The Tier-9 Earth Lizard failed to hit the Golden Eagle Beast. The improved beast powder scent was making the beast even madder.

The eyes of the Earth Lizard turned crimson. It raised its long tail and began to charge an attack.

A sand vortex began to manifest in the blink of an eye. It slowly transformed into a huge ball that spewed out rocks, pebbles, and stones.

The Tier-9 Earth Lizard let out a roar. It once again raised its tail to charge the attack.

On the other hand, Elder John saw the changes in the Tier-9 Earth Lizard. He knew about Tier-9 Beasts.

Earth Lizards were known for their patience, but what he saw in front of him was something different.

"The beast seems to be agitated," John said.

Hearing that, the faces of Head Harold and City Governor Martin changed because they knew what had happened.

They could guess the matter was related to the improved Beast Powder, but they didn’t want to talk about it now.

Just then, two more figures rushed in their direction. The two were elders from the special base: Elder Allen and Elder Smith.

Elder John and the others had departed from the special base at the same time, but Elder John used his Lifeline Beast to get to the location faster.

Elder John greeted the two elders. Both of them were older than him. Elder John introduced them to the City Governor, Head Harold, and the others.

After finishing the quick introductions, the two elders turned toward the giant lizard. They had spotted the giant lizard earlier.

The massive size of the lizard stunned them, but they had known about the beast before coming here. Furthermore, their Lifeline Beasts happened to be earth types as well.

"Elders, let’s get to work," John said to them.

Hearing that, both elders nodded their heads and released their Lifeline Beasts. Two massive beasts with a shoulder height of over 7 meters landed on the ground.

Boom!

One of them was a Brown Rock Salamander, known for its powerful earth defense ability. It was the Lifeline Beast of Elder Allen.

The other one was similar to the Earth Lizard species, but from a different family.

It was a Stone Lizard, the Lifeline Beast of Elder Smith. The distinct feature of the Stone Lizard was its elongated body with two tails.

Even though the Stone Lizard was smaller than the Tier-9 Earth Lizard, both beasts were actually among the stronger Tier-8 beasts.

They only had a one-tier difference, yet the size and power of the Tier-9 Earth Lizard were off the charts.

Boom!

Both the Brown Rock Salamander and the Stone Lizard received commands from their Beast Tamers to keep the Tier-9 Lizard busy. Next, they rushed out from the spot.

Not long after moving forward, the Stone Lizard burrowed into the ground until half of its body was submerged. Similarly, the Brown Rock Salamander used its ability.

The surface of its body became like solid rock. Both of them charged toward the Tier-9 Lizard.

Seeing that, City Governor Martin, Head Harold, the Head of the Beast Taming Association, and the Dean of Central University felt a glimmer of hope.

Boom!

It didn’t take long for the two beasts to reach the Tier-9 Lizard.

They immediately began to attack. The Stone Lizard used its ability against the Tier-9 Lizard. The hard, solid ground became wet all of a sudden and began to surge toward the legs of the Tier-9 beast.

Tremor!

The Tier-9 Lizard, which was focusing on the Tier-8 Golden Eagle, became alerted all of a sudden. But before the beast could react, the wet sand reached its front legs.

A massive wave of wet sand began to cover the front-left leg. The wet sand spread all over the leg before petrifying it like a statue.

It was the ability of the Stone Lizard to turn its target into stone. It targeted the left leg and turned it into a statue.

Roar!

The Tier-9 Lizard let out a roar. It hadn’t expected to receive such a sudden attack.

On the other hand, the Brown Rock Salamander was not idle either. It had the ability to manipulate massive boulders and rocks.

It began to surround the massive lizard with rocks and boulders of all shapes.

Boom!

At first, a massive rock over 15 meters in size appeared behind the Tier-9 Lizard. In the blink of an eye, three more massive black rocks appeared at the front, left, and right sides.

They surrounded the Tier-9 Lizard like a rock wall on all four sides. Not only that, but the Stone Lizard stayed in continuous action.

After turning the front-left leg into stone, it targeted the front-right leg. The right leg of the Tier-9 Lizard turned to stone as well.

Screech!

The Tier-8 Golden Eagle was circling in the sky. It recognized the Stone Lizard and the Brown Rock Salamander.

The three of them had fought together against the Corrupted Beasts in many battles at the special base.

Seeing its two friends in action, the bird beast released a wind attack once again.

Boom!

Like a small tornado, the massive wind-force attack struck the top of the Tier-9 Lizard’s head.

Roar!

The Tier-9 Earth Lizard let out a furious roar. It entered an extremely maddened state. It raised its tail and used the sand vortex.

Boom!

Three sand vortex attacks manifested in the air at the same time. In a flash, the three sand vortexes struck the rock walls at the front, left, and right sides.

The rock walls were blasted away the next second.
