The two envoys took action at the same time. Light and darkness came together, changing the color of the world. They showed no hesitation or mercy, because all guests had openly shown themselves today.

A sudden ripple in the world and a disturbance that seemed to tear the void apart... could only be an act of aggression!

The two eighth ranks struck with immense force! Their formidable dao strength instantly became one, darkening the world. The two envoys were very strong among eighth ranks and erupted with even more domineering strength when working together.

Heaven and earth were as if a fish of yin and yang. It sought to scatter the river that’d abruptly appeared!

But in response, a hand appeared from the boundless void. It pointed with a piercing blow, withering the seasons, extinguishing light and darkness, silencing heaven and earth.

That shocked the powerful existences present within the palace!

A combined attack from the light and dark envoys had been destroyed by one finger snap!

More envoys took to the air. Five of them combined the five elements with a grunt. A massive longsword raced for the sky—they were the envoys of the five elements!

The envoys of life and death materialized the next second and headed to the void to meet the enemy.

Figures kept flashing into sight. A drowsy dragon in front of the palace gates rose with a roar. Many dragons with stalwart bodies followed behind it. Ten thousand dragons were suddenly in the air to suppress the world!

The Coiling Dragon Envoy!

The Skyward master simply watched from the rear of the palace and didn’t involve himself. The Calamity master also chose to not take action after a quick look around.

There was a hotbed of action outside. Dao masters who were yet to reach the site all looked up at the sky. Confusion and perturbed looks filled their eyes. No one made a sound and no one made a move.

Was this an existence from a unique space and time?

Was it?

It must be!

This was... time!

A passenger of time?

Maybe!

A palm that resembled white jade reached outward and smacked gently, sending a wave of withering and flourishing through the area. The envoys of life and death were outright silenced as they coughed up blood.

The palm then balled into a fist and raced forward like a howling dragon, smashing the Coiling Dragon Envoy. When the dragon fell out of the sky, it brought countless other dragons down with it!

The dragon envoy was utterly shocked. That had been a dragon that attacked it! A massive dragon!

Where did such a dragon come from??

It took another heartbeat for a blade to appear in the sky. With the sword as blade, it scattered the five elements when it came down. The envoys of the five elements coughed up blood as they tumbled down from the sky, each of them equally shocked as their peers that’d just been defeated.

Skyward was a very strong world!

It was so strong that it was incredible. The envoys of life, death, light, and darkness were all eighth ranks. The ones of the five elements were seventh ranks. Indeed, the water envoy was a seventh rank too. Li Hao had encountered a sixth rank version of her when he traced the past, because the dao foundation site had been created when the envoy was a sixth rank.

Coiling Dragon and the rest were seventh ranks, rounding out the group of high ranks!

And because they hailed from Skyward with the added benefit of the Skyward dao universe, they were very dominating. They were much stronger than seventh or eighth ranks from regular worlds. It would have to take a ninth rank to take them because any eighth rank would be promptly defeated!

But today, these Skyward powerhouses were spontaneously defeated by an unknown assailant!

“The dao of the body, sword, blade, and withering...” murmured the Skyward master. He looked at the sky with confusion. Was this an unorthodox usage for the dao of time?

Or was the unknown assailant so skilled at these daos that he’d reached a marvelous level with all of them?

A long river flowed in the void and the arm began to sharpen into focus. An illusory person walked out of the waters. The two sides could finally see each other!

Li Hao looked at the person in the distance, then at the ones around him. The master of calamity? And the master of Skyward? They were finally meeting!

The young man took in the sights. So was this Skyward of one million years ago? It was such a display of peace and prosperity! This was an ethereal realm!

“You have some nerve!” snorted the Calamity master after Skyward powerhouses were defeated. “How dare you come without an invitation and disrupt the chaos! Try me on for size since you’re so strong!”

Countless thunderbolts sizzled into being and collected as giants! A horde of tribulation giants!

Li Hao extended a finger and summoned a supernatural character. It was the character of calamity. The giants in the air shuddered when the character appeared and some began crumbling away!

“Eh?!” jerked the Calamity master. “You...”

The dao of calamity! Has this person comprehended my dao?!

The giants quickly recovered and moved like they possessed spirit. Their great dao shook as they sought to vibrate the character to pieces!

Tribulation clouds filled the sky, wanting to smite Li Hao out of existence!

Light flashed across the young man’s body as he reversed yin and yang. The endless thunder and lightning was spontaneously transformed to yin thunder.

“He’s quite somebody!” The Calamity master sucked in a sharp breath. How did he also know how to reverse yin and yang??

But the Calamity master was yet to use his full force either. He whistled and collected all of the thunder and lightning into one gigantic giant. It shook the world and the pressure was so great that even Li Hao’s river rocked from it!

The young man was beginning to feel quite weary of the situation. He seemed to have... come to the wrong place. He hadn’t expected that there would be more than one ninth rank here, the Calamity master, and more ninth ranks around!

He’d walked right into the lion’s den!

One ninth rank was fine to deal with, but more than one... was a headache!

It was only a moment, but he still saw and sensed a lot. This world of the past was full of spirit! The thunder tribulation seemed to be alive as well. It was completely different from the tribulations in the future. These giants even proactively evaded his killing moves!

This was confirming his speculations, that the great daos of the past possessed more spirit.

Not only that, but Li Hao could see countless great daos fill and extend through the void. He could see that none of them had formed a dao domain!

Dao domains did not seem to exist here. Or perhaps they were a cultivation path tried by later generations. The world brimmed with life, life that seemed to come from above. There was life everywhere in the chaos!

He even saw... a sun and moon!

A longsword manifested. The world around it seemed to become an inner world that came down over the premises!

Countless copies of the Human King appeared, dashing with an upraised blade. Each Human King fought each thunderbolt. Immense strength suffused his being and Fang Ping emitted a dragon croon. It shook the world and shattered the thunder tribulation!
