Appearing before Kael was the city-sized nest.

The nest did not resemble a large structure made of wooden twigs and rotten dragon scales.

Rather, it looked like a dome that was made of one solid piece of chitinous material and hammered into the earth.

The black chitinous material had a wormy and wavy surface that would make the hair of many creatures stand on end. The way the wavy patterns cascaded and collided in a frozen dance of architectural wonder created a subtle but noticeable sensation to those who looked at it.

Dotting the surface of this black nest dome were many holes and gaps that served as entrances and windows into the nest.

Currently, many little dragonlings were swarming in and out of these large holes on the sides of the domes.

Kael just stood calmly in front of the dome, observing the beauty of it all with a casual gaze.

Finally, after waiting outside for five seconds, his left knee moved, signaling his walk to the nest.

The walk was rather speedy despite the distance being measured in several hundred meters. Kael was standing directly in front of the nearest hole in three seconds, and there was nothing else standing between him and what he wanted to know.

Just then, the cry of many little dragons filled Kael's ears. They didn't bother him that much as he just continued walking, stepping into the dome and having a more natural view of the inside of this nest.

The interior part of this large dome-shaped dragon nest was exactly as one would imagine it. It was still shaped like a dome, and all the holes all over the outside served as windows for light to pour in.

The inside was not bright, definitely not, but the light that shined through the large holes was enough to allow even regular eyesight to adapt properly.

The ground was littered with countless small ditches in the ground, some filled with eggs while some had eggshells.

The little roars of the newborn dragonlings grew louder here, which was odd because the dragonlings were not inside the nest.

This nest was designed specifically for unhatched eggs. As soon as the dragons were hatched, they were guided outside where they would frolic around under the guidance of some Nanny Dragon on duty.

All this was very hard work, very. Although dragons were born quite weak, they also grew fast within the first few hours.

This had always been known. By the evening of their first day alive, most young dragons would already possess the power of a tier 2 equivalent entity.

Just like that.

And this nest probably had hundreds of thousands of eggs at any given moment.

Kael looked around, spotting the set of entities he was actually looking for, and decided to walk towards them.

He walked in a straight line, a perfectly straight line. And the people he actually wanted to meet were to his left.

It was as if the universe had no choice but to bend to his desires. Because, despite Kael walking in a straight line, he approached his target location very casually as though they were on the same trajectory.

It was as though the pathways were forcefully being twisted as he walked. Yet, even if one wanted to check with their naked eyes, they still wouldn't be able to comprehend what was happening or how it was happening.

All the eggs and egg-holding ditches in Kael's way parted to the sides without any lifeforms being harmed.

The way the nest worlds worked was very interesting. When female dragons laid their eggs, they would normally have to watch over them.

But with the existence of the Nanny Dragons, the mothers could just lay the eggs and go back to whatever they were doing. They didn't need to care too much about the welfare or upbringing of their child since the entire civilization was funding the Nest Worlds.

Of course, this created estranged parenting and almost zero connection or relationship between the parent and child, but it was one of the necessary sacrifices to acquire efficiency.

Now, not all eggs hatched at the same time. And it would be a big pain if each nest was having newborn dragonlings every single day.

It was inefficient and would drain the Nanny Dragons.

On Imperious One, the Nest Planet, all the Nannies used their powers to identify eggs and categorize them based on their hatch day.

Then, they would divide them across the entire planet so that the eggs in one particular nest would hatch at a specific period of time without causing logistical nightmares for the Nanny Dragons.

In this particular Nest that Kael had walked into, all the eggs were documented to hatch within a span of three and a half days.

This was the second day.

All the little dragons flying around outside were those that had hatched within the last two days and were being watched over by the Nanny Dragons, who were now confused as to why and how the entire nest had moved all of a sudden.

Soon enough, Kael was standing close to the people he had come to meet.

"George," Kael said.

They already knew the All-King was coming; they had been alerted of his arrival.

Three figures were currently standing in front of Kael. One of them was George, in his humanoid form, which was slightly weird since there was not much visual difference between a human and a monkey.

He just looked like a very hairy human with black beards, intelligent blue eyes, and a slim figure. Also, a long monkey tail swerved side to side beside him.

The second person beside George was currently squatting on the ground. A female humanoid with a bountiful chest, straight blonde hair, and two curly horns on her head.

She was crouching because she was attending to a newly hatched dragonling and was wiping the eggshells and mucus from its body.

The little newborn dragon was the last figure close to Kael, and it was the main reason why he was here.

"Your Majesty," George greeted, bowing his head, "I'm afraid something bad has happened."
