Jeremy Night entered the green patch area. The helmet device was recording everything. He used his second eye power to observe the place.

He didn’t find any corrupted beasts lurking there. It gave him confidence to explore. He then continued to go forward.

He came across different plants and trees. It didn’t take long for him to discover the reason behind the greenery.

He saw a small lake ahead. When he got there, he saw the footprints of corrupted beasts on the ground. They were not old.

He decided not to stay there any longer. He turned around and returned to the border stretch quickly.

After coming back to the border stretch, he continued walking alone. The mission was to explore the land behind the border here.

But he had encountered the Tier-7 Gray Spider Beast earlier. He would wait until Stella recovered completely.

Jeremy heard Stella’s voice.

"Yeah, it is. No wonder the area was blank on the map. At least they should have marked the dangers," he replied in his mind.

The sound came from the mud hole for a couple of seconds. Then it stopped. Jeremy Night didn’t move from his spot.

He then looked around him and found a fist-sized stone. He thought his movements had triggered the mud hole.

Next, he picked up the fist-sized stone and threw it into the distance.

The stone flew past the mud hole and landed a hundred metres ahead of it. When it landed on the ground.

It created a small thud. Seeing that, Jeremy Night thought it was solid ground.

After a couple of seconds, he felt the tremor again. His eyes widened in disbelief as he spotted cracks on the ground again.

The cracks started to expand.

With a loud sound, another mud hole appeared on the ground. The mud hole was 20 metres wide, even bigger than the previous one.

Jeremy Night broke out into a cold sweat. He could not imagine what was inside the mud hole. If it were the elders, they could use their flight ability to get out.

But he was only a Tier-3 Beast Tamer now. He needed to be at least a Tier-5 Beast Tamer to use the flight ability.

[Are you going to continue with the mission?]

Jeremy heard Stella’s voice.

Hearing that, Jeremy Night calmed his heart.

"The helmet device is recording everything. I cannot go back empty-handed. The rewards are huge. Maybe I could help you hatch earlier with the resources," he replied in his mind.
