But Sword Maestro shook his head and said, "Point or not, the fact remains that she committed a grave offense by hiding this very important information. If we had known that he possessed a Divine Spark and could use it to suppress our Authority by taking on more Entropy, we wouldn’t have descended like that."

"If any of us had hidden such crucial information, we would all have blamed them too. Just because you did something we wouldn’t have done doesn’t mean you’re blameless."

"Well, you’re wrong," Heavenly Eye retorted. "The fact that you would have done the same thing means that you have no right to blame me. I might be at fault here for hiding the information, but only someone who wouldn’t have done what I did can blame me."

With a sigh of frustration, Tepid Scholar said, "Let’s ignore who is at fault here. At this point, it is too late to worry about that."

Then he said to Heavenly Eye, "My question is this: what were you hoping would happen?"

"You knew he had a Divine Spark, so defeating us was set in stone. Yet, you came down with an avatar. You even brought two avatars."

"What were you planning to do with the avatars? Did you have a plan to take advantage of your information advantage?"

"First of all, I didn’t think he was going to be this strong," she began. "He was supposed to have a Grand Dao at best. And I didn’t think he could absorb Golden Sun’s Cave Heaven for a quick power up."

"I expected some problems dealing with him. In fact, I expected many of you to die in the fight, which was why I planned to stay back, keep myself safe, and then swoop in at the last moment to reap all of the benefits."

"By my estimates, he should have run out of steam fighting the avatars of three of us. At most four of us. But for some reason, his Entropy isn’t increasing."

"I don’t know if his Entropy isn’t increasing because we weren’t putting enough pressure on him or if the Divine Spark can reduce the backslash of Entropy somewhat."

"It could also be that his Divine Mountain is removing his Entropy somehow. I don’t know. Anyway, according to my plan, he shouldn’t be able to overwhelm all of us like this."

Tepid Scholar, with a grim face and a solemn voice, said, "So not only does he possess a Divine Spark and a Divine Mountain, but his Devouring Supreme Metac is a Cosmic Dao, not a Grand Dao like it should be, and his Entropy isn’t increasing as it should."

"Is that all?" he asked her. "Or did I miss something?"

In response, she snorted and said with sarcasm, "Thank you for making a summary of the obvious."

Tepid Scholar ignored her sarcastic tone and said, "Clearly, your plan has failed. What next?"

Before she could reply, Sword Maestro said, "I think what we need to do is not give up and keep pressuring him. If we pressure him too much, he is bound to take on too much Entropy and be forced to stop using his Divine Spark to pressure us."

Hearing this, Heavenly Eye nodded and said, "That can work. Let’s try it."

When no one said anything, she frowned and said, "I know that many of you have given up to save yourself from taking up Entropy from a losing fight. But if you don’t continue to resist, you will never stand a chance to save your avatars."

Finally, someone spoke. It was Martial Will, and he said, "I still can’t believe that dragon is a world. And a super world at that. How did he manage it?"

"That’s true," Sword Maestro said with a peculiar expression on his face. "How did a dragon become a world, and how did that world become a super world and we didn’t notice?"

As they thought of the possible answers to this question, they all glanced at Heavenly Eye occasionally. When she saw the way they were looking at her, she decided to speak up to defend herself.

She rolled her eyes and said, "I didn’t have anything to do with this dragon. I don’t know this dragon, and I don’t know any dragon."

"According to my understanding, the dragon race has been nearly wiped out. So this is a surprise to me as much as it is to all of you."

But Martial Will sneered and said, "Somehow, I find that difficult to believe."

She wanted to speak up again, but Tepid Scholar interrupted her, saying, "Alright, alright. There is no need to argue about who likes to hide information or enemies. Let’s all work together to resist this dragon/super world entity."

Martial Will grumbled and said, "I hope this works."

When Tepid Scholar heard what Martial Will said, he chuckled and said to Martial Will in a secret message, "I hope this is not just a ploy to get us to take on more Entropy than necessary so that Heavenly Eye will be able to compete with us after she loses two of her pathways."

Hearing this, Martial Will paused his action of making his giant avatar resist the black forcefield imprisoning him. Then he said out loud in frustration, "Damn it. Damn it all."

Sword Will, who heard his shout, asked in concern, "What’s the problem?"

Martial Will replied, "It was nothing. I was just frustrated by the turn of events."

Secretly, he was shouting at Tepid Scholar, saying, "Why did you have to tell me that? Now I don’t know if I’m actually doing anything useful or just digging a grave for myself."

This matter was very serious to him, but Tepid Scholar only found it amusing. The Dao Lord of the Myriad Phenomenon laughed at his frustration.

In anger, Martial Will said, "Stop laughing and tell me if we’re doing this or not? If you’re not going to say anything useful, shut up and fuck off."
