They didn’t know why this person had suddenly appeared, or why he had attacked Shen Yue and their child.

A tremendous roar erupted in mid-air.
The immense force sent Mu Silin and the others flying.

They all spat out a mouthful of blood.
The next second, they were plummeting from the sky.
But the man in black had no intention of letting them go. The black mist morphed into dark serpents, preparing to coil around their necks and finish Mu Silin and the others for good.
But just as the black mist was about to touch them, Mu Silin and the others, who were falling through the air, suddenly vanished without a trace.

But this man had been so reckless for her sake.
The sudden feeling of heartache that spread through her made it impossible to control her emotions, and the sour feeling in her heart intensified.
She finally gave in. Wiping away a tear, she accused him with a sob in her voice:

Huang Ziyue finally understood. He was certain of the meaning behind her words.

Shen Yue almost laughed in exasperation. She retorted irritably:
"Who else? You think my tears are that cheap?"
As she spoke, her heart ached.
"I don’t care! You said you would be my man. I won’t let you go back on your word and leave me halfway!"
Shen Yue didn’t know why she was saying these things.
Seeing Huang Ziyue looking like he was on the verge of death, she just couldn’t help it. She was just so miserable.
