Infinite Rebate System: Beautiful Women And Endless Returns
Chapter 3: First Day, First Moves. The gates of Riverside Academy swallowed him whole.
Xavier walked through with his bag slung over one shoulder, eyes forward, expression unreadable. Around him students were greeting each other with the loud, performative energy of people who’d spent summer rehearsing how cool they’d become. Hugs. Laughter. The usual theatre.
He paid none of it any attention.
His eyes were still on Sarah.
She was laughing at something her friend said, head thrown back, chestnut hair catching the morning light like she’d choreographed it.Completely unaware that the man walking past her gate had already lived an entire life loving her and losing everything because of it.
Same girl. Different timeline.
Then the notification arrived.
[ REBATE SYSTEM — MAIN QUEST ]
New Quest Detected: The Reckoning
Find a way to humiliate Sarah Torres publicly
Reward: +15000 EXP + Special Package
Status: In Progress
Accept [Y/N]
Xavier read it twice and his answer was obvious. Then a slow, quiet smile crossed his face the kind that didn’t reach his eyes.Yes gladly.
He let out a faint smile now something me and this system both agree on. Not to talk of the 15000 exp points, it was a worthwhile reward for such an important task, just completing it meant I will ascend to the next tier.
He kept walking.
First things first. To humiliate someone properly you need leverage. And leverage costs money. And money he glanced at the cooldown timer still ticking in the corner of his vision. Money takes time.
I need to get acquainted with her first.
She’s in Theatre Arts department next building over my department if I remember correctly.I got Plenty of time.Patience, Xavier. You’ve already lived this once.

He found his classroom on the second floor of the Food and Nutrition block, took a seat near the window, and waited.
The lecturer a thin woman in her forties named Mrs. Adeyemi walked in at exactly 8:35AM, set her bag down, and looked at the room full of fresh faces with the expression of someone who had done this many times and expected nothing new.
"First day," she said. "Let’s keep it simple. Stand up, say your name, sit down. We’ll start from the left."
One by one they went. Names Issac o corner half-remembered from a life he’d already lived, faces that meant nothing yet. A tall boy who announced himself like he was addressing a stadium. A quiet girl who practically whispered. The usual spread.
When it got to Xavier he stood, said "Xavier Cole" in a flat, even tone, and sat back down before the room could fully register him.
Good now I can definitely stay focus. I got slit of work to do.
He pulled out his phone the moment Mrs. Adeyemi turned to the board.
He’d been thinking about this since the cab. The rebate system returned double on everything he spent which meant the fastest way to stack real money in the short term wasn’t investment. It was volume. High frequency, legitimate spending, ten minutes apart, riding the cap.
He opened a browser and searched: non-governmental organizations accepting grants and donations.
Three came up immediately. A youth education fund. A rural healthcare initiative. A women’s literacy program.
Xavier donated $500 to the first one.

"Hey — you’ve been on your phone since you sat down."
Xavier didn’t look up. "Correct?."
"I’m Amira." The girl in the next seat leaned slightly toward him. "You’re Xavier — I saw you during introductions. You look busy but..." She paused. "I need help with something."
He glanced at her then. Briefly.
Amira was small and neat, round glasses sitting slightly crooked on her nose, a thick textbook already open on her desk like she’d come to actually study. Smart eyes. Unpretentious. And yes a figure that her conservative blouse was doing a genuinely poor job of downplaying.
In my previous life I would’ve dropped everything for a girl who spoke to me first. Pathetic.
"As you can see," Xavier said, eyes back on his phone, "I’m busy."
The ten minutes cleared. He donated $1,500..
[ REBATE SYSTEM ]
Transaction Detected: $1,500 donation — Women’s Literacy Program
Base Multiplier (Tier 1): 2x

Credited in: 00:10:00
Cooldown: 00:10:00
[ Net Balance: $3,520.00 → $6,520.00 ]
God that cooldown is brutal but who makes money in such a way just by spending he threw a faint smile. He leaned back slightly, doing the math. But $6,000 sitting in my account before lunch. In my previous life I worked three months for that.
He kept cycling. $500. Wait. $1,000. Wait.
The balance climbed with quiet, obnoxious certainty.
"Why are you being mean?" Amira said beside him. "It’s the first day. We’re supposed to be making friends."
Xavier paused.
She’s not wrong that the old me would’ve called this a gift. A random girl approaches first, nice figure, clearly intelligent. He glanced at the textbook already open in front of her. What scenario is she in that never played out in my previous life?
He opened his mouth to respond —
"Hope I’m not disturbing anything!"
Both of them looked up.
Kelvin had materialized beside their desk with the energy of someone who had been waiting for an audience. Medium height, flashy sneakers, shirt one size too fitted, already grinning at Amira like he deserved credit for noticing her.
Kelvin. Xavier remembered him vaguely — mid-tier socially, always hovering near whoever was rising, never quite landing.
The human equivalent of a satellite.
"Am I interrupting?" Kelvin said again, eyebrows raised.
Amira started to answer. Xavier cut in smoothly.
"Nah," he said. "It’s fine."
Kelvin blinked, pulled up a chair.
The three of them talked or rather Kelvin talked, Amira responded, and Xavier focused entirely on he’s business while his phone cycled through the last transactions.
The system chimed.

The system rewards consistency, Xavier noted. Not just spending but also completing the cycle, it’s just like I am in a video game.
Ten thousand in returns. First day. Before lunch. Never thought the day will come that I will have the certainty of being rich.
Xavier stared at that number and felt something shift quietly in his chest. Not excitement — something colder and more useful than excitement.
Certainty.
The bell rang. Chairs scraped. Mrs. Adeyemi dismissed them with a reminder about next week’s materials and the classroom dissolved into noise.
Xavier pocketed his phone and stood.
Enough settling in.
He looked out the window toward the Arts building. Somewhere in that direction, a woman and a laugh that had cost him everything once.
About time to make my first contact, he thought, adjusting his bag strap. Time to introduce myself.
