When the earth is being attacked or being ravaged by some force, the wisest thing for some people is to flee for a while and then return later whether to fight or to rebuild.

And then there is the coastline of Pandemonium which is suffering its own disaster.

The coastline of Pandemonium is one of the most active coastlines in the world

There are many port cities and there are also many kingdoms around the coastline and hills near the coastline.

Some even built a castle on top of a cape near the coastline.

There are cities up and below the water.

Some created their own underwater kingdoms.

But because of the nature of the Turbulent Sea, most of the underwater kingdom built by Disk Formation realm beings usually is still near the coastline.

And even though there are cities built underwater near the coastline, not all cities are allowed to be built near the coastline.

There is a very strict regulation on building cities underwater and along the sea and the coastline or any underwater kingdom related to Pandemonium

In any city state and kingdom on land, the Land Department as it is called by the common people, as the Department always renamed their division every five years or so, the permission to open up villages and cities and establish kingdoms is usually approved easily

There is not that many restrictions on it.

Even on precious minerals.

As long as they pay their taxes, which is energy stones and some other precious minerals and any other resources worth their kind to the central government, the bureaucrats who is very nitpicky about many things would not even care that much

They did not even need to er for a few minutes.

They saw it, saw the name and then they stamp it.

This is because land is in abundance in Pandemonium

Pandemonium m is vast and the amount of people compared to this vast land is tiny.

The best way to describe it was that if Adam and Eve had a son and a daughter, and they were the only four people on Earth and all of the Earth has only them and only them, that is how vast the Earth was after its current expansion

So, even if one wanted to establish a kingdom the size of Europe, the bureaucrats would not even bat their eyelashes

But on underwater kingdoms?

Ah, that is where the bureaucrats show their talents of slowing things up

Because underwater kingdom is different.

Even more so when one considers what is the kind of water that surrounded Pandemonium

It is the Turbulent Sea.

And the Turbulent Sea mystery and all the other Seas that is used to border the Ten Divine Continents is still unresolved.

There are still many things about the Ten Seas that many people did not know

And the o0tehr thing is that underwater kingdom is not only harder to supervise, it is also a mess

Why do one want to create underwater kingdom when there is all this land?

Up to date, there is only around five underwater kingdom was approved by the central government.

And out of the five, three of them have ties to the Pandemonium military lab.

There are many reasons why it is not easy to get approval. There is all of this practical concern but there is also concern of cosmetics

After all, one does not want to swim around the beach and suddenly head bump into a palace under the sea

There is a certain depth where they must go before, they could create their own underwater kingdom

And now, even the underwater kingdoms and everything above it is affected

The coast of the Pandemonium continent is now being battered by fierce waves. This mini tremor also created ten-meter wall tsunamis all over the coastline.

If this was before, it would have ravaged the entire coastline.

But of course, there is the army base and ports of sailors and navies and they could either cut off the tsunami, freeze it, or burn it and turn it into gas.

But all of this is just a prelude of what is about to happen. The disaster did not yet even begin

This is just a warning.

And never before has a warning sign seems more deadly than a real tribulation.

Because no one in this world has seen this kind of tribulation before

But someone has. And that is him

He could not appear in the world for long. The last time he appears, it is a matter of great importance. But nothing is more important than this

A birth of a Sovereign. And it is not just a birth of a Sovereign. It is a birth of a Sovereign than has never been seen since the end of the Etherna era

A primordial body. An Etherna body

An Etherna is born innate with their body already the peak of perfection

They were Sovereign in birth. They mastered laws and rules of the Universe like they are breathing.

What is the peak existence for any other being, the penultimate realm, is only the starting point for the Etherna

Pangu for example would be the peak existence in the Three Thousand worlds. But his peak is just the middle realm for Etherna

An Etherna that is born is already half step away from Pangu realm. And the strongest among them would easily defeat Pangu

And this is just an example of peak power. But at that time beings like Pangu did not yet exist and any other creatures in the world did not yet exist

That is how easy it was for them

But for any other beings that wanted to forge a body like them, the Sovereign realm is the beginning of the step and not the end

And The Seventh Loki, the one with the Sovereign cultivation could now appear.

In broad daylight.

He is the Loki with all of the knowledge.

He knows all of the events.

All of the details.

His plans itself might even differ from the other Loki.

And unlike before, his memory would not fade or be altered.....because of this current situation

"It seems I owe you again" Loki mutters while chuckling, his eyes seemingly able to see through all of those storms and dark mist that is now covering Azief

Beside him, there is probably none in this world right now that could see Azief right now

Even if they know that Azief is in front of them, if they try to look at him, they would not be able to see through the clouds of calamity that is enveloping Azief right now

Because no one in this world right now have the realm of Essence Creation.

To see through those clouds and the dark mist one would have to at least have the realm of Essence Creation

And that clouds and those mist would only become stronger as time passes and when that time comes, one would need at least the realm of half Step Sovereign.

But no one on Earth has that kind of realm right now. His intervention and his meddling have created an entire new timeline, completely and absolutely

The Omniverse sending such ripple through time and destiny already proved that he had changed far more than just a few events

He expected that things would change

He however did not expect to change this much

Now, every event that should happen is cast out into uncertainty

Loki sighed

"he always surprises me. Whether in that other timeline.... or in this timeline" he sighed. But there is a smile on his face

He is in Pandemonium right now.

Well, he could not miss this. At the dawn of a new era, of a new revolution that no one knows that he is fighting for.... how could he miss it?

He is on top of some mountain. And his eyes are looking at Azief millions of miles away.

He is looking at him like he is in front of him

And it is like watching history.

Only this is the history he doesn’t know

Azief had changed. His fate had also changed and his fortune and luck had also changed

Loki could appear here now precisely because Azief is now entering the Sovereign realm

And the way he enters it, is to shakes the entire Omniverse into chaos.

What is the Omniverse?

The Omniverse holds almost everything

It is something that contained "all of Reality"

There is megaverse. There is Multiverses

But they are all in.... inside to be more accurate, inside the Omniverse

Not many beings and even civilization can achieve or even fathom exiting the Omniverse.

Not only because it is almost very rare for people to see the Omniverse in its entirety.

And as the world inside the Omniverse itself is compounding in expanding itself, as more and more reality branches new and new worlds and parallel realities, there is more and more space, whether it was illusionary or real and make it the Omniverse extremely vast that the mortal mind could hardly imagine how vast it.
