Mersha was about to use the herbs when, for once, her crazy expression froze for a second.

The roots, flowers, leaves, and strange glowing plants Arden had created were all far better than what she had expected.

Not just better.

Ridiculously better.

She picked up the heat-resistant bloodleaf and examined the veins inside it. Her eyes grew brighter the longer she looked. "Senior Brother Arden."

Arden turned toward her while keeping several vines wrapped around the surrounding space. "Yes?"

Mersha slowly raised the herb in her hand. "Just what kind of herbs are these?"

Arden blinked. "The ones you asked for."

Mersha nodded, but her voice became more excited. "Yeah, but their effects are too good. Their cellular structure, energy components, reaction stability, and medicinal compatibility are all greater than what I needed. Much greater."

She looked at the rest of the plants, practically drooling over them. "With this quality, I could make something amazing."

Arden adjusted his posture and nodded, looking a little embarrassed but also slightly proud. "Of course. After all, they’re all top Star Grade herbs and plants based on what you wanted."

Mersha’s eyes immediately sharpened. "Top Star Grade?"

Arden nodded again. "Yes. I made them using what I learned from the new library Master built. I only adjusted them a little to match your formula request."

Mersha went silent.

A second later, her smile turned terrifyingly bright. "I see..."

She hugged the herbs like they were precious treasure. "Hehehe. With this, it should be possible."

Arden raised an eyebrow. "Possible?"

Mersha quickly poured several herbs into the bottles, and the liquid inside began reacting violently.

PSSSSHHH!

Red, green, black, silver, and blue lights flashed inside the glass, making the bottles tremble as if something alive was trying to crawl out.

Mersha laughed under her breath. "With this, it should be possible for those two to beat that avatar even without us going in."

Arden looked toward Valtor and Seira, who were already facing the lava-poison world avatar again.

He studied the avatar for a moment, then nodded slowly. "I see. That’s good, then."

Mersha glanced at him. "You’re not disappointed?"

Arden shook his head. "No. Both of us are more suited to support roles anyway."

He raised one hand, and countless roots spread through the void, forming a massive living formation behind Valtor and Seira. "If they can fight better because of us, that’s still our victory."

Mersha’s smile widened. "Hehehe. Exactly."

She lifted two glowing bottles.

Both gave off a pressure that made even the surrounding world energy twitch slightly.

Mersha’s eyes looked dangerously bright as she stared at Valtor and Seira. "Now let’s make those two idiots strong enough to punch a fake world monster in the face."

---

Valtor and Seira faced the lava-poison world avatar from two different sides.

Valtor’s [World Furnace Domain] burned violently behind him, turning the surrounding space into a blazing battlefield, while Seira’s [Frozen Throne Domain] spread from the opposite direction, freezing flames, poison fog, and molten energy into silent crystal.

The two domains clashed around the avatar like fire and ice trying to tear the world apart.

The lava-poison world avatar did not care.

Its massive arm swung down.

BOOOOM!

Valtor crossed both arms and blocked, but his body was still blasted backward.

Seira raised one hand, creating layers of ice mirrors in front of her.

CRACKLE!

The avatar’s other fist smashed through six mirrors before finally stopping at the seventh.

Seira’s expression remained cold, but her fingers trembled slightly.

Valtor wiped blood from his mouth and laughed roughly. "Damn. This bastard really doesn’t get tired."

Seira glanced at him. "Neither do you. Unfortunately, you also don’t think."

Valtor’s mouth twitched. "Can you stop insulting me while we’re losing?"

Behind them, Arden watched the fight with a serious expression.

Mersha had already finished mixing the two potions.

The liquid inside the bottles looked terrifying.

One bottle burned red-black like living lava mixed with blood, while the other shone silver-blue with frozen bubbles that kept forming strange faces.

Arden stared at them for a second. "Are you sure these are safe?"

Mersha answered without hesitation. "Mostly."

Arden’s face stiffened. "Mostly?"

Mersha shoved the bottles toward him. "No time. Send them."

Arden sighed and raised one hand.

Two forest wolves made from vines, roots, and glowing green leaves leapt out from his living formation.

Each wolf grabbed one potion bottle in its mouth before shooting toward Valtor and Seira.

Valtor noticed the wolf first. "Huh?"

The vine wolf threw the red-black potion toward him.

Seira caught the silver-blue potion a moment later.

The moment both of them saw the bottles, their expressions changed.

Valtor’s face darkened. "Mersha’s potion?"

Seira looked at the frozen liquid in her hand and frowned. "This looks dangerous."

The world avatar raised both fists again.

RUMBLE!

Valtor and Seira exchanged a glance.

They were losing.

There was no time to be picky.

Valtor gritted his teeth. "Fuck it."

Seira closed her eyes for a second. "I hate this."

Both of them drank at the same time.

A second later, their faces turned completely black.

Valtor’s eyes bulged. "What the hell is this taste?!"

Seira’s cold expression cracked for the first time. "Disgusting."

Arden immediately turned toward Mersha. "Mersha, why can’t you at least make it drinkable?"

Mersha crossed her arms with absolute confidence. "Absolutely not. If I make the taste better, the effect will be weaker."

Arden stared at her.

For a moment, he looked like he wanted to argue.

In the end, he could only sigh.

That was Mersha’s only weakness.

She could create miracles in a bottle.

Unfortunately, every miracle tasted like poison pretending to be food.

Valtor’s body suddenly trembled.

The red-black potion erupted through his veins like lava being poured into a furnace.

His flames roared higher, darker, and wilder, while the cracks across his body glowed like molten scars.

Seira’s silver-blue potion reacted at the same time.

Frost spread across her skin like royal markings, and the icy throne behind her became larger, colder, and more solid.

The surrounding world authority slowed for a brief moment, as if even the fake world monster had been forced to respect her domain.

Valtor looked down at his hands, then burst out laughing. "Hahaha! Damn, that awful taste was almost worth it."

Seira exhaled cold mist and raised her gaze toward the avatar. "Almost."

Mersha’s eyes sparkled. "See? Perfect result."

Arden rubbed his forehead. "Please never say that after making people look like they just drank sewage."

Mersha ignored him completely and watched Valtor and Seira with excitement.

The lava-poison world avatar finally moved again.

This time, Valtor stepped forward instead of being pushed back.

Seira lifted one hand, and the [Frozen Throne Domain] locked onto the avatar’s movement.

Valtor’s [World Furnace Domain] burned even hotter.

Fire and ice pressed forward together.

The real fight was finally beginning.
