Limitless Summoner System

Tyler’s suit was dropped off at his dorm during his duel and he grinned ear to ear while looking at himself in the mirror. In 3333 in Vexarra, all he had to do was take measurements of himself using his cell phone and it only cost 1000 credits. He hadn’t spent much and with his almost 2 months allowance from school and another 3000 incoming next Friday, he was nearing 10,000 in savings. That didn’t include the 100,000 credits he had stashed in his system from completing the create a party quest. He was loaded.

’Damn I look good.’ He smirked.

He told the ladies to look nice because he had a huge surprise. He booked the reservation two weeks in advance and was looking forward to a delicious meal with his beautiful girlfriends.

They all got ready over at Sophie’s apartment, as Kass and Amanda both lived in the dorms. Kass’ parents could afford an apartment but wanted her to live more of a "social" college life. Ironically, she was just not in a way they imagined. They were accepting of her being in a relationship with someone with Sophie, especially knowing how strong she was. They felt bad for Amanda, but when Kass explained it was helping her out, they were very supportive of her.

Sophie’s parents were furious she shared someone. They thought it was absurd with how strong and powerful she was that she would let anyone else be in a relationship with her future husband. She scoffed at the idea of them calling him that and explained in two months he’d treated her far better than her ex did.

As the ladies were walking over to Tyler’s dorm, he felt a pit in his stomach when Vivian returned.

"You are summoned by the King and Queen of the Land of Summoned Monsters immediately." Vivian said nervously.

"Wait... what?!" Ash screeched. "Why now... what changed?"

"They want to meet Tyler and his girlfriends."

"You’re kidding, right?" Ash tried to laugh but it sounded so forced Tyler felt nervous.

"What’s the big deal? Be polite, show respect, why are you all so worried?" He asked confidently.

"Not every day the King and Queen invite regular mortals to their realm. At least you all are dressed for the occasion." Vivian said bluntly.

"Well, this is going to be one hell of a date." Tyler laughed.

"Isn’t it Bahamut and Asura?" Shadow asked.

"Yes, Bahamut married Asura over 100,000 years ago and created that realm as a peaceful place for beasts, Eidolons and summoners to exist. As you know, things kind of went south a long time ago."

"Yeah, that’s what my pack told me about. But what changed?" Shadow asked curiously.

"Well, if they feel Tyler is worthy you’ll all be receiving a history lesson tonight." Vivian sighed.

"Cheer up Viv, it could be worse. We could be going with a moron." Ash did his best to cheer her up.

"Very true..."

"Shit, what about class tomorrow?"

"Probably should get everyone excused. Go see that demon Sensei." Ash said matter-of-factly.

Tyler left his apartment unlocked and texted their group chat that he had to make a quick stop before their date. He ran and caught up with Master Sanju, explained the situation and he gladly wrote them an excusal notice on behalf of a training mission he was sending them on. Tyler thanked him several times before rushing out of there. Before he left, he felt Vivian leave so he figured she was getting him up to speed on what was really going on.

He finally got back to his apartment quickly to a group of three gorgeous women sitting on his sofa. Amanda was wearing a green dress, Sophie blue and Kass red. They had matching heels, earrings and all looked amazing. He felt Vivian return.

"I am so sorry. You all look so beautiful." Tyler said, still trying to catch his breath.

"What’s wrong babe?" Sophie asked bluntly.

"Wrong? Nothing. I had to get us excused from classes tomorrow. I dropped them off at the dean’s office."

"Excused? Wait, what the hell is going on?" Kass asked with an eyebrow raised.

"We’ve all been summoned to the Eidolian Realm. I guess the King and Queen want to meet us." Tyler shrugged.

The girls’ faces went pale.

"Why is everyone so damn worried?!" Tyler asked, frustrated he was the only one excited to be introducing his girlfriends and meeting the King and Queen of the Eidolians.

’System, why is everyone so afraid?’

[I am unsure. Probably because it is the god of dragons and his lovely shapeshifting wife. Who knows what will happen down there or how long you will be gone for. Last time you left, they were worried sick.]

"It’ll be fine ladies, don’t worry," Sophie worked up the courage to say. "We have Tyler and his amazing familiars. How do we get there?"

A giant golden portal appeared in the center of the room as if they were listening from the other realm.

’Woah,’ Tyler thought.

"Well ladies? Let’s head out."

"For the love of all that is good in this world please do not let me lose this host." Ash prayed.

"Hey bird brain, I can hear you!" Tyler laughed at Ash’s old joke.

"Oh, yeah, forgot about that." Ash teased.

Tyler grabbed Sophie and Amanda’s hand while Kass walked behind him, holding his shoulders. They didn’t want to walk through it separately. On the other end of the portal was a large throne room decorated with ornate metals and fiberglass paintings. It was a serene scene to say the least. Asura was in her human Eidolon form. She was absolutely beautiful with blonde hair and blue eyes. Bahamut was in his elegant platinum dragon form.

He was massive. Tyler guessed he wasn’t in his full form. There’s no way a dragon of Bahamut’s magnitude only stood 100 feet tall with perfectly proportional wings and tail.

"You’re right. Good catch kid." Ash said cheerfully.

They all immediately bowed as Tyler’s staff formed in front of him.

"Thank you for having us, King Bahamut and Queen Asura," Tyler said while kneeling and looking down. Amanda, Sophie and Kass followed his lead.

"Well, well. The Last Summoner and his three wives." Bahamut said calmly, but the depth of his voice caused the throne room to gently shake.

"I mean no disrespect, your majesty, but these are my girlfriends. I’ve only known them for two months and I am only 18. Marriage is a lot more than that, wouldn’t you agree?" Tyler said very politely.

"Rise young ones." Asura said kindly. "My husband tends to hyperbolize."

The girls could finally breathe. They were glad they were dressed up nicely for the occasion and Tyler was glad he had a new suit.

Bahamut’s laugh echoed throughout the large chamber.

"You have not seen what I have seen. I apologize. I do not pretend to know the future, but I ask you, do you have multiple women to try to produce multiple summoners?"

"You all are strangely quiet." Tyler thought.

"Address him. He can hear us." Ash said sternly.

"No your majesty. You should know my past better than any one else aside from Ash. I ask you kindly let me share that with the women if and when I am ready?"

"Certainly. Just as my Eidolon’s past is not mine to share, your life is yours to share. I like the name you chose for Seraphim by the way. It’s clever." The King smiled, showing his perfect dragon teeth.

"You have been summoned because in order to complete your initiation as a summoner, you must kill one of your familiars."

The girls gasped and Tyler knew why his familiars were so worried about coming here.

"The only person dying here today will be me, then, your majesty." Tyler said calmly as a few tear drops fell from his eyes.
