Actually, Money Body’s tendency to be a sore loser was one of the reasons he didn’t tell Money Body that he was the super world that would help him advance to rank 9. He knew that Money Body didn’t like to be ordered around by people, so he didn’t dare to point out that he would be Money Body’s boss if he chose to become a dragon.

The other reason he didn’t tell Money Body that he was the rank 9 super world was that it was a secret he didn’t want to tell anyone. What Money Body said about super worlds being the only way to advance to rank 9 proved that keeping his power a secret was the correct decision to make.

As for why he didn’t offer to help Money Body create the Supreme Metac right from the start, it was to avoid making Money Body suspicious.

He had seen what Money Body would do to prevent him from getting the incomplete Supreme Metac. So he didn’t want to take any chances this time around with the more precious completed Supreme Metac.

His plan was to make Money Body come up with the idea of creating a Supreme Metac himself. This way, he wouldn’t suspect that Loki had something to gain from it. This was why he didn’t stop at turning Money Body into a dragon.

He could have made Money Body a dragon with three Divine Positions. Instead, he made Money Body a dragon with five Divine Positions.

Five Divine Positions was exactly the minimum requirement needed to create a Supreme Metac. So Money Body was tempted to create a Supreme Metac when Loki helped him to gain five complete rank 8 Divine Positions.

There was also the fact that if he didn’t create a Supreme Metac, he would have to become a dragon king’s lackey. Money Body didn’t like it.

The combination of what he didn’t like and what he liked pushed Money Body to make the decision to risk his life in creating a Supreme Metac. Then Loki swooped in to reap the benefits.

When he thought about his plan, he smiled and said, "And that’s how you get something from someone willing to kill themselves to prevent you from getting their life’s work. You make them an offer they can’t refuse and give them the materials they need to make their own noose. Then you hang them dry like salted fish."

As he spoke, he spread the black force field around him. He was using this to find the opening of the spatial channel into Money Body’s Cave Heaven.

While he was doing this, he had a grin and a look of anticipation on his face. This was partly because this would be the first time he would be assimilating Monarch Money Body’s Cave Heaven.

Of course, the main reason for his anticipation was that he would get to loot something he had never had the opportunity to take in all of the plundering he had done before.

This special thing that he would get to plunder for the first time made him wonder, thinking, ’I wonder how I will look with a golden crown over my head. I should be quite the dashing young man.’

He had a lot of reasons to be happy and full of joy. But there was also something that made him solemn and apprehensive.

This thing he was worried about made him think, ’What I did with Money Body was impressive. But jokes aside. Can every Dao Lord do it or am I the only one who can do something like that?’

’I have a feeling that every Dao Lord can kill cultivators who use their Divine Positions to create their Supreme Metacs and rob the Supreme Metacs. After all, if we both create Divine Positions, we should both have control of it.’

’Maybe I’m overthinking it. But if I’m right, it means it is impossible for anyone to escape a pathway by creating their own Supreme Metac.’

The more he thought about the power that Dao Lords had over the cultivators in their pathways and the contingencies that the Dao Lords had put in place to restrict their cultivators, the heavier his heart became.

The first contingency that he has noticed is the ability to kill a divine being or capture their soul through the Divine Position of the pathway that they have in their Cave Heaven. This is a contingency he has experienced personally.

He experienced it when he stole a medium world and refused to pay the fine. The sect decided to demote him and enslave his soul. He had only escaped this move by reversing time with the Rewind Metac.

The second contingency is the ability of Dao Lords to know the situation of the Cave Heaven of their divine beings through the Divine Position.

This is more of a power that Dao Lords have over cultivators in their pathway. Thanks to this privilege, they can make sure no one crosses the limit that they’ve set on the size of the Cave Heaven of divine beings.

The third contingency is to limit the number of Divine Positions that divine beings can have. As long as they don’t have five Divine Positions, divine beings will never be able to create their Supreme Metac and escape.

The fourth contingency is to make the Divine Position incomplete. Because of this, Divine Positions are stuck at rank 6. So Divine Positions can’t reach rank 8, which will result in a higher consumption of lifespan when they are used to create Supreme Metacs.

The incomplete state of Divine Positions also makes the cultivation of divine beings reliant on the Supreme Metac of that pathway. This makes it easy for Dao Lords to remove the cultivation of divine beings.

So if a rank 8 cultivator is caught trying to create a Supreme Metac, their cultivation can be stripped away from them. Once their cultivation falls, they should fail in creating the Supreme Metac.
