Primordial Red Goblin

Chapter 9: Let’s Find A City

"Can I think about it?" She asked.

"Of course you can." I asked.

We continued to wash ourselves in the river in silence for several minutes.

"Can you tell where we are from the location of this river?" I asked.

"No, I don’t know of any rivers in the western forest." Sarah answered.

"What is it like in a human city? If I wore a full set of armor do you think they would know I am a goblin?" I asked.

Sarah looked at me and thought for a minute before replying.

"I don’t think they would know. You are much taller than a green goblin, and you speak like a human. They don’t check your race or anything when you enter a town or city. People walk in wearing armor all the time." She answered.

"If we find a city do you think you can help me get in?" I asked.

"Why do you want to get into a human city?" She asked.

"To go shopping of course. If one gold is a lot of money like you said then I am rich." I said.

Her back straightened when I said that.

"What do you mean? Where would you get coins if you have never left the forest?" She asked.

"From the orcs. They hoard anything shiny. That’s where I got my storage rings from, and they also hoard coins. I have lots of them." I said.

"How much do you have?" She asked as she stepped closer.

"Why should I tell you? That’s my business, and if I had a wife it would be her business too." I grinned.

"Well I don’t believe you. A rich goblin? Who would believe that?" She asked.

I shrugged my shoulders and smiled at her.

"Anyway, how would you like to get a combat class? I have an extra sword you could use." I said.

She froze for a few seconds thinking about what I had just asked her.

"A combat class? Like a swordswoman? That would be incredible. Would you really help me do something like that?" She asked excitedly.

"Of course, I can’t be married to a woman who can’t defend herself." I said.

"I never agreed to marry you." Sarah mumbled.

"Not yet." I said with a sly grin.

"I would love to become a swordswoman. But if you want to marry me you have to do it the right way, in front of the Goddess." She said.

"How do you do that?" I asked.

"You have to go to one of the Goddess’ temples, every city has one, and stand before one of her priestesses and swear an oath of marriage before the priestess and the Goddess." She explained.

"Can I do that without anyone finding out I am a goblin?" I asked.

"I don’t know, maybe." She answered.

"So if I agree to do that will you marry me?" I asked.

"I don’t know, maybe." She repeated.

"Well then, let’s find a city." I said as I turned and started walking out of the water.

"What? Right now?" She asked.

"Yeah, why wait?" I asked.

"Why wait? You just asked me to marry you in a temple of the Goddess and even after traveling with you for five days you still haven’t told me your name." She said.

"Oh, I don’t have a name." I said.

"WHAT? You don’t have a name?" She asked.

"No. I don’t have parents, or a family, or a clan. I’ve never had a reason to have a name." I said.

"Oh, that’s actually really sad." Sarah mumbled.

"It is what it is I guess." I said as I turned and finished walking out of the water. Sarah then walked out of the water, completely forgetting to cover herself. Her breasts were large, like ripe cantaloupes. She had small pink areolas about an inch wide and small pink ripples that pointed straight ahead of her. She had a small bush of blond hair between her legs. Her hips rolled side to side as she walked and her breasts swayed and bounced with each step. Sarah stopped at the edge of the water and cleared her throat.

"I see you like what you see." She said as she looked down at my penis.

I looked down and saw my dick was fully erect, showcasing all nine inches of length and two inches of girth. I looked back up and smiled.

"Now is the perfect time to touch it if you still want to." I said.

Sarah stared at it for several seconds before slowly walking toward me, stopping about three feet in front of me.

"No, I can’t. It’s not proper. What would the Goddess say?" She asked as she turned and walked toward her clothes.

I laughed and got dressed. After Sarah was dressed she turned and walked back to me.

"Do you really want to marry me? Do you have enough coin to buy a full suit of armor?" She asked.

"I don’t know, how much does one cost?" I asked.

"I think a full suit of steel armor costs about one gold coin." She answered.

"If that’s the cost then I can afford to get both of us a suit of armor. Is there anything better than steel armor?" I asked.

"Yes, steel isn’t even the cheapest. The lowest tier is iron. After that is steel, then mithril, then adamantite, then runite." She answered.

"How much are those?" I asked.

"How would I know the price for those? I am an unclassed peasant woman who just six days ago was about to be married off for a single gold coin." She answered with a giggle.

"Right, let’s get going then. You said this forest covers the western side of the kingdom, do you know which way is east?" I asked.

"I’m pretty sure that’s the direction we’ve been walking in." She replied.

We continued walking until late evening. I took some food out of my ring and shared it with her as we talked.
