On the Divination Turtle's back, a series of Runes spun. When it came to one-on-one combat, it wasn't particularly strong, but in terms of support and coordination, it was truly first-rate among all the Divine Beasts. As the Runes on its back slowly ceased their rotation, the power of the Thunder Light within the Gale summoned by the Celestial Dragon Venerable Lord instantly swelled more than tenfold!

BOOM—Lightning snaked and coiled across the sky. Under the Divination Turtle's full-powered control, a dragon-like bolt of Thunder Light descended from the center of the tornado. It was as if a Divine Dragon, master of the Celestial Thunder, had reached down from the heavens with its claw—a claw that was now plummeting straight toward Su Zhou!

Su Zhou was utterly unfazed. He was about to gather his strength and use pure, brute force to wipe away all these gaudy special effects. But just as he prepared to activate his Celestial Human Cycle, he felt a bizarre and foul presence interfering with his connection to the Spiritual Qi.

"Oh?"

The deep purple Spirit Blade was nearly upon him, and the Celestial Thunder and tornado were crashing down. Yet Su Zhou still glanced curiously toward a corner of the sky. A Divine Toad was there, disrupting the flow of nature's spiritual energy. In a way, it was forcefully achieving an advanced state of the Unity of Heaven and Man. It was staring at him with a gaze that was both greedy and tinged with fear.

The next instant, Su Zhou was engulfed by the attacks of the four Divine Beast Venerable Masters.

Then came a violent explosion so intense that sound itself lost all meaning.

The air was blasted away. In that instant, a violent, complex Spiritual Light flared. A chaotic kaleidoscope of multicolored light intertwined. Even the Spirit Beasts secretly watching from afar couldn't help but scream as the blinding, chaotic Spiritual Light seared their eyes, leaving them half-blind.

Amidst the violent explosion, shockwaves, and a series of seismic tremors, a bowl-shaped energy shield slowly rose, shattered, and then gave way to a small mushroom cloud.

"Is he dead?"

Ghost Car stared nervously in that direction. Theoretically, not even a true Immortal Beast could have survived their combined attack. After all, they had used Divine Techniques left behind by the Primordial Ancestors. Even though they hadn't fully mastered them, the power was undeniably real.

But for some reason, the premonition of danger in Ghost Car's heart refused to fade.

Soon, its premonition came true.

A violent Strong Wind suddenly kicked up, blowing away the billowing clouds of smoke and dust. From the center of the explosion, which had become a field of molten rock, the figure of a giant Wingless White Dragon emerged, one step at a time.

The scales on the Great Dragon's body could be seen shimmering with a lustrous white radiance, as bright as daylight. It seemed to be fully charged, spontaneously emitting a fluorescent glow...

'So close. Just a little more and the attack would have surpassed the Immortal Dragon Scale's defensive limit, causing them to shatter.'

'But now...'

Completely unscathed, Su Zhou calmly gazed at the four Kings of Divine Beasts, who had closed to within a thousand meters of him. There wasn't a single scratch on his body; he was only letting off a faint wisp of steam.

"Un...unscathed?!"

"What kind of Defense Power is this?!"

"Is this some kind of Divine Beast that specializes in defense? Not even the Burden Mountain Turtle has Defense Power like this!"

For a moment, the four Kings of Divine Beasts were dumbfounded. They couldn't believe Su Zhou had blocked their combined attack without a scratch. But the Divine Toad, the most sensitive to fluctuations in Spiritual Power, shrieked, "No, the Spiritual Power within his scales is about to reach its limit! The next attack will definitely break through his defense!"

"Rip that hide off him, and he'll be at our mercy!"

Without hesitation, the four Divine Beasts closed in on Su Zhou. Though they lived lives of comfort, the internal strife among their kind had still given the Venerable Lords decent combat awareness and experience. The Primordial Ancestors of old had gone to great pains to design countless rules and customs to ensure their bloodlines' continued dominion. Now was the time for those efforts to bear fruit!

'Although the Wingless White Dragon Su Zhou transformed into has a powerful Breath and defense, at the end of the day, it's just a turret. Did they really think we've never seen a Divine Beast like this before? The greatest weakness of this type of beast is letting others get into close range!'

Su Zhou, who had only used his Breath twice and then tanked their combined attack, had no idea where they found the Faith to charge him so ferociously. But then again, that was the whole point of his disguise.

'You know, if you're in a very dangerous place and you see a guy who looks like a Mage suddenly draw a sword, you'd better run as far as you can.'

'Because that means he's about to get serious!'

So, Su Zhou gave a casual smile. He raised his arm, muscles bulging, and clenched his dragon claw into a fist, assuming a posture very common in human boxing.

Then, he aimed for the Celestial Dragon Venerable Lord—the fastest of the chargers, wreathed in Thunderbolt and lightning—and threw a heavy punch!

BOOM!

His thick, mountain-firm muscles bulged rapidly. Aided by Spiritual Power, they contracted and expanded at Supersonic speeds, erupting with thousands of tons of brute force and a surge of Spiritual Light powerful enough to blow the top off a mountain. In that instant, the air itself was obliterated. A vacuum tunnel shot out in a straight line, originating from Su Zhou's Dragon Fist and extending into the distance.

The Celestial Dragon Venerable Lord, struck head-on by the punch, felt nothing at all.

Because its head, its Soul, and a good portion of its upper body had been instantly obliterated into a spray of shattered bone and a cloud of cyan blood mist.

CRACK—

The lightning and storm dissipated. The immense Spiritual Power returned to the world. Only a small Dragon Pearl fell from the corpse, pulsing with waves of aquamarine light.

"This..."

For a moment, the other three Divine Beast Venerable Masters froze in their tracks. They stared with vacant eyes at the Celestial Dragon Venerable Lord's corpse, which lay limp on the ground like a severed earthworm. Then they looked back at Su Zhou, who had already retracted his fist and was now turning his gaze toward them.

Su Zhou smiled. It was a pity his current dragon body couldn't convey the bright, peaceful nature of his usual smile. All that could be seen were rows of menacing, sharp fangs.

He retracted his fist. It was still covered in obvious stains of blood, bone fragments, and the remnants of some kind of ichor.

CLATTER... CLATTER...

It was the sound of trembling bones.

The Divine Beasts began to tremble.
