My Taboo Harem!

Chapter 1196: Journey of a Cosmic Dragon

The Cosmic Dragon Face Manifest had already introduced itself memorably enough that Marcus Heavenchild, Kyle and Jonathan could probably provide a detailed review, most embracing was Marcus assuming ever recovered sufficient dignity to discuss why his trousers had become an unwilling participant in Phei’s display of power.

The Cosmic Dragon Slave Mark enslaved men, while the Tiamat Slave Mark remained something different and more personal in its nature.

Cassiopeia could provide an enthusiastic testimonial.

Lastly came Slave Sight, which allowed Phei to look directly through the eyes of anyone bound beneath as his slave. He checked the ability occasionally, though recently there had been little worth seeing. Kyle remained wherever Kyle had been left, apparently discovering that enslavement beneath Phei involved far more waiting than the advertisements probably promised.

Jonathan had nothing sufficiently important happening, while Cassiopeia spent so much time around him that borrowing her sight would mostly result in Phei watching himself from another angle.

’It’s an excellent view believe me, but still unnecessary.’

He continued downward until Perfect Domain came into view.

Now that remained beautifully practical.

Once activated, Perfect Domain established an impenetrable barrier stretching 100 meters around Phei, and he alone determined who could perceive what existed within it.

Someone could stand outside and stare directly toward the Domain yet see only whatever Phei permitted.

’Privacy with divine-grade enforcement.’

Every billionaire, royal, celebrity and criminal on Earth would probably murder for something similar.

Phei had received his for free.

’Life occasionally displays admirable judgment.’

He passed his Basketball Skills, still resting at Legendary Grade with their transfer incomplete because he had never finished claiming everything available there. One day he would deal with that. Today already contained enough supernatural nonsense without deciding to become basketball’s final boss before lunch.

He landed on his physical statistics.

Most had already climbed beyond three hundred.

According to the System’s scale, 0 to 100 represented the Mortal Tier, 100 to 200 belonged to the Beyond Normal Human range, and 200 to 300 entered the Superhuman scale.

Phei had already stepped beyond that boundary.

Strength, Agility and Endurance had all crossed three hundred, while Intelligence and Perception had risen even higher. Taken together with everything else inside him, his body had stopped being meaningfully human a while ago, which seemed appropriate considering the System had finally stopped calling him one.

His Charisma remained an entirely different problem.

Phei studied that section with the quiet satisfaction of a man reviewing one of nature’s finer achievements.

In simple beauty, he had crossed ordinary standards so thoroughly that comparing himself with mortal men had started feeling unnecessarily cruel. His face, skin, physique and natural presence had reached territory where even Divine Goddess could openly admire him without pretending they happened to be studying the architecture behind his shoulders.

If Phei had been feminine rather than so devastatingly masculine and manly...

His thoughts immediately rebelled.

’Don’t you dare.’

Phei nodded solemnly to himself.

Thank you.

The important part was that his appearance the system compared it that he had already reached the same absurd playing field occupied by beings whose beauty were Goddess and divine, immortal women perhaps with impossible cultivation.

The difference was that Phei had somehow begun developing an actual career out of conquering such goddesses.

Literally.

His gaze moved farther down.

[Points: 580,000.

EXP: 720,000.]

Phei’s eyes narrowed.

He needed to spend some of that today.

There was a difference between saving resources for something worthwhile and dying while sitting on a mountain of unspent power because an even better opportunity might appear tomorrow. Phei had accumulated enough Points and EXP that continuing to hoard everything indefinitely was beginning to resemble stupidity dressed as caution.

He skimmed through the newly reorganized Soul Powers and Soul Bonds, pausing only briefly before reaching the section that interested him far more.

Paths.

There sat the newly awakened Cosmic Dragon Dual Forbidden Path, still marked Unranked, beside something much older and infinitely stranger.

Omni-Primordial Path.

Phei’s gaze remained there.

1 of ? Original Progenitors enslaved.

The question mark irritated him almost as much as the three sitting beside Cosmic Dragon.

The System clearly knew who qualified as an Original Progenitor amongst legacies; It knew Kyle counted as the first and had built an entire Main Mission around eventually enslaving the rest.

So why hide the total of legacy boys when it knew their number?

"Drama addiction."

Silence.

Naturally.

Kyle remained the first, though the bastard had already proved useful in ways Phei never expected when he enslaved him. The Soul Energy awakened from that event had ultimately become part of what allowed Sienna’s soul and cultivation to receive such ridiculous nourishment.

For once, enslaving somebody had provided excellent family benefits.

His attention shifted into Items.

The Cuckolding Stole remained there, waiting patiently for whatever catastrophic day Phei eventually decided civilization had become too comfortable.

The Spiritual Bond Ring remained unused as well. With everything the Harem Mark had gained recently, especially its growing connection to the souls of his women and the mysterious Living Soul beginning to awaken within it, the ring suddenly carried far more potential than when he first received it.

But unlike the Mark he could only put on his women, he could put the ring’s Bond on anyone he cared about even those outside his immediate harem.

Another thing he had neglected for too long.

Beside it rested the Page of Infinity Runes, still mysterious and still quietly accusing him of never finding enough time to properly study it.

Phei grimaced.

His schedule had become ridiculous. Women, assassinations, Legacy conspiracies, cultivation, family catastrophes, ancient races, divine secrets and apparently becoming a Cosmic Dragon with questionable punctuation kept pushing rune research several places lower every time he tried to reach it.

After that came the Rune Pen.

[Of Longing]

The gift from One Above remained dormant for now, which Phei considered both reassuring and deeply suspicious. Anything associated with that woman probably deserved reverence, caution and several forms of insurance arranged simultaneously.

The Void Dagger remained beside it.

That weapon still confused him.

Phei had created it with Void-Ice against the three boys and expected it to collapse back into nothing once its purpose ended. Instead, the System had recognized the damn thing as an Item and preserved it as though even his temporary weapons had begun developing ambitions.

Finally came the Super Abilities Mystery Box, still carrying unrevealed contents.

Phei regarded it with immediate suspicion.

"Pandora’s Box."

He considered that for a moment.

"Less terrifying Pandora’s Box."

Hopefully.

Below the Items rested his Harem.

Phei let his gaze travel over the names without reading every one carefully. He already knew them. Each represented a woman, a memory, a relationship and a piece of his life that had long since made the word collection feel insulting.

Then came his Slaves, followed by the Cucked Patriarchs.

Phei barely spared those unfortunate bastards a glance.

Eventually, his gaze reached the very bottom of the Status Window, where the missions he had left unfinished waited with considerably less patience than everything above.

Those Phei could no longer afford to keep scrolling past and he was set to finish one today.
