Kaiser looked at the notification and smiled.
"SSS-Rank."
He had expected a high evaluation after completely changing the outcome of the battle, but seeing the final rating still made him satisfied.
Several more notifications appeared.

Kaiser immediately focused on the rewards.
The first one caught his attention.
"Rank 8?"
He looked at the Frost Light Wyvern Egg in his inventory.
A Rank 8 bonded beast egg was already an extremely valuable reward. More importantly, its Ice and Light affinities made it a perfect match for his father.
"My dad’s original bonded beast was an Ice-type creature. This Frost Light Wyvern should suit him pretty well."
Kaiser smiled at the thought.
He then looked at the next reward.

Kaiser nodded.
"As expected of an SSS-Rank evaluation."
He then checked the next notification.

[Death-related and Necromancy-related effects have been strengthened.]
Kaiser was pleased.
His Genesis of Death Authority had already been extremely useful, especially because it allowed him to create his own skills.
He checked the updated skill creation limit.

Kaiser raised an eyebrow.
"Six?"
He thought for a moment before nodding.
"Originally, I could create five skills, and I’ve already used four of those opportunities. That left me with only one remaining."
"Now I have six total opportunities."
His smile widened.
"That’s much better."
With six opportunities available, he could create several more powerful skills in the future.
Another notification appeared.

Kaiser stared at the notification for a moment.
"My Reconstruction uses have doubled."
His original limit had been three uses per day.
Now he could use Reconstruction six times every day.
That was a huge improvement.
With Reconstruction capable of affecting matter, energy, living beings, corpses, and even certain supernatural properties, having three additional uses would give him far more freedom.
Kaiser then noticed the final reward.
[Reward 7: Three Random Skill Books]
He opened the reward details.

Kaiser’s eyes immediately lit up.
"So I can get three skills that match my affinities?"
That made the reward much better than ordinary random skill books.
Because the skills would be selected according to his affinities, there was a high chance that they would actually be useful to him.
"Not bad."
Kaiser smiled.
"I’ll take that."
He decided to check the skill books later.
Another notification suddenly appeared.

Kaiser’s attention immediately shifted to the new notification.
"Two new abilities?"
He quickly opened the Golden Fate Goblin King’s status.
Two new abilities had appeared.

[Description: Allows the Fate Goblin King to manifest weapons and equipment through the power of fate.]
[Effect: Creates temporary weapons or equipment suited to the current situation. The quality and power of the manifested equipment depend on the user’s level, mana, Luck, and control over Fate.]

Kaiser nodded.
"That’s useful."
The ability could allow the Golden Fate Goblin King to produce different weapons depending on the situation instead of being restricted to a single fighting style.
Kaiser then looked at the second ability.
[Fortune Steal]
[Description: Allows the user to steal items from a target’s inventory without leaving any obvious trace.]
[Effect: Successfully stealing from a target also allows the user to temporarily steal a portion of the target’s Fortune, reducing the target’s Luck while increasing the user’s Fortune.]
[Targets with exceptionally high Fortune have a lower chance of being affected.]
Kaiser’s eyes widened slightly.
"Fortune Steal."
He read the description again.
He looked at the Golden Fate Goblin King with an amused expression.
"But isn’t this practically theft?"
The small goblin king simply smiled proudly.
Kaiser shook his head with a laugh.
"You’ve awakened some pretty interesting abilities."
He then looked back at the remaining reward notifications.
Three affinity-based skill books, an upgraded Genesis of Death Authority, six Reconstruction uses per day, a Rank 8 Frost Light Wyvern Egg, and two new abilities for his Golden Fate Goblin King.
The SSS-Rank reward had turned out to be much better than he expected.
Kaiser smiled.
"Looks like choosing Nightmare difficulty was definitely worth it."
Kaiser then left the trial area and arriving back at his home he looked at his Cosmic Sheet.
