Lian sighed after completing his self-given task, absorbing the divine blood into his core. The energy settled within him, offering a brief moment of absolute stillness. He brushed the dust from his clothes and raised his head to the sky, preparing to vanish into the shadows once more:

"I should get going--"

BAM!!

An invisible, catastrophic force smashed right into his chest, carrying the undeniable weight of the cosmos itself. The impact bypassed all his physical and spiritual defenses, and instantly, he dropped on his knees, violently vomiting a mouthful of thick blood:

’This?! Impossible!!’ He thought in absolute shock, staring at his violently trembling hands. The dense, chilling aura of the grave that had always hummed beneath his skin was being brutally ripped away, siphoned upward by an absolute mandate.

"Why... Why am I losing the powers to control death itself?" He asked himself in shock, his golden eyes frantically searching the heavens. And the next moment, his eyes widened in sheer, existential horror as the puzzle pieces fell into place:

’It can’t be?!! Did Mirabella?! Now even the Heaven is assisting her, taking every single abilities and Bloodlines related to death, and transferring it to her?! If she achieves this, she will be the only one in the four worlds who’ll have complete control over death itself!’

The absolute monopoly of a fundamental law of reality was an event that defied all known history. He forced his shaking legs to lock, pushing himself as he got to his feet, and wiped the blood off his lips with the back of his hand:

"It hasn’t even been five minutes, and she already got the third stone?! Why is Heaven helping her?" He thought, his mind racing with terrifying implications, and instantly vanished from the city, leaving no trace behind.

[Second/Third world.]

[Lamashtu’s Faction.]

Lamashtu stood with absolute authority, listening to the war reports from her elite vanguard, the next moment:

BAM!!

Before the Lamashtu’s three commanders could even finish their strategic mapping, an invisible, world-breaking force smashed right into her chest, physically lifting the monarch off her feet and forcing her violently back into her throne. Lamashtu grabbed her chest, her dark aura shattering like glass, and vomited a mouthful of black blood down her chin.

"My Queen!!" The three commanders exclaimed in unison, their energy flaring as they rushed forward to protect her, only to freeze on track, as Lamashtu stretched a trembling hand forward, forcefully stopping them.

’No!! How could this be! Why did I lose all my abilities and bloodlines related to death! This is impossible!!’ She screamed inwardly, a deep, furious frown etching itself onto her pale face. The foundation of her dark magic, the very essence that fueled her legions, had been entirely severed by a higher authority.

’Due to this, I lost 40% of my army!!’ The realization struck her like a physical blow. The millions of undead thralls and necrotic beasts tethered to her will had just collapsed into lifeless ash across the battlefields. Suppressing her panic, she stood up, her authority demanding absolute obedience:

"Send reinforcement to the border!! We can’t lose this battle!! That stupid Angel clan brat thinks he is strong, teach him a lesson!! Angra Mainju, go and lead the Reinforcement!!"

"Yes, My Queen!!" Angra Mainju said, slamming his fist over his heart in salute, and vanished from the throne hall in a swirl of dark mist.

’What happened? Why did I suddenly lose my powers? I hope it’s not anything bad.’ She thought, the chilling dread of the unknown creeping into her heart as she sat back down on her cold throne.

___

[Marriott’s faction.]

Deep beneath the jagged mountains, in a pitch-black cave where the dead went to rot, an ancient entity stirred. The undead skeleton slowly opened its hollow eye sockets, twin flames of blue soul-fire igniting and staring blankly at the damp, stone walls before him:

’What is this? Why do I have the urge to run out and serve! Impossible, I only have one King, why do I have the urge to serve another?! No! Something is wrong.’ It raised its skeletal arm, staring intently at its bony hand, which was visibly trembling. A supreme, irresistible mandate was echoing through the very concept of death itself, pulling at its soul, demanding absolute fealty to a new, rising Sovereign.

The undead king forced its will to clamp down, fighting the override with every ounce of its loyalty.

’I guess the war is still ongoing, countless already died, and it’s only one month... I hope everything goes smoothly.’ It reasoned, completely unaware that the fundamental laws of its existence had just been permanently rewritten.

___

[Fourth World.]

[Aethelgard’s Dark Palace.]

The Dark Palace of Aethelgard sat at the apex of the Fourth World, a towering spire of obsidian that drank the ambient light. Within its deepest sanctuary, shadows writhed like living serpents.

"Hmm... I just lost all my powers and bloodlines related to death, even my death energy is gone." The dark figure said, his voice echoing with suppressed, dangerous volume, clenching his armored fist as he felt the sudden emptiness in his vast core.

"Why is Heaven acting?! The Primordial gateway is still sealed shut. Then why?" He stood up from his colossal throne, the sheer pressure of his anger cracking the obsidian floor beneath his boots.

"Am I missing something?"

WHOOSH!

The space before him smoothly shifted, tearing open as the Fox Queen walked gracefully out of the void, her ten magnificent, ethereal tails wiggling rhythmically behind her. The next moment, recognizing the suffocating killing intent in the room, she dropped onto her knees, and respectfully placed her forehead flat on the cold ground:

"My King, we lost three Aeons on earth."

"What?!!" He yelled in absolute disbelief, the sonic force of his voice shattering the dark crystals lining the hall.

"How?! Earth is just a backwater planet!! How did three of my guards fall there?!!"

"I did some investigation, and with the zombie butler’s words. Mirabella was on Earth."

The name hung in the air like a deadly curse.

"Mirabella again!! Killing all the 195 Gatekeepers isn’t enough for her!! Does she truly want to become my enemy!!" He muttered, his aura leaking pure, unadulterated killing intent that threatened to suffocate the entire palace.

’You killed her family, of course she is our enemy.’ The Fox Queen thought sardonically, keeping her face pressed to the floor, deliberately not daring to look up and reveal the irony in her eyes.

"Alright Mirabella... I will grant your wish." He seethed, his patience finally snapping. He aggressively turned to the Fox Queen:

"From the 12th Aeons down to the 20th, send them all to the Third World!! And ask the undead skeleton King to return here!" He yelled, mobilizing his supreme vanguard.

"I obey!!" She yelled loudly, playing the part of the perfectly loyal servant, but before she could get up and execute the command, he added:

"What about the other families?!"

"The Dragon, Elves, Phoenix, Beast folks and others are all waiting for your command." She quickly answered, listing the terrifying coalition forces at his disposal.

"Alright then, we keep watch and see Mirabella’s true goal. The Aeons will keep her busy, no matter how powerful she is, she can’t escape death." He said, his massive arms folding tightly behind him, completely unaware that his absolute statement was now fundamentally flawed.

’Um... Should I say Mirabella plans to take full control of death? No, that is impossible... I should observe first before acting.’ She thought rapidly, weighing the political risks. Instead of revealing the terrifying truth about the cosmic shift, she opted to deliver a different, equally devastating piece of intelligence:

"My King, Mirabella has a realm Destroyer under her command, and it can use void abilities."

"....?!!!"

The Great Dark King completely froze in sheer, paralyzed shock, the apocalyptic magnitude of a tamed Realm Destroyer shattering all his strategic calculations.
