My Pervert Sytem

Chapter 137: Cleaner’s Descent

The violent tremors rattling the underground parlor were not natural.

They pulsed with a terrifying rhythmic heartbeat of raw magical aggression.

Thick chunks of polished black stone broke loose from the ceiling crashing heavily onto the plush velvet lounges.

The intricate defensive runes carved into the upper walls shrieked like dying animals before violently exploding into showers of blue sparks.

Lady Valeriana stumbled backward clutching the lapels of her scandalous silk dressing gown.

Her usual arrogant composure was completely obliterated.

"Tier Three," Valeriana choked out her dark eyes wide with unadulterated panic. "The Syndicate sent a Cleaner. They intend to wipe this entire sector off the map just to erase the evidence."

Leon did not waste a single second. He aggressively shoved the heavy black ledger into his spatial ring.

He reached over his shoulder drawing his massive blunt weapon with a sharp metallic hiss.

The air pressure inside the opulent study skyrocketed. It felt as though the entire ocean had suddenly been dropped directly onto their shoulders.

Beatrice gasped sharply dropping to her knees on the expensive rug. As a Tier Five Adept her internal pathways simply lacked the raw density to withstand the suffocating weight of a high-tier Grandmaster.

Elara gritted her teeth pulling her heavy cleaver but her knees visibly buckled under the impossible gravity.

Seraphina roared in pure defiance. Her newly forged Tier One Grandmaster core flared to life.

A brilliant wave of crimson mana aggressively expanded from her athletic frame attempting to shield her loyal retainers from the crushing pressure.

But her crimson barrier violently flickered and warped. The sheer volume of dark energy pressing down from above was absolute.

The ceiling of the parlor completely gave way. Tons of solid bedrock and polished obsidian shattered outward raining down in a catastrophic avalanche of dust and debris.

Floating gracefully down through the massive hole was a man wearing a pristine white suit.

He did not wear the tattered cloaks of a street assassin or the grey robes of an executioner. He looked like a wealthy highborn aristocrat.

His silver hair was neatly slicked back and his pale eyes carried the terrifying bored indifference of a god stepping on ants.

This was a Tier Three Grandmaster. A walking natural disaster.

The man did not even draw a weapon. He simply raised a gloved hand and snapped his fingers.

A localized domain of corrosive dark gravity violently expanded across the parlor. The plush velvet furniture instantly flattened into splinters.

The crystal lighting orbs shattered plunging the room into chaotic dim shadows.

"I am Silas," the man announced his voice carrying a calm lethal resonance that physically rattled the bones. "And you have made a very messy mistake stealing from the Eclipse."

Leon felt his kinetic barrier aggressively cracking under the sheer weight of Silas’s domain. His internal mana screamed in violent protest.

He knew instantly that standing his ground against this monster was pure unadulterated suicide.

The digital interface flared to life violently projecting a bright pink text box directly in his line of sight.

[System Notice: The Meat Shield’s Audacity]

[A terrifying opponent is trying to squash your beautiful women. A true warlord gladly draws the aggro of apex predators using nothing but pure concentrated disrespect.]

[Objective: Step directly into the Grandmaster’s domain, point the tip of your heavy blade at his immaculate white suit, and critique his fashion choices.]

[Reward: +25 Endurance, 600 Shameless Points.]

[Penalty: A violent localized curse causing your boots to continuously loudly quack like an angry duck during combat.]

Leon smiled a dark feral grin aggressively ignoring the absurdity of the penalty.

He channeled a massive surge of his boundless vitality forcing his heavily corded muscles to defy the crushing dark gravity.

He took a heavy booming step forward placing himself directly between the terrifying Syndicate Cleaner and his struggling strike team.

He raised his dark steel weapon pointing the blunt edge squarely at the floating aristocrat.

"White silk after sunset?" Leon mocked loudly his deep voice echoing through the ruined parlor. "The Syndicate must be struggling financially if they are sending their assassins out looking like cheap wedding cakes."

Silas slowly lowered his floating form until his polished shoes touched the ruined floor.

The bored indifference in his pale eyes instantly vanished replaced by a cold localized fury.

[Objective Complete. Rewards Distributed.]

A massive dense wave of raw physical resilience flooded his nervous system.

Leon needed every single drop of that new Endurance just to remain standing.

"A magicless brute with a loud mouth," Silas murmured softly. "How quaint."

The Tier Three Grandmaster did not move his feet. He simply flicked his wrist.

A compressed blade of pure dark gravity tore through the air moving far faster than Leon’s advanced tracking skills could fully process.

Leon instantly activated Kinetic Overload aggressively routing all his internal energy into a desperate defensive block.

He swung his heavy weapon in a brutal vertical arc attempting to intercept the lethal shadow strike.

The collision was catastrophic.

The dark gravity effortlessly bypassed his physical friction.

The concussive impact slammed into the flat of his blade generating a shockwave that violently shattered the floor beneath him.

Leon was launched backward like a cannonball. He crashed heavily through a thick brick wall violently tumbling into an adjacent underground storage chamber.

Blood sprayed from his lips as the sheer blunt force trauma rattled his internal organs.

His forearms screamed in agonizing protest the bones micro-fracturing under the impossible weight of the deflected attack.

"Leon!" Seraphina screamed her voice breaking with genuine panic as she watched him disappear through the rubble.

Silas chuckled softly slowly turning his pale eyes toward the silver-haired noblewoman.

"The brute is broken. Now hand over the ledger little girl or I will compress this entire room into a diamond."

Leon coughed up a dark wad of blood heavily pushing himself out of the shattered bricks.

His Endless Vigor was aggressively repairing the micro-fractures in his arms but the pain was blinding.

He could not fight Silas. But he could violently change the battlefield.

He grabbed his heavy dark blade and charged back through the hole in the wall. He did not aim for the immaculate white-suited assassin.

Leon aimed directly for the massive load-bearing obsidian pillars supporting the entire parlor ceiling.

"Brace yourselves!" Leon roared activating Kinetic Weight to pour astronomical mass into his weapon.

He swung the impossibly heavy steel in a devastating horizontal arc violently smashing through the base of the nearest primary pillar.

The solid obsidian violently shattered into a million jagged splinters.

The entire underground structure shrieked in structural agony.

Silas narrowed his eyes realizing the feral beast was intentionally collapsing the ceiling to bury them all.

The Cleaner was forced to raise both hands channeling his massive dark domain upward to prevent a hundred thousand tons of capital bedrock from crushing him instantly.

The floor beneath their feet violently gave way collapsing into the deep rushing waters of the ancient lower aqueducts.

Leon reached out aggressively grabbing Valeriana by the waist as the entire room plummeted into the dark abyss.
