As he was destroying the Central Domain, he felt goodwill from the Blessed Heaven World around him. Based on what he could perceive, it seemed his actions were acceptable to the Will of the Blessed Heaven World.
In fact, the Will of the Blessed Heaven World seemed to be encouraging him to do more. The world seemed to be whispering in his ears, urging him to do more faster and more thoroughly.
Sensing the feelings of the world, he chuckled and said, ’I’ll do what you want, but you will owe me a favor. After all, I am risking my life here.’
Actually, he didn’t need any encouragement from the Will of the Blessed Heaven World, and he certainly didn’t need payment for what he was about to do. He was going to do it anyway because it would grant him a lot of benefits.
But he wasn’t going to admit that he needed to do this for his own good. Instead, he packaged it as a gift to the Will of the Blessed Heaven World. He also made it a gift that would be reciprocated sometime in the future.
In its current state, the Will of the Blessed Heaven World couldn’t speak to reply to him. It could only express its acceptance of the offer by expressing more goodwill to him.
Loki took the goodwill as permission to ramp up his speed. Without the Blessed Heaven World to resist him, he let loose, spreading the black force field further and deeper into the ground.
He became a massive black sun moving through the world and destroying everything in his wake. The Blessed Heaven World liked what he was doing, but the Sea of Worlds as a whole still hated him, though.
The space of the Sea of Worlds struck back against his antics, increasing the backlash of using his power in hopes of discouraging him. Because of the resistance of the Sea of Worlds, the backlash of Entropy from utilizing his Metacs increased exponentially every moment. Unfortunately for the Sea of Worlds, he didn’t seem to care about this.
High above in the sky, Black Chain’s eyes were spitting fire as he looked down. His eyes were literally shooting out flames. Thongs of highly energetic particles burst forth from his eyes because of his anger.
He didn’t say anything, but it was clear that he was seething with anger. Some Dao Lords saw these and wisely chose to keep their mouths shut. But one Dao Lord in particular didn’t know what was good for him.
As if he didn’t know what fear was, Martial Will said, "What a sight!"
His voice was full of admiration and appreciation for what he was seeing. He expressed these emotions as if he didn’t care that it would offend anyone.
He even said to Tepid Scholar, "How do you suppose he is doing this? The Entropy should be too much to bear by now, right?"
Tepid Scholar shook his head and said in reply, "I am as clueless as you are. I can’t see into him, and I can’t read his thoughts, so he is as much of an enigma to you as he is to me."
"He seems like a new Dao Lord, though. So maybe he is just ignorant of the price to pay to deal with Entropy. He probably thinks he can get rid of it easily."
When Sword Maestro heard this, he chuckled and said, "I’ve been there. Like me, he will come to learn the errors of his ways soon enough."
As for Martial Will, he glanced briefly at Heavenly Eye as he said, "If only there was someone who could look into his Cave Heaven to see why he is so special."
Heavenly Eye knew that he was talking to her, so she said, "I can’t see anything either. There is a mysterious force blocking my sight."
She spoke up quickly to dispel any ideas that the other Dao Lords might have. As for whether she was speaking the truth, no one could be certain. The only thing they could be sure about was her unwillingness to help them.
Martial Will didn’t believe her, so his multicolored eyes were full of suspicion as he said, "What a pity? It is so rare to find something that you can’t see through. I guess you’ve finally met your match."
"It would seem so," Heavenly Eye replied without looking at him.
Her eyes were fixed on the humanoid wolf figure below. Nearly every Dao Lord was looking at the rampaging wolf figure, so what she was doing wasn’t anything out of place at the moment.
In fact, it was Martial Will who was behaving out of place at the moment. Instead of focusing on the wolf figure, he kept stealing glances at Heavenly Eye.
Anyone who didn’t know better would think he was smitten with her. Fortunately, no one was so clueless here. Everyone knew that what he actually wanted to do was to smite her.
Down below, as Loki ravaged the world, he moved in a straight line. He moved quickly too and was nearly at the world barrier when he stopped.
From their vantage point, it looked like he stopped because he had smashed into something. He was moving quickly at one moment. But then he suddenly stopped as if he ran into an invisible wall.
Because of the collision, what he smashed into also became exposed. The Dao Lords saw the space in the area ripple as if something was hiding within it.
Just as they were confused, a bright light burst out from the hidden space. The bright light was golden, and it appeared in the world like a rising sun.
Accompanying the golden sun was a voice full of determination, saying, "Let us die together."
Then the whole place exploded with a bright golden light. In a flash, the golden light expanded into a golden sphere that grew and smashed into the black sphere around Loki.
