Everything seemed so uncertain now.

Chaos Sky continued to look at the worlds and frown slightly. “It’s still a mess, a huge mess!” he said quickly. “Chaos dao is scattered enough already. It’s lost its spirit and has been completely interfered with. It cannot recover orderly operations on its own.

“Only through conquering the universe is there hope of swiftly turning this situation around and consolidating the entire chaos!” With that, he looked at the shadow. “Head to the north and keep an eye on them from the shadows! If an opportunity presents itself... destroy Five Elements major world!”

“But... if Spring Autumn...” asked a surprised shadow.

“I’ll handle it if she’s unhappy!” Chaos Sky turned to the east again. “I’m not at liberty to make a move. I need to keep an eye on the four regions. So many ninth ranks left back in the day, Skyward can’t be the only one to return.

Li Hao quickly looked at the four regions. He couldn’t see anything since Thunder Region was in the way, but he knew that Skyward major world must be undergoing changes. Was Long Zhan ready?

Ripples abruptly started undulating through the land. An extreme force of repulsion forced out all of the cultivators occupying it. The ripples threatened to turn the world upside down!

Some of the weaker cultivators outright exploded from the pressure!

Long Zhan toppled mountains with his punch. That broke through the pressure clamping down on the land. He flung countless cultivators out of Skyward with a wave of his hand.

The ninth rank world erupted with immense ripples in response. Another world seemed to loom out of its cover, one... different from Skyward.

It was the one that they’d seen in the sky when reversing time. Indeed, Skyward had another world in the sky, one that had never been seen from Skyward before. A palace came into view and a statue brimmed with authority over the world.

The hidden space, the second world, showed itself today.

A dragon croon rang through the world when Long Zhan shouted!

However, Skyward major world was still pulsing violently. Countless fissures opened everywhere and lashed at the dragon’s body, drawing fiery sparks with each collision.

The power was so incredibly strong!

Long Zhan grunted, the look in his eyes chilling. As expected of the Skyward master, the foremost powerhouse of the chaos and undisputed overlord of yesteryear! He’d left behind a massive formation that’d sealed away the world in the sky!

Energy was so unbelievably concentrated in this world, as was dao strength. It was the accumulation of one million years! It was all in this world.

Dao strength had even solidified into mountains that hovered over the palace. It was simply an unfathomable amount of dao strength.

“Bah!” snorted Long Zhan. This was simply house cleaning before reawakening. Clearly, Skyward’s reawakening was far more magnificent than they’d imagined. They’d started with expelling all outsiders!

It was so ludicrous that those of the four regions had once sought to seize the world!

Even he was sensing unspeakably strong pressure. Any regular seventh rank in his place would’ve already been sliced to pieces.

What a joke they’d been when they all charged into the Skyward dao universe to take it over!

These idiots had smuggled some away! How did they honestly think those were anything good? Would Li Hao not want to keep such a treasure for himself?

A seventh rank’s world had been spontaneously drained and endless dao strength surged toward Skyward’s dao universe. The scene drained the color from the faces of those watching expectantly in the surroundings!

“Hao Moon... the Silver Moon king... has doomed me!” wailed the seventh rank whose dao universe had been devoured.

Damn it!

Silver Moon King Li Hao had given away so many dao stars. A portion of them had returned them to Long Zhan, but some couldn’t bear to and had kept the dao star for themselves...

Such was the latter’s downfall today. Their dao universes began to wither, taking the world with them as the source of life collapsed. The first to go down had been a seventh rank world!

“Do all of you really think that Skyward is a benevolent soul?” sneered Long Zhan. “That he likes to share his wealth? Or that he’s willing to let you guys take his dao stars for free? Skyward needs as much energy as possible to revitalize. In that case, why not borrow yours?”

The group listened to absolute horror.

“Even if Li Hao didn’t give the stars to you guys, you would’ve obtained them somehow sooner or later. This perfectly weakens the four regions and prepares them to be conquered after Skyward returns!”

This would’ve happened even without Li Hao. Skyward would’ve made sure to eliminate all of the troublemakers before he returned! Such was to be an overlord.

His plans stretched endless millennia and now, he was absorbing world strength and dao strength to fortify his world. He would be an overlord as soon as he returned!

Feng Yan grunted with pain. Dragon major world manifested and countless stars sparkled within it. They were also drawing on the world’s strength.

Feng Yan panicked!

She transformed into a phoenix and shot for Long Zhan. Dragon major world had so many Skyward dao stars that it was done for!

And yet, Long Zhan was not in a hurry.

“Father...” An ashen Feng Yan raced over and transformed back into a young girl. She wanted to cry for help, but Long Zhan raised a hand.

A Skyward dragon? But that one worked for Skyward and had been the dragon envoy back in the day. Skyward commanded many dragons beneath his banner. Was Long Zhan related to Coiling Dragon?

He considered the exalted emperors standing around him.

“The four regions will not have two masters! When the Skyward master returns... we must win the war! Conflict is inevitable!”

Chaos beasts howled in support, despite not understanding why they couldn’t just make a run for it. The four regions weren’t that affluent. But it was fine, they didn’t need to understand. Only their master needed to understand.

Meanwhile, Long Zhan knew that they couldn’t flee. Where would they go?

There was no place for the chaos beasts if they relinquished the four regions!

He looked at Thunder Region, at where ripples were starting there as well. Immense thunder and lightning brewed. It’d been a lull period before, which permitted even first ranks to possibly travel through it.

But today... rumble!

Thunderbolts erupted and threatened to annihilate even high ranks. It was another house cleaning!

All of the powerhouses seemed to be emptying their territory before they returned.

Some... thoughts drifted out of the thunder pillars, like they were about to come alive. Long Zhan frowned.

Thunder Region!

He’d known that there might be a disturbance from it too, but... were those pillars... created to prepare for their return?

They were in trouble if that was the case! Was Thunder Region about to fully recover as well??

A solemn Long Zhan considered the fact that they were being flanked on two sides. They were really in for it now.

With how strong Thunder Region was, it would be hard for even Li Hao to cross it, not to mention other reinforcements. And how was the presence of life emanating from the area??
