Reborn In A Cultivation World With All Cheat Abilities
Chapter 195: Victory Is Worth ItThe flames were large, and hot. It even managed to reach the World Tree, causing it to pulse violently and Yggros to grunt in pain.
Light had rushed over to Xenia’s side after regaining himself, and Xenia had also regained consciousness. Together with Esty, and Rhaenys, coupled with the other Elders who could do nothing else but sit amidst the rubble and recuperate; they all watched on as Jacob looked as though he was clearly being burned alive.
"Noooooo!!" Alaric, Esty, Light, and Xenia all shouted in unison, as though they had practiced beforehand. Tears already rolling down from their eyes, Xenia’s especially.
Jacob had neither tried to dodge, nor block the dragonfire. He just stood there, taking the brunt of it. Alaric looked closely, something was very surprising, the young man was neither screaming, nor looked to be in any pain whatsoever, after a moment, a knowing smile appeared on the old man’s face.
"This grandson of mine..." Alaric smiled bitterly as he muttered to himself.

There was a glint in the Demon King’s eyes once he saw that his attack had connected with Jacob’s upper body, he was sure that this attack would end everything, then he would be able to fulfil his his mission as the only true obstacle that stood in his way in this would would be gone.
When he was sure that he had expended enough fire at Jacob’s body, and burned the boy properly; he closed his mouth. The fire slowly evaporated into the atmosphere and everywhere was clear again.
The sight that met the Demon King’s eyes cause them to widen his eyes in fear and uncertainly, his pupils now shook, and his body shuddered from the mere surprise of what he saw. Sweat had begun to bead across his forehead and he was stammering.
"W-W-What... b-but... I..." the Demon King was unable to even form a coherent sentence as he looked ahead with fear in his eyes.
"Sorry, but I’m immune to fire. All forms." Jacob casually said, his body was still as pristine looking as ever, even his clothes were intact.
Xenia, Light, and Esty’s eyes widened in shock and happiness as they realized that Jacob was unscathed by such a fiery blaze. They all let out exasperated sighs of relief as they hugged each other unknowingly, all of them brought together by their love for Jacob.
"Now it’s time for you to leave that body." Jacob squatted so he was at eye level with the Demon King in Seraphina’s body and placed a palm against his chest.
The Demon King’s pupils had begun to move side to side in fear of being defeated, sweat running down his forehead as he practically begged. "D-Do not do this.. I’ll give you anything, gold, silver, power..." His current state had forced him to go into a frenzy, and even he could not under stand tbe words he was saying.
Jacob merely sighed as he looked into the Demon King’s eyes and said: "I do not need anything from you, just leave my world alone."
With that said, Jacob performed the skill <Anti-Magic Pulse>, the same skill he had used on Savant Hardin who was clearly possessed by a higher entity.
He thought for a moment if it was also the Demon King who was possessing Savant that night, but he quickly eradicated the thought. If it was the Demon King, he would have known by now.
"Nooooo!!!" The Demon Kings screamed in a low guttural, just like a soul being ripped from its host body, the Demon King’s essence was forcefully flung out of Seraphina’s body and her body fell almost lifelessly to the ground.
Jacob quickly turned his gaze towards Rhaenys and Esty, who looked exhausted, but they understood and began to make their way towards the near lifeless body of Seraphina, in a bid to heal her.
"Grandma, I’m alright. Haha." Jacob laughed as he hugged his grandmother tight, her grip was surprisingly tighter than his.
She finally let him go and looked at him with a frown on her face. "Don’t you ever, in your life, scare me like that again. Is that understood Jacob Ironfell?" Unfortunately she was not tall enough to comfortably pull on his ears so she refrained from doing that, she had enough time to do that when he was a child.
Jacob’s face turned pitch black as he heard those words. "Grandma, you’re the one scaring me right now." He responded.
"Good." She said with a smile on her face, then she let him be and attended to to Seraphina alongside Rhaenys.
Jacob’s gaze turned to Xenia and Light who sat up against a wall on the side. He rushed towards them and knelt at Xenia’s side, grabbing her hand.
"Xenia! Are you okay?! I’m sorry I didn’t come to your aid, I was preoccupied with Morbius, and Seraphina was... I know I should have protected yo—" Jacob’s words were cut short when Xenia threw her arms around him in a very tight hug, sobbing. This was the first time he had ever seen her cry seriously, not even when she had flashbacks about her childhood did she cry this much.
He smiled as he held her there for a few moments, sneaking glances at Light who was very visibly jealous as he wished it was him who was receiving this tight hug.
"I’m fine, young master Jacob. I’m glad you’re okay as well, I was really worried for you back there... also don’t beat yourself up too much about not protecting me. It is my job to protect you, and I will hear no more about it." She was smiling now as she said those words to Jacob, who nodded in response as he smiled at her.
Jacob turned to Light, who was still pouting as a result of jealousy; he smiled at how the young man could still act so childish in a moment like this, even while he had his own girlfriend!
"How are your injuries, my friend?" Jacob asked him with a smile.
Even though Light was jealous, hearing those words softened his heart as he turned toward Jacob, giving a very dramatic thumbs up, followed by a soft groan as he stared rubbing against his ribs.
"Ahh, you’re clearly injured, but it’s nothing too serious, I’ll have grandma check that out once Seraphina is doing okay." Jacob said as he patted Light’s shoulder and stood up briefly.
He turned towards the World Tree, and sighed as he looked at it. It was pulsing brighter than ever, as though it were breathing.
It’s bark was dark brown and it’s leaves were all shades of colors, they looked like a Rainbow. It was the first time he had ever paid this much attention to it and he could not help but admit that it looked absolutely beautiful.
He looked at the surrounding environment, compared to the tree itself, it looked like a nuclear weapon had descended on every other part of the garden.
There was blood everywhere, deep craters left in the earth, ash flying around. It would be a lot to clean it all up, but he knew it would eventually be done.
"It was worth it." He muttered to himself, he still had to talk to Yggros before he left, so he took one step after the other, approaching the tree.
