Both Khaldun and William were coming from elite schools where they were famous and their popularity had skyrocketed.

Yet ever since William enrolled at Paradise and became entangled with the Duncan family William’s star power had begun to decline while Khaldun’s popularity continued to soar to the heavens.

Refusing to admit to himself that he was jealous of the S-tier alpha, William found everything else to blame for his stagnation.

Worse, whenever Khaldun Wolfe was around no one remembered his accomplishments and he found himself filled with these manic and depressive thoughts.

Now that Sly was in a weak state, William wanted to see Sly’s pitiful appearance.

Just the thought of feeling superior to an inferior omega gave William immense joy.

Now Khaldun was being a stumbling block by providing an immense barricade to Sly’s room and William felt that joy slowly start to recede.

He had to find a way to get past Khaldun but the S-tier alpha was taller and had bigger muscles.

Williams’ plans now felt completely derailed just like the flowers that began to wilt along with being crushed in frustration.

Unable to get past Khaldun, William clenched his fist tightly, an inexplicable anger boiled in his filthy mind and could erupt at any moment like a volcano.

"Khaldun Wolfe, this is a public hospital not your luxurious apartment! What right do you have to deny me access to Sly Foxx!"

Why can Khaldun Wolfe be with Sly Foxx when he was sick and not him?

Feeling ignored, William gnashed his teeth and hissed, " he is still my ex-fiancee and our families are still close, I have every right to visit him in the hospital so get out of my way!"

"Make me," drawled Khaldun.

Even with the A-tier alpha raising his voice impolitely at him Khaldun didn’t show any signs of losing his composure.

He listened calmly as William insulted him to his face but when William tried to push past Khaldun and force his way into Sly’s room only then did he react.

Swiftly, he rebuffed the A-tier alpha.

Caught off guard William almost lost his footing but somehow managed to avoid falling to the ground.

Luckily for William, the Royal Alpha did not resort to violence only continued to stare at him with those creepy, aloof mismatched eyes.

That were equally filled with distaste as if the very sight of William offended him.

No punches were thrown but the atmosphere outside Sly’s door became more tense and alarming between the two.

Khaldun spoke, "Didn’t you break off the engagement and is shamelessly sleeping with his brother, the sight of you, disgusts me."

Not expecting to be put on blast like that, Williams felt guilty but stubbornly persisted, "Our betrothal was something arranged by our families without my knowledge or consent. I admit I acted irrationally when I initially found out about it but that’s between me and Sly. I promise that going forward I will take good care of both Duncan brothers and I will make things up to Sly."

Khaldun scoffed, "Are you just plain stupid or confused, even Sly has stated publicly he wants nothing more to do with you or his brother."

Incensed, his eyes provoked with rage, William snarled in response, "You leave... I will talk to Sly Foxx and clear up this matter, you have no right to interfere."

Already Khaldun lost interest in conversing with William and exasperation showed visibly on his face, he just couldn’t argue with stupid.

"Youre the one who should leave now before I take matters into my own hand."

Warily, his eyes filled with vigilance William defiantly stood his ground.

After speaking his mind Khaldun had nothing more to say and waved frantically for help from any of the nurses eavesdropping over by the reception area.

As befitting his station as a VIP and Royal Alpha the head nurse came rushing over to defuse the tense situation before it could escalate between alphas.

A hospital was no place to have a fight between such antagonistic alphas the damage would be expensive.

She bravely stepped between the two verbally sparring alphas that were not yet exchanging physical blows and asked worriedly, "how may I be of service?"

Khaldun advised pompously, "I think this unstable alpha made a wrong turn and needs to be guided to the psychiatric ward to undergo further evaluation."

Pointing to William he added, "take him away before the coward runs off. Who knows what havoc he will create if left to wander around the hospital grounds carelessly."

Shocked that Khaldun would go this far, William stood there speechless at his deviousness.

Stressed, the head nurse wanting to keep her job and not offend the Royal Alpha quickly pressed a panic button.

When three security guards that were patrolling nearby rushed over she briefly explained the situation.

Then asked that they detain the A-tier alpha and hand him over to the Paradise Campus Police for further investigation.

Outraged, William now looked at Khaldun with fury, he shouted loudly, "You’re the one that’s fucking mental you sick twisted bastard. You highhanded Royal Alphas are all the same using your privilege to bully the weak. This won’t be the last time you hear from me, my family’s lawyer will pay you a visit soon!"

Everyone knows not to shout when at the hospital it was basic common courtesy.

Filled with distaste for the arrogant alpha, the security guards had the right to throw him out for disturbing the peace.

After all, the right of the patients resting inside the hospital was more important.

Cornered like a rat, William became more defiant attracting the security guards ire.

William looked at the upset faces of the nurses and security guards and felt like they were all misunderstanding something and all the blame for the provocation had been shifted to him.

"I’ll make both you and Sly Foxx pay for this embarrassment," yelled William. ".amn, these arrogant Royal pricks.. You’re sick! You hear me! Ughhh...that hurts..,this suit costs more than your annual salary... let me go!"

More security guards were summoned and the group forcefully escorted the unrepentant alpha off the property.

Until William’s voice eventually faded away.
