Chapter 210 - 158: Harvest! A Match for Ten ThousandChapter 210: Chapter 158: Harvest! A Match for Ten Thousand
But the ferocious Power that erupted from Wan Ze’s hands showed no sign of stopping. It tore through Kate’s arms and slammed viciously into his chest!
His Five Viscera and Six Bowels were instantly knocked out of place!
Kate shot backward like a cannonball!
"BAM!!!"
He flew more than a dozen meters before smashing hard against the wall behind him!
The wall cracked on impact. He sank half an inch into the surface before sliding down and rolling twice on the ground.
Before he could even let out a scream, he spat out a mouthful of blood, his face a mask of utter horror.
"You...!!!"
Kate raised his head, about to speak, but Wan Ze was already standing before him.
Looming over him.
He just looked down at him, his gaze calm.
"You’re this weak? Why would I need to avoid you?"
Kate’s pupils dilated and his lips trembled. He now knew he’d messed with the wrong person and desperately tried to shout something.
But...
CRACK!
Wan Ze brought his foot down in a swift, brutal stomp.
Snapping his neck.
The sharp crack was especially jarring in the quiet night.
The men behind him finally reacted!
"Captain Kate!!!"
Several panicked cries erupted at once!
Wan Ze didn’t stop.
He took a single step, and the ground beneath his feet shattered. Amidst a spray of dirt, he shot forward like a beast uncaged, crashing fearlessly into the crowd!
"BAM!"
The first man went flying, his chest caved in!
"CRACK!"
The second man’s neck was twisted at an unnatural angle!
"THUD!"
The third man’s fist landed on him as if striking an iron plate, and his wrist shattered on impact!
"Refining Viscera!!"
"He’s a Refining Viscera Realm master! Watch out!!!"
Shouts of alarm rose and fell, but they were useless.
Wan Ze was a tiger among sheep, every punch and kick carrying an unstoppable, crushing force.
Before him, the men were like paper dolls, falling apart at the slightest touch.
In less than ten seconds.
Four corpses lay on the ground.
Only the last three remained.
They cowered in a corner, faces full of terror, legs so weak they couldn’t even run.
Wan Ze stood before them, his breathing even. "What organization are you from?"
One of them stammered, "W-we... We’re with the Dark Hand..."
"Dark Hand?"
"I-it’s an organization..." the man stammered. "We... we’re just businessmen. We do a bit of everything... We came across that thing by accident, we don’t even know what it’s for... But the Holy Envoy said we had to get it back... We’re just following orders..."
"How many of you are there?"
"J-just us... Captain Kate said our group was more than enough to deal with the two of you..."
Wan Ze glanced over at Sun Beixi.
Sun Beixi stood frozen, his face pale, still reeling from the shock... ’Ten seconds. They were completely routed.’
’Holy crap, he’s so strong!’
"What do you want to do with them?" Wan Ze’s question pulled him from his thoughts.
Sun Beixi froze.
He glanced at the bodies on the ground, then at the three foreigners trembling in the corner.
He took a deep breath.
Then he bent down and picked up a dagger from the ground.
The three men watched him in terror, shouting a chaotic mix of a foreign tongue and the Federal language.
Sun Beixi didn’t speak.
His hand, gripping the dagger, was shaking, but he raised it anyway and lunged.
"You want me dead? Then you all can just fucking die!!!!!"
Once!
Twice!
Three times...
Warm blood splattered across his face.
After more than a dozen stabs, Sun Beixi finally stumbled back two steps, gasping for air. He looked down at the blood covering his body, then up at Wan Ze.
He finally regained a sliver of his sanity. "Master, I think it’s safe to say... I’ve been exposed."
He paused.
"They definitely won’t stop until I’m dead."
Wan Ze looked at him and nodded. "You’re right."
Sun Beixi’s face grew even paler.
’God damn it!’
"What about your uncle?" Wan Ze asked. "He’s the one who started all this. Did he say anything else?"
Sun Beixi shook his head, his movements stiff. He recalled, "He came to my apartment in the early hours of the morning. He seemed frantic, like someone was after him. He just told me to hurry back to the Holy City and find someone to secretly decipher the booklet. He didn’t say anything else. But as soon as I arrived in the Holy City, Qin Jiu was after me..."
He looked up, an indescribable emotion in his eyes.
"Master, am I finished?"
Wan Ze watched him for two seconds before replying, "It’s too early to say."
With that, he turned and pulled out a communicator.
Sun Beixi didn’t know who he was calling. He only heard a few brief words, an address, and then the call ended.
A little over ten minutes later, several cars pulled up silently at the entrance to the alley.
Seven or eight people got out of the cars, all in plain clothes, their movements quick and well-trained.
The leader, a young man with a crew cut, walked up to Wan Ze. His gaze swept over the corpses on the ground, then landed on the blood-soaked Sun Beixi.
He pulled Wan Ze aside and asked in a low voice, "Ah Ze, what’s going on?"
"A minor issue," Wan Ze said. "I can handle it."
Zhai Jia glanced at him, looking like he wanted to say more but holding his tongue.
In the end, he just patted Wan Ze’s shoulder. His voice was low but earnest. "Ah Ze, I’ll say it again: if you run into trouble, call me."
Wan Ze cracked a smile. "Goes without saying. Besides, you’d be bored if I called you in for low-skill jobs like this."
Zhai Jia smiled too, some of his worry easing.
The men behind him immediately began to clean the scene. Some carried away the bodies, others scrubbed away the bloodstains. Their movements were so practiced it was as if they’d done this a hundred times before.
In less than half an hour, the alley looked as if nothing had ever happened.
The cracks in the ground remained, but the blood and the bodies were gone.
Zhai Jia gave a nod of farewell, then he and his men departed swiftly.
Sun Beixi remained where he was, staring at the now-empty alley. His voice was bitter. "Master, what do we do now?"
