Altum showed his enhanced state as well as his body is now the same size as that of General Seatus. Divine power surged inside of his body as Altum’s enhanced state grants him direct access to the divine energy of his patron god since he is a champion. The biting cold energy of the deep latched onto his anchor as it slammed towards General Seatus.

The four tentacles that General Seatus has on his back tried to block the anchor but it got covered by this biting frost energy. The tentacles that got entangled with the biting frost energy suddenly became frozen and shattered upon impact with the anchor. General Seatus was then slammed by the anchor and sent flying back.

The tentacles that were shattered returned back to normal after a few seconds but General Seatus noticed that he was actually not at the same league as his opponent. He only knows of the Deep Ones as skinny fish men that can only kill prey if they work together. This has been the first time that he has seen someone as powerful as Altum.

The Deep Ones have really not integrated that much in the oceans because they have Avalon and the waters near it as a way to become stronger. The strongest ones amongst them are in their own temple where they guard the hidden relic of the God of the Deep Dagon. Also, the Deep Ones are not a race that creates a kingdom because they were created to live freely while also serving their god.

They have collectively believed that creating a kingdom is not worthwhile if it meant being separated from the servitude of their god. Some might think that is fanaticism but the Deep Ones are incredibly connected to their god as a result. They are actually one of the few races that can use divine energy even if it is their lowest warrior. If that is the case then their Champion should be a being that can fully channel the divine energy of their god without any problems.

General Seatus could not believe that he is actually losing to a Deep One. He tried to fight back but even his enhanced strength became feeble at the presence of the Champion of the Deep. All of his weapons that he tried using are all shattered before the divine weapon that Altum is using. Seeing that the anchor weapon was not normal, General Seatus believed that he had one more way to turn the tides of battle.

Instead of attacking, General Seatus actually caught Altum’s anchor and used his own power to try and claim the divine weapon. General Seatus believed that the divine weapon would surely choose him that is blessed by the Lord of the Watery Abyss as its new master. He even started to use more energy than usual and covered the anchor with it.

Altum could not believe that a lunatic would even dare to do so because a divine weapon is not something that can change ownership with just a flick of a wrist. Still, he actually came to admire the tenacity that General Seatus is showing even though it is all for nothing. General Seatus managed to inject his consciousness unto the divine weapon as he has started to hijack it.

Just as he was about to get to the center of the source of power for the divine weapon, a large god hidden in the deep waters appeared before him. General Seatus mistook this god as the Lord of the Watery Abyss but that is not true. This was a shred of divine consciousness left by the God of the Deep Dagon unto the divine weapon.

"A mere defiler wants to take what is mine. I shall punish you with the great cold of the deep!" The voice of the God of the Deep Dagon stated as General Seatus’ consciousness was blasted out of the divine weapon.

The traitors thought that General Seatus has become successful as both him and Altum were in a suspended motion while they both grabbed at the anchor. A few moments later, General Seatus’ body started to convulse and then his head exploded. The explosion of his head is then followed up by his body freezing which horrified the traitors that saw this scene.

"Weak. You coveted a divine weapon but you did not even have the willpower to endure it." Altum stated as he then slammed his anchor on the ocean floor to create a dome of cold energy that surrounded the enemies.

Inside of the dome, the screams of the traitors echoed as he started purging them. Meanwhile, Adrian is currently focused on the fact that he has only completed half of his intended task. The poison actually reached the heart of the crown princess which is why it was difficult to reverse. He had to be delicate and precise or else he might stop the heart of the crown princess permanently.

"Paradox, mirror me and assist. I cannot do this on my own." Adrian commanded.

"As the master needs." Paradox stated as he manifested a form similar to Adrian but in a silhouette.

Adrian and Paradox then proceeded to mirror each other perfectly as the delicate and precise movement of the reversal of flow for the poison doubled in speed. They moved in sync as if they have practiced this a thousand times. The color from the face of the crown princess could be seen being restored as Adrian and Paradox continued with the spell.

Adrian and Avalon did not encounter any issue but the mental strain of using ten temporal spells in unison is getting to him. Still, Adrian knew that this is the final push since the poison has already moved to the arm that was cut. In just a few more movements of his hands, the poison that has accumulated on the body of the crown princess dripped out. Kanlaon, who is still small, then fired off his breath attack towards the poison to destroy it completely.
