Kaiser looked at his Cosmic Sheet for a while before sighing.
"My attributes are really unbalanced."
His Intelligence was far higher than all his other attributes.
The values in brackets were the additional bonuses provided by his Death Genesis class. His class increased his Intelligence by 100% while increasing his other attributes by 50%.
Kaiser looked at his enormous Intelligence stat.
"At least I have more than enough mana now."
With over 150,000 Mana, he no longer needed to invest every available point into Intelligence simply to increase his mana pool.
He looked at his 1,710 Free Stat Points.
"Hmm. I think it’s time to improve my other attributes."
Kaiser decided to distribute the points equally among Strength, Agility, and Vitality.
He began assigning the points.
He put 570 points into Strength.
Another 570 points went into Agility.
The remaining 570 points went into Vitality.
His attributes immediately changed.

Kaiser looked at his updated stats and nodded with satisfaction.
"Much better."
His three physical attributes were now relatively balanced instead of being ridiculously lower than his Intelligence.
He also gained a significant increase in Health because of his higher Vitality.
Kaiser looked at his status again.
"I guess this is enough for now. I’m still following the Mage path, after all."
He then looked at the Snowlight Orc King listed under his pets.
The creature was currently Level 98.
"I should level him up to my level as soon as possible."
Kaiser had reached Level 157 after completing his Rank-Up Trial because the experience he had accumulated was finally applied.
The same thing had happened to his other pets and undead.
Since their levels could not exceed their master’s level, they had all stopped at Level 157. However, Kaiser knew from their status screens that they still had a large amount of accumulated experience waiting for them.
The Snowlight Orc King was different.
He had been Level 98 when Kaiser reconstructed and tamed him, so he had remained at that level.
Kaiser planned to level him properly.
After all, the Snowlight Orc King was extremely powerful even at his current level.
Kaiser had personally witnessed its strength during the trial.
If not for Selene’s Legendary Rank, her powerful abilities, and especially the support provided by Death Transfer, the battle between her and the Snowlight Orc King could have ended very differently.
The difference between ranks was also much greater than Kaiser had initially thought.
The Rank-Up Trial rewards themselves had shown him how significant the gap between ranks could be.
Selene had been a Rank 0 Legendary undead, while the Snowlight Orc King had been a Rank 1 Unique-Rank creature.
Despite Selene having the advantage of her Legendary Rank and numerous powerful abilities, she had still needed Death Transfer to safely withstand the Orc King’s attacks and eventually defeat him.
Kaiser looked at the Snowlight Orc King’s status again.
"You’re definitely worth investing in."
The Snowlight Orc King’s Crimson Aura and tremendous physical strength made it an excellent close-range fighter.
Kaiser closed the status screen and sat down on his bed. He then took out the three skill books he had received from the trial.
"Alright, let’s see what I got."
He looked at the three books with some curiosity.
"I hope at least one of them is related to Space or Time."
Since the skill books were generated based on his affinities, there was a chance he could receive skills from some of his rarer affinities.
Kaiser opened all three skill books one after another.
[Congratulations! You have obtained the Unique-Rank Skill: Void Blade.]
Kaiser’s eyes immediately lit up.
"Damn, yes! A Space-type skill."
He was already interested in the skill.
A Space-affinity skill would be extremely useful for his Mage build, especially since he could combine it with his other abilities.
He looked at the second notification.
[Congratulations! You have obtained the Unique-Rank Skill: Bullet Time.]
Kaiser blinked.
"Oh?"
He looked at the Golden Fate Goblin King on his bed lazily sleeping.
"Is your Fate ability affecting my luck now?"
The Golden Fate Goblin King simply tilted his head and looking at him with his beady eyes.
Kaiser laughed softly.
"I guess having a Fate-type bonded beast really does have its advantages."
He then opened the final skill book.
[Congratulations! You have obtained the Unique-Rank Skill: Life Sap.]
Kaiser nodded.
"Hmm. This one is a Life-affinity skill."
He was not disappointed.
"Not bad. I got skills from three of my affinities."
Kaiser placed the three skill books in front of him and examined them carefully.
"Let’s see what they can actually do."
He began reading through their effects one by one.
Kaiser picked up the first skill book and opened its description.
[Void Blade]
[Rank: Unique]
[Type: Space Attack Skill]
[Description: Infuses a weapon with Space energy, allowing attacks to bypass conventional defenses by cutting through space itself.]
[Effect: Allows the user to create and launch blade-shaped spatial attacks.]
[Additional Effect: The user can distort the trajectory of the blade or cause it to warp through space before reaching the target.]
[Maximum Effective Range: 100 meters]
Kaiser’s eyes lit up.
"This is actually pretty good."
Void Blade was not simply a normal sword attack.
The Space attribute allowed the attack to bypass many physical defenses by cutting through space itself.
Kaiser could also change the trajectory of the blade after launching it, making it much harder for an enemy to predict or dodge.
"And I can attack from up to 100 meters away."
Kaiser nodded in satisfaction.
"This will be useful."
He then picked up the second skill book.
[Bullet Time]
[Rank: Unique]
[Type: Time Enhancement Skill]
[Description: Temporarily accelerates the user’s perception and movement speed relative to the surrounding world.]
[Effect: Increases the user’s effective speed by 3 times compared to their surroundings.]
[Duration: 30 seconds]
[Cooldown: 30 minutes]
Kaiser raised his eyebrows.
"Three times?"
He looked at the description again.
This skill did not actually increase his physical attributes permanently.
Instead, it accelerated his actions relative to everything around him.
To Kaiser, other people and objects would appear to move much slower while Bullet Time was active.
"This is definitely useful in close combat."
