Kate’s Point of View

"Ooh, I am going to miss you, Kate," Rose said as she hugged me.

"We are going to see each other every day at school, and I will visit a few times a week," I said

"I know, but it still won’t be the same," Rose said

"Yeah, I am going to miss your annoying ass," Derek added, and I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever, bighead," I replied, and he hugged me. I hugged him back.

"Remember, I am always here for you. If you need me, all you have to do is call," Derek said

"I know," I replied. We might argue sometimes, but he is my brother, and we love each other.

I hugged my mom and then my dad.

"Keep my little girl safe," My dad said

"With our lives," Ethan and Nathan said at the same time, and my dad nodded.

"You ready to go?" Ethan asked

"Yeah," I replied, and we headed to Nathan’s car. This time, Nathan sat in the back with me while Ethan drove.

"We will come visit many times," Ethan said

"I know," I replied. I was happy to be moving in with Ethan and Nathan, but I had lived in the Bloodmoon Pack my entire life. Rose was right. It wasn’t going to be the same just visiting. That had been my home since forever.

Once we were at the Redmoon Pack, we got out of the car and headed up to our room. That was strange. I had a room with my mates.

I only packed a few of my belongings at the Bloodmoon Pack. Ethan and Nathan had basically bought me a brand new wardrobe, so I decided to keep most of the clothes in my room back at my parents’ house.

There was a knock on the door, and Ethan went downstairs to get it. I suddenly heard a female voice I knew. Farrah. A while later, she was in the room.

"Kate, I am so happy you decided to move in. You have no idea how angry they are when you aren’t around. They have been putting the pack through hell in training. Worse than before," Farrah said

"That is enough, Farrah," Nathan said

"We have to go take care of some pack stuff. We will be back later," Ethan said

"Okay," I replied

"Don’t worry. I will keep Kate company," Farrah said

"We know you will," Nathan said

Ethan hugged me and kissed the top of my head, and then Nathan did the same thing.

"Don’t get into any trouble, you two," Ethan said

"We won’t," Farrah said with a sweet smile. Ethan and Nathan rolled their eyes and then left.

"How about we go to the lake? Some of the Pack Members that you go to school with will be there," Farrah said

"Okay," I replied. It would be nice for me to get out and do things with the pack. I was mated to the Alphas, and it was only right for me to get to know the pack.

I decided to change from the dress I had on into a pair of blue jean shorts and a red short-sleeved blouse. It was a nice warm night with a little bit of wind. The sky was clear, and I could see the stars and a half moon.

"The Lake was full when we arrived. Just like Farrah said, I knew some of the people that were there. They went to school with me. Some I was already cool with

"Hey, Farrah, hey Kate," Lance, one of the guys that went to school with me, said. We weren’t the best of friends, but we talked from time to time when we were in a class together

"Hey, Lance."

"I am shocked to see you here. You want a drink?" Lance said

"Yeah," I replied

"I will take her to get it, Lance," Farrah said

"Right, well, I will see you later," Lance said

"See ya," I replied

"You know Lance?" Farrah asked

"Yeah, he is in some of my classes," I replied

"Oh," Farrah said as we walked over to get a drink. We both got a wine cooler and went to sit on one of the huge rocks.

Three of the girls that I went to school with came over to talk to me.

"So, are you staying here?" One of the girls named Paris asked

"Yes," I replied, and they all started to smile.

"Thank the Goddess. Alpha Ethan and Alpha Nathan have been giving us a hard time in training. They have been worse than usual. Hopefully with you here, they will calm down," Paris said, and everyone nodded.

"See, I told you," Farrah said

I had a good time that night. I met a lot of the pack members, and most seemed happy that I was there. I noticed a woman with red hair and brown eyes who kept staring at me, well, glaring at me.

"Who is that?" I asked Farrah

"Oh, that’s Monica," Farrah replied, and Monica started walking towards me.
