Nathan’s Point of View

"You haven’t gotten any work done, Ethan said as he walked into my office.

"You haven’t either," I replied. It wasn’t a question. We both knew that we hadn’t gotten anything done that day. We didn’t get any sleep the night before either. It was because Kate wasn’t with us.

"No," Ethan said as he sat on the couch in my office.

"This is ridiculous. We need to talk to Kate about moving in with us," I said

"No. We promised her that we weren’t going to make her do anything she wasn’t comfortable with. We can’t force her to move in. If we do, she will hate us," Ethan said, and I sighed.

"I know, man. I just can’t stand being away from her," I said

"Me neither." Suddenly Ethan’s cell rang, and he answered the call. I listened in

"Hello, Alpha, this is Principal Vance. I am contacting you because one of the Pack Members, Sara Hale, was in a fight at school and we would like for you to come up here if that is possible."

"Did you call her parents?" Ethan asked

"Yes."

"Good! We will be on our way," Ethan said, and he ended the call.

"Why didn’t you tell them that her parents can deal with it?" I asked

"Because this gives us a reason to see Kate," Ethan said

"Right," I replied, and we headed outside. We decided to take a limo to the school.

I wondered why Sara would get into a fight. She had never gotten into trouble at school before. I knew that she was the cousin of one of the shewolves named Monica. I had fucked Monica a few times before. Thinking about that now made me feel disgusted with myself.

Once we were at the school, we headed inside. I was shocked when we got closer to the office and saw that Kate was in there with Rose and a very bruised-up Sara. I was upset when I heard Sara tell Kate that Ethan and I were going to leave her for Monica. Ethan was also upset.

"You are not worth my time or my Alpha’s time. You will see that I am right once they get back with Monica," Sara said, and that pissed me off. I could have killed her.

"What did you just say to my mate?" I asked

"Yeah, I couldn’t have heard you right. Did you just say that we were going to get back with Monica? I know I couldn’t have heard you right?" Ethan added.

"I, um," Sara said softly as she looked at Ethan and me. I didn’t miss the way she was shaking.

"Alpha Nathan, Alpha Ethan, the principal is waiting for you inside with their parents and Alpha Derek."

"Okay," Ethan said

"Are you okay, Princess?" Ethan asked Kate softly as we helped her get up from her seat

"Yes, I am fine," Kate replied. Ethan hugged and kissed her and then moved out of the way for me to look at her.

"Did she hurt you, Love?" I asked

"No," Kate replied as I looked her up and down, making sure she didn’t have a scratch on her. If she did, then Sara would have to pay severely for putting her hands on my mate.

"We will be back in a minute," Ethan said

"Okay," Kate replied, and Ethan and I walked into the principal’s office, where Kate’s parents, Sara’s parents, and Derek were in the room talking to the Principal.

"I feel that Kate should be punished more for what she did to my daughter," Sara’s mom said as we walked inside.

"That is Luna Kate to you," I said, and everyone looked at me.

"Alpha Ethan, Alpha Nathan, thanks for coming at such short notice."

"What is going on here?" I asked

"Well, from my understanding, Kate and Sara got into an argument. Kate ended up putting her hands on Sara, so she will be suspended," the principal said

"It isn’t right that Sara isn’t getting punished. I know my sister, and she woudln’t have hit anyone unless someone pushed her to it," Derek said

"I agree," Michael added.

"So do we. I overheard Sara saying some awful things to Kate as soon as we walked into the office. We overheard Sara taunting Kate. Is that the way you raised your daughter? I disrespect her, Luna?" I asked

"Of course not, Alpha Nathan. We would never disrespect Luna Kate," Sara’s mom said.

"That’s good then. I expect Sara to apologize to Kate, and she will be punished," Ethan said

"Yes, Alpha," Sara’s dad said

After Sara apologized to Kate, we left the school. Kate ended up riding back to the Bloodmoon Pack with Ethan and me in the limo.

"What did she say to you, Love?" I asked once the limo started going

"She told me about Monica and said that the two of you were going to get bored with me and go back to her," I said

"I am sorry she said that, but I want you to know that that will never happen. I was the fool that messed with her in the past. Nathan had nothing to do with her."

"Yeah, I never touched her," Ethan added.

"I believe you," I replied, and I looked at her. I could see hurt in her eyes. I hated myself for being the reason she was hurt. I made a promise to myself that I would never hurt her. I would only bring her happiness.
