Chapter 1379: Chapter 1479: I’m This Handsome Every Day

"Really?" Watt Bennet glanced sideways at her, not the slightest bit ashamed, and even added, "Shouldn’t I be this handsome every day?"

Summer Sutton was once again at a loss for words, choosing not to argue with him on this point.

Alright then, he’s handsome, whatever he says goes.

"Let’s go home!" Watt pulled her over and got her into the car.

Summer Sutton sat in the car, her gaze blankly fixed outside the window, somewhat absent-minded on the way home.

The entire way, she had been torn, but upon reaching the Scenic Garden, she suddenly had a revelation.

It’s just a visit to the doctor, not a definite verdict that she can’t conceive, what was she worrying about?

If she’s not feeling well, she could simply take some time to nurse her health, wouldn’t that be enough?

Besides, both she and Watt are still young, the future is long, and there’s plenty of time to create a family of three.

Even if, hypothetically speaking, she truly has a problem, Summer Sutton feels that with Watt’s constitution, he should be able to make up for her shortcomings.

On her way from the garden into the house, Summer Sutton’s thoughts were a bit much, some perhaps not entirely appropriate.

Throughout her way into the house, she kept her head down, focused on her own path.

Suddenly, Watt’s voice rang out unexpectedly ahead, "What are you thinking?"

When Summer Sutton lifted her face, her gaze perfectly met his chest.

In this season, early winter, perhaps due to the heater in the car, he had unbuttoned a few buttons near his collar.

Summer Sutton’s gaze fell upon his firm musculature.

Thinking of what she had just pondered, her face instantly turned red.

Her reaction made Watt’s brow slowly arch.

Slowly, he approached her, standing before her, Watt bent down and stared at her intently.

"Are you blushing?" He asked slowly, word by word.

"No way!" Summer Sutton’s gaze scrambled to avoid his eyes, quickly defending herself.

Watt didn’t argue with her, he raised his hand, the pad of his finger gliding slowly across her face, he chuckled lightly.

Her face was burning this much, yet she claimed she wasn’t blushing!

"What were you just thinking?" He asked again.

Summer Sutton was pondering his physical prowess, could she really tell him that?

"I said, no!" Somewhat embarrassed, she bypassed him and hurried into the house.

She walked swiftly, seemingly afraid Watt would notice something.

Watt’s gaze followed her as she moved, watching her for quite a while, and as her silhouette was about to disappear inside the house, he suddenly blurted out, "Were you fantasizing about me?"

Summer Sutton was intensely speechless.

How could he even think of saying that!

She said nothing, yet Watt seemed to take it seriously.

Slowly approaching her, his face suddenly leaning towards hers, "Really?"

"No! Absolutely not, why would I?" Summer Sutton lifted her face, defending herself confidently.

"Look, your face is all red now." Watt was particularly scornful of her words.

"I was... I was... just suffocated in the car." Summer Sutton opted for yet another excuse.

Evidently, Watt was not buying it.

With a dismissive "Hm," he was extremely dismissive of Summer Sutton’s words.

Passing by Summer Sutton, he headed upstairs first, reaching the corner of the spiral staircase, he shocked her once more with, "Actually, if you want to do something, just go ahead with me directly, no need to rely on imagination."
