Asher continued speaking in the same relaxed tone, completely unconcerned about what Ravena was thinking.

"Till then, you can do some fishing and eat. And you don’t need to cook, right? If you do, then tell me. I have cooking appliances."

Ravena looked at Asher, completely at a loss for words.

She opened her mouth slightly but then closed it again. There was simply nothing she could say to someone like him.

’What kind of situation is this?’ she thought.

Ravena quietly sighed.

’I really need to leave soon, or else I am going to go crazy. How can someone like him even exist?’

She looked at Asher once more before silently shaking her head.

At this point, she had decided that trying to understand him was probably more dangerous to her sanity than anything else she had encountered.

And then Asher opened a rift in space.

Ravena’s Blood clones entered the rift one after another with Asher. Asher followed them inside, and a moment later, the rift completely closed, leaving Ravena alone on the island.

Ravena looked around.

There was no one around her.

She stood there silently for a few seconds before finally asking herself, "What should I do now?"

She then looked toward the sea, where many Sea Beasts were swimming through the water. Some of them were moving near the shore, while others could be seen farther away beneath the surface.

Ravena stared at them for a moment and thought, ’I guess I really have to do some fishing.’

Of course, by fishing, she simply meant killing all the lower-rank beings in the area first.

Ravena released her ability, and almost immediately, the blood inside several of the weaker Sea Beasts began flowing out of their bodies under her control.

One after another, the creatures collapsed as their blood was extracted, leaving behind only hollow dried corpses.

Ravena continued killing the Sea Beasts for a while, casually extracting their blood with her ability. But suddenly, she stopped. Her expression changed instantly.

She was still connected to the Blood clones that had gone with Asher, and through that connection, she had just witnessed something that made her completely freeze.

All the color drained from her face, as if someone had suddenly drained all the blood from her entire body. Her eyes widened slightly as she stood there in silence.

Then, in a voice filled with both fear and anger, she muttered, "That crazy bastard... He has to go to that crazy man on the whole Continent out of everyone else?"

For a moment, Ravena simply stood there, unable to believe what she had just witnessed through her Blood clones.

She already knew that Asher was crazy. But even she hadn’t expected him to do something like this.

Demon Site

Solarius was simply waiting for Cassie to answer his question. Cassie was also about to respond, but suddenly, her expression changed.Confusion appeared across her face.

Solarius immediately noticed the change in her expression. His relaxed attitude disappeared almost instantly, and he became alert.

He knew Cassie well enough to understand what an expression like that meant. If Cassie suddenly reacted like this, then it could only mean that she had sensed or witnessed something connected to the near future.

Something had happened.Or something was about to happen.

Before Solarius could ask her anything, he suddenly felt something change in the surrounding space. It happened for only an instant. Then it vanished just as quickly as it had appeared.

The space around them returned to normal. But despite that, nothing felt normal anymore.

There was something heavy about the entire atmosphere now. The air itself seemed to have become heavier, and an unfamiliar pressure spread throughout the ruined remains of the facility.

Solarius’s expression became serious."What happened?"

The moment he finished speaking, something strange happened beneath them. The destroyed debris of the facility suddenly began floating into the air.Pieces of broken stone, metal, and other remains rose from the ground as if gravity had suddenly stopped affecting them.

Then, without warning, all of the debris disappeared into thin air.Solarius and Cassie both immediately looked downward. They had sensed a presence.

A presence belonging to someone they were both very familiar with.Below them stood a man.

He was dressed in a formal black suit, looking as though he had just arrived at a Noble party rather than a completely destroyed Demon facility. His appearance was calm and composed, and his curious gaze slowly moved across the surroundings.

He was standing at the exact place where Ravena had previously fought the human Grandmaster.

It was also the same place where Asher’s clones had attacked her shortly after she escaped from her Blood Domain.

There was still some of Ravena’s blood remaining on the ground. The blood had been poisoned, which was why Ravena hadn’t absorbed it before leaving it behind.

Other than that, there was no other blood in the area. The man lowered his gaze and looked at the remaining blood with a curious expression.

He carefully observed it for a few moments, seemingly interested in it.

Yet throughout all of this, he completely ignored the presence of the two Immortal-rank beings standing above him.It was as if their presence didn’t matter to him at all.

Cassie stared at the man below her.

Then she finally spoke."Edward?"

The man standing below them was indeed Edward Astrean.

He was the head of House Astrean, one of the most powerful Noble families among humans.

He was also one of the Immortal-rank beings of the Human Continent.

And more importantly...He was Asher’s father.

Even after Cassie called his name, Edward didn’t react; he simply continued to scan his surroundings with a curious gaze.

Solarius looked at Edward with a nervous expression, his eyes filled with a mixture of confusion and fear.’ What is he doing here? Out of everyone, why him? Who informed him?’ He glanced toward Cassie, wondering,’ Is it her?’ But he quickly shook his head. ’No, she looks far too surprised and confused. It couldn’t be her. But then who?’
