The spirit of the Money Pathway asked saying, "What could it be looking or down there, and what could it be doing in the river of death? or does it simply have a death wish and is looking for a place to die?"

The series of questions silenced all of them. The fact that they had nothing to say about it made the situation too serious to joke about.

The spirit of the Death Pathway also said, "And let’s not forget that every member of the Giant Zombie Alliance just died. They all died instantly and at the same time. It seemed they encountered an overwhelming force that struck them dead instantly."

"Even Giant Zombie seems to be in dire straits. His Divine Positions dimmed for a while, and his Life Fire weakened for a bit. So he is not in a good situation. What I can’t understand is why this is the case?"

But the spirit of the Mind Hunter Pathway shook its head, saying, "What I am more concerned about is how a clueless slave who just became free would turn into a dragon. After you’ve explained that, then we should talk about how that escaped slave became a dragon king in the blink of an eye."

The spirit of the Money Pathway also added its own uncertainties when it said, "Do you think the rank 9 wolf and the dragon are working together? I think they are working together. I also think a Dao Lord is behind all of this."

The voice of the spirit of the Death Pathway became grave as it said, "If that is true, then everything makes sense. But it also means that one of the seven Dao Lords, or even all of them, has decided to make a move against us."

At the end of the day, the spirit of the Forging Pathway sighed and said, "At least, we’ve told the big guy. He should be here any time soon. When he comes, we will know what is going on."

Down below in the river of death, the Time Traveler, as he called himself, was deep in thought. He, too, had questions on his mind that needed answers.

He asked himself the most important question, saying, "Why has the Rewind Metac been destroyed? What happened to my reincarnation? Was he exposed and destroyed?"

He didn’t have a body, so he couldn’t frown. But if he had a body and a face, there would be a frown on his face, and his brows would be furrowed.

As a disembodied remnant of the soul of a Dao Lord, the best he can do in this trying times to show his agitation was to flicker through the sky like an erratic firefly.

This method worked a bit in reducing his anxiety. But the progress was slow, and his problem was big, so his anxiety was bound to remain high for a long time to come.

"Who exposed my reincarnation? How did they do it? And what’s with the Future Self Metac?"

He can’t remember his encounter with Ragnarok, so his memory of the Rewind Metac is stuck at the point where the Rewind Metac was sent off to help him reincarnate.

This meant he didn’t remember sending the Future Self Metac into the past. So he was very surprised when he sensed another Future Self Metac out there in the wild.

When two different versions of the same Divine Metac appeared, as the controller of the pathway, he had to decide which of the Future Self Metacs would continue to exist. It was a decision he had to make since his Supreme Metac didn’t have space within it for two versions of the same Divine Metac.

He couldn’t create extra space in his Supreme Metac for the other Future Self Metac, so he had to pick one. Common sense should dictate that he pick the one with him that had an explanation for its existence and was within his grasp, ready to be used at any moment.

But he had chosen to let the strange Future Self Metac in the outside world live. This decision caused the Future Self Metac in his hand to crumble and disappear.

He had made this decision to prioritize the unexplained Future Self Metac because the fact that he didn’t know why it came from didn’t mean that other versions of himself in the future didn’t know.

At the end of the day, the Future Self Metac was his and under the control of his Supreme Metac. So there should be nothing to worry about in terms of risk to himself.

He still didn’t know how another Future Self Metac appeared, especially since he didn’t have the Rewind Metac anymore. But now that the Rewind Metac was destroyed, he was beginning to realize that a lot of things were happening in the background that he was not privy to.

"So the Rewind Metac has been destroyed, and my first option for reincarnation has probably one with it. This leaves my second option with the Future Self Metac. If I successfully use the second option to reincarnate, then all of these will be worth it."

Then he said with a worried voice, "I just hope this one isn’t caught and destroyed too. I wish I could communicate with it to tell it to meet Money Body. With Money Body’s help, it will be able to grow quickly."

The destruction of the Rewind Metac isn’t a particularly painful loss to him. Since the blueprint for Rewind Metac is still there within his Supreme Metac, he can just remake it.
