the Kurogane family could easily use the Ethics Committee to expel him legally and strip him of his right to ever become a Mage Knight.
