Ben Dover had never been the smartest person in the room, but even he could infer whom Luna was hinting at when she had told him to be careful of those close to him.

Muttering to himself that he would render his assistance to the twins in the morning, Ben’s eyes subconsciously dropped to the lower left corner of his vision, where something baffling had occurred, something he still couldn’t believe.

At first, he had thought he was imagining things when he noticed his life timer had appeared to pause during his intimacy with Luna. But Ben wasn’t imagining things.

This occurrence only meant it was about to be reset with additional time as a result of his intimacy with someone new... But Ben’s assertion had been proven to be partly wrong, because his lifespan had been increased... by a lot.

Ben had been under the impression that he needed to be with someone new, and only this way would his lifespan be increased according to the individual’s realm.

But he had already been with Luna before... twice, in fact.

The first time, he had gained an addition to his lifespan, and the second time he had not.

This had also been true with Faerwyn, which made him believe this was how it worked. But while this fact was true, it seemed to be only half true.

There was just one difference between Faerwyn’s and Luna’s situation. As well as the same difference between the other two times he’s been with Luna...

And that was her sudden jump in realm.

While Luna was only at the peak level of the warrior knight realm the first two times they were intimate, this time she had crossed into the master knight realm.

Ben knew this line of reasoning might also be faulted, just like the first one, but it was the most plausible guess.

And if this were true, Ben imagined he could simply cultivate the beauties around him to become really strong, and as they advanced, he too could be gaining life spans by uniting intimately with them.

"Sigh... that’s just sick, Ben." Ben chided himself, shaking his head off such drastic thoughts. He felt that actively cultivating a lady’s strength for such a reason didn’t really align with his values.

And an extension to his lifespan was just an add-on. As long as he wasn’t desperate to stay alive like before, Ben simply preferred having fun with sexy beauties, just like he does with the twins.

Thinking back to when he arrived in this world with less than an hour’s worth of lifespan, Ben was happy he was making steady progress.

He hadn’t only become strong enough to stand his ground with most; he had also bedded incredibly sexy beauties beyond measure.

Though this world was backwards developmentally in so many ways, and his life was constantly ticking down, Ben still felt the happiest he had ever been.

Ben muttered, setting up a small lifespan goal.

Ben complained, stating his displeasure at being nothing but an open book in front of this spying goddess.

It was simply one of her authorities as a goddess that allowed her to glean the thoughts of all those who thought about her and what they were thinking about that was related to her in that moment.

It was one of the most basic authorities of divine beings over their world and its people.

Still, she was having too much fun with Ben’s misunderstanding.

She most certainly would not be going out of her way to correct this misconception.

After all, she had never lied to him; Ben had come to this conclusion on his own; she simply didn’t correct him, is all.

"Anyway. Now that you know about my desire to explore other beauties from other worlds one day....."

"Could you perhaps add that to one of the benefits of accomplishing my mission ?"

Ben demanded. Elyndra had basically promised to make him immortal once this was all over.

And since she brought him over to her world when she was so weak, when she recovers all her goddess powers, it shouldn’t be a big problem to do this.

It might be greedy, as he hasn’t even explored an inch of this world. Still, it was better to get things like this set in place, as it was in line with his grand ambitions.
