Dante plummeted from the moss-covered cliff, the wind roaring past his dark purple armor.

He didn’t activate the flight passive on the [Mantle of the Void-Dragon]. He wanted to hit the ground fast and hard.

Down below, the small caravan was in absolute ruins. The massive, six-legged reptilian hounds, identified by his system interface as Level 50 Corrupted Stalkers were systematically tearing through the defensive perimeter.

The twenty Beast-Kin players were fighting desperately, their roars and battle cries echoing through the dense, towering jungle.

"Hold the line!" the leader of the caravan bellowed.

He was a massive, incredibly imposing figure. He stood easily seven feet tall, possessing the broad, muscular physique of a heavy tank. Thick, golden fur covered his arms and chest, and a magnificent, sweeping lion’s mane framed his scarred face.

[Entity Identified: Leo]

[Faction: Primal Roar Clan (Beast-Kin)]

[Level: 45]

Leo wasn’t using a shield. He wielded a massive, two-handed greataxe forged from dark, heavy stone. He swung the weapon in a brutal, horizontal arc, successfully cleaving a lunging Stalker in half, but two more beasts instantly took its place, their corrosive purple saliva hissing as it hit the dirt.

"We can’t hold them, Chieftain!" a panther-kin rogue yelled, scrambling backward as a Stalker snapped its jagged jaws inches from her face. "The corruption is melting our weapons! We have to abandon the wagons!"

"We do not abandon the supplies!" Leo roared, shoving a beast back with the haft of his axe. "Hold your ground!"

They weren’t going to hold. The math was entirely against them. The Level 50 Corrupted Stalkers were too durable, and the ambient Void-Blight mutating their code made them far too aggressive for a Level 45 caravan escort to handle.

Dante hit the dirt path exactly in the center of the chaotic melee.

*BOOM.*

He didn’t use a Zenith-tier skill, but the sheer physical impact of a Level 81 avatar landing at terminal velocity created a localized shockwave. The force of the landing blew the nearest Corrupted Stalkers backward, momentarily shattering the tight ring surrounding the caravan.

The Beast-Kin players froze in absolute shock.

The dust cleared, revealing Dante slowly standing up from a crater. The heavy, dark purple plating of his [Evil Spirit Armor] gleamed dully in the dim jungle light. The tattered, starry fabric of his cloak settled around his shoulders.

Leo lowered his greataxe slightly, his golden lion eyes wide with confusion.

"A Human?" Leo muttered, staring at the anomaly. "Here? How did an Outworlder cross the sealed gates?"

Dante didn’t answer him. He didn’t have time for a localized lore discussion.

The Corrupted Stalkers quickly recovered from the shockwave. The massive, six-legged beasts shrieked, their aggro instantly snapping from the battered caravan guards to the new, incredibly dense cosmic threat standing in the center of the path.

Dozens of Stalkers charged Dante simultaneously from all sides, their maws dripping with highly concentrated, armor-melting acid.

"Human! Move!" Leo roared, taking a heavy step forward to try and intercept the charge. "They will melt you!"

Dante didn’t move. He didn’t activate [Asura’s Descent]. He didn’t drop his defense to zero. He didn’t even draw the [Dawn-Breaker Blade].

He just raised his right hand.

The black brand on his wrist didn’t flare with the apocalyptic white light of the Anti-Virus. He didn’t want to vaporize the entire localized area and accidentally atomize the caravan he was trying to save.

He just needed a localized crowd-control sweep.

Dante opened his inventory and equipped a basic, Novice-tier skillbook he had absorbed back in Ironhold.

[Skill Executed: Cleaving Spin.]

The anomaly triggered.

[Talent Activated: 10,000x Multiplier.]

[Registering 10,000 flawless executions.]

The combat enlightenment wasn’t about raw, localized power. It was the fundamental mastery of rotational physics and centrifugal force. Dante understood exactly how to eliminate the friction of his own movement, turning his avatar into a localized, razor-sharp top.

[Cleaving Spin has reached Zenith tier.]

[Skill Evolution Triggered.]

[Cleaving Spin has evolved into: Vortex of Blades.]

The system interface flashed a brilliant, metallic silver.

[Vortex of Blades (Zenith)]

[Description: The user becomes an untargetable, continuous 360-degree storm of physical destruction.

Deals 2,000% Physical Damage per second to all entities within a 30-foot radius.

Actively deflects all incoming projectiles and magical attacks. Duration: Sustained (Drains Stamina). Cooldown: None (Chrono-Shift Active).]

Dante didn’t hold a sword. He just spun.

He became a localized, metallic tornado.

The sheer, overwhelming rotational force of the Zenith-tier wind violently sucked the charging Corrupted Stalkers into the air.

The twenty beasts that had rushed him didn’t even have time to shriek. The 2,000% physical damage multiplier, backed by his monstrous Level 81 Strength stat, turned the localized tornado into an absolute meat grinder.

The beasts were instantly, flawlessly pulverized. Their thick, scaled hides shattered into digital dust.

[-65,000! OVERKILL!]

[-65,000! OVERKILL!]

Dante maintained the spin for exactly three seconds.

He stopped. The vortex collapsed instantly.

Dante stood perfectly balanced in the center of the dirt path. The twenty Corrupted Stalkers were completely gone. They had been erased from the server, exploding into a massive, localized shower of blue and silver polygons that rained down gently onto the bewildered Beast-Kin players.

The remaining Stalkers on the perimeter of the caravan completely froze. The Gold-tier AI governing their behavior couldn’t process the sudden, catastrophic deletion of half their pack in a single frame.

Dante didn’t wait for them to recalculate.

He triggered [Phantom Dash].

He became a blur of dark purple armor. He teleported rapidly across the dirt path, chaining the zero-cooldown skill flawlessly.

*BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.*

The localized sonic booms stunned the remaining beasts. Dante didn’t use a sword. He just used his raw, unmitigated physical stats. He delivered brutal, bone-crushing kicks and heavy, armored punches that completely caved in the skulls of the paralyzed Stalkers.

In less than ten seconds, the entire ambush was completely cleared.

[Target Eliminated: Corrupted Stalker x35]

Dante stood alone near the edge of the tree line, slowly dusting off his dark purple gauntlets. He hadn’t taken a single point of damage.

He turned around and walked back toward the caravan.

The twenty Beast-Kin players were staring at him in absolute, unfiltered shock. They had their weapons lowered, entirely paralyzed by the display of overwhelming, effortless violence.

Leo, the massive lion-kin Chieftain, slowly lowered his stone greataxe. The scarred warrior looked at the empty space where the monsters had just been, then looked at the human Outworlder.

"By the Primal Roar," Leo whispered, his deep voice thick with awe. "I have never seen an Outworlder fight like that. You didn’t even draw a weapon."

"Weapons are for bosses," Dante replied smoothly. "Trash mobs aren’t worth the durability hit."

Leo let out a loud, booming laugh that broke the tension in the localized area. The massive Beast-Kin stepped forward, offering a huge, heavily furred hand.

"I am Leo, Chieftain of the Primal Roar clan," Leo introduced himself respectfully. "You have my deepest gratitude, human. That corrupted pack would have inevitably broken our lines. We owe you our lives."

Dante took the massive hand, shaking it firmly. "Dan. And you don’t owe me anything. I just need information."

"Information?" Leo asked, releasing the grip. He gestured to the sprawling, dark jungle surrounding them. "You are a long way from home, Dan. The Intercontinental Gates are sealed. How did you cross the ocean?"

"I have a good key," Dante deflected. He didn’t want to waste time explaining systemic administrative bypasses. "I’m looking for a specific group of people. Descendants of the Blade-Saint."

The warm, grateful smile on Leo’s face instantly vanished.

The massive lion-kin stiffened, his golden eyes narrowing suspiciously. The other Beast-Kin players in the caravan visibly tensed, shifting their grips on their weapons.

"The descendants," Leo repeated, his voice dropping into a cold, dangerous register. "Why do you seek them, Outworlder?"

Dante noticed the sudden shift in the localized atmosphere. The caravan guards weren’t looking at him with awe anymore. They were looking at him like he was a threat.

"I have a delivery for them," Dante said calmly, resting his hand casually near where his sword usually hung. "The Blade-Saint gave me a localized legacy to pass on. I’m just here to drop it off and leave."

Leo stared at Dante for a long, heavy moment, evaluating the truth of the statement.

"You are fortunate you encountered the Primal Roar clan first," Leo finally sighed, his broad shoulders slumping slightly. "If you had asked that question to a patrol from the capital, they would have executed you on the spot."

Dante frowned. "Executed me for asking for directions?"

"Executed you for associating with outlaws," Leo corrected him grimly.

The Chieftain gestured for Dante to follow him toward the largest wagon in the caravan.

"The Beast-Kin continent is currently tearing itself apart, Dan," Leo explained, his voice low. "Three days ago, the political stability of our realm was completely shattered. A ’Divine Emissary’ descended from the sky, claiming absolute authority over the entire continent."

"A Divine Emissary?" Dante asked. "Was it a Celestial Guardian?"

"No," Leo shook his head, spitting onto the dirt path. "He wasn’t a god. He was an Outworlder. A human, just like you. But he wielded power that defied the very laws of the Zenith Protocol. He walked through solid walls. He instantly deleted anyone who challenged him without swinging a blade."

Dante’s red eyes narrowed slightly.

"Silas," Dante murmured.

"He called himself the Enforcer of the Zenith," Leo confirmed, his fists clenching. "He didn’t come to trade or conquer. He marched directly into the capital city of Theria and confronted the Beast-Emperor."

"The Beast-Emperor is a Level 60 Super-Divine boss," Dante noted, recalling the lore fragments. "He couldn’t just beat him in a duel."

"He didn’t duel him," Leo growled. "The Emissary used a forbidden, localized systemic curse. He completely bypassed the Emperor’s defenses and subjugated his mind. The absolute ruler of our continent is now nothing more than a puppet dancing on strings of green code."

Dante crossed his arms. Silas hadn’t just secured admin privileges; he had used them to completely hijack an entire endgame faction. He had essentially stolen an army that made Vanguard’s Legacy look like a joke.

"What does this have to do with the Blade-Saint’s descendants?" Dante asked.

"Everything," Leo sighed heavily. "The moment the Emissary took control, he issued a continent-wide decree. All Outworlders are branded as cosmic plagues. Any Beast-Kin caught harboring, trading with, or assisting a human player will be completely eradicated by the Royal Guard."

Leo pointed a massive, furry finger toward the dark canopy of the jungle.

"The descendants of the Blade-Saint have always been sympathetic to the Outworlders," Leo explained. "They maintain the ancient shrines. Because of that, the Emissary targeted them immediately. He ordered the local warlords to lay siege to their ancestral fortress."

"A siege," Dante said, his voice completely flat.

"An execution," Leo corrected him grimly. "Fifty thousand Beast-Kin warriors have surrounded their keep. It’s located just a few miles north of here. The descendants are trapped. They cannot break the line, and the Emissary has ordered that no one is allowed to leave alive."

Dante didn’t ask any more questions. He had all the information he needed.

Silas knew Dante was coming. The Arch-Administrator had likely warned the Enforcer that Dante possessed the key to the continents. Silas had set up a massive, continent-wide trap, utilizing mind-controlled NPC armies to do his dirty work.

"Where is the fortress?" Dante asked calmly.
