To create the new Rewind Metac, he will need some law fragments and some lifespan. These are things he would be able to do with a divine body and a Life Fire.
For now, he can’t remake the Rewind Metac. He can’t make any Divine Metac since he is dead. But once he bounces back to his feet as a living being, this is a problem that can be fixed.
The problem with this situation is that the Rewind Metac had been destroyed altogether. It should have been nearly impossible for his reincarnation to die since they can rewind time.
The only way his reincarnation can die is if they run out of lifespan from reversing time too much, or a Dao Lord takes action against them. If it is the former, the Rewind Metac should still be safe.
The loss of all of their lifespan shouldn’t lead to the destruction of the Rewind Metac, though. Even if someone else had taken it, he should still be able to sense it. The situation shouldn’t be like this where he can’t sense the Rewind Metac at all.
The only reason he can think of for why the Rewind Metac is destroyed is that a powerful, overwhelming power took action to destroy the reincarnation. He guessed that this was done to prevent the reincarnation from reversing time.
If a powerful being took action against his reincarnation, then it is likely that his existence had been exposed. This is why he is so worried.
While he was agonizing about his chances of reincarnating successfully, it sensed someone moving just outside of its Cave Heaven. This drew his attention, so he stopped thinking about what could have happened and instead started focusing on what was happening.
Not just anyone can enter his Cave Heaven. Even if they find it, they still need his permission to enter.
Many times, he has turned away entities that were too powerful to suppress once they entered his Cave Heaven. This is how he has managed to keep himself safe in this place.
When he sensed that the entity that came was a rank 9 being with considerable power, he shook his head inwardly and said, "Forget it. I’m not interested in meeting anyone."
He was interested in knowing more about this entity since they didn’t have any of the signature signs that they belonged to the pathways of any of the Dao Lords. He would like to know how they came to be, but he wasn’t willing to take the risk right now.
In light of the recent exposure of his reincarnation, he is too wary of outsiders to entertain guests in his last place of refuge. So he refused to let the entity in.
Outside the Cave Heaven, the manifestation of Fenrir roamed around the area for a long time. This development confused Loki, who was controlling the manifestation.
In an attempt to find a solution, he thought to himself, ’Did he recognize me from last time? It shouldn’t be so, right?`
`He shouldn’t have memories of me since it was only a Divine Metac of his that went back into time with me. Besides, I was never a wolf the last time we met, and Fenrir was never exposed to him.’
’So he shouldn’t have memories of me, and even if he did, he shouldn’t be able to recognize that this manifestation is me. If he can remember me and identify me through this manifestation, then I might have a big problem on my hands.’
’Or could it be that I am in the wrong place? I shouldn’t have forgotten something like that. Or did he move his Cave Heaven?’
’It should be impossible for him to move his Cave Heaven since it is in a time loop. Even if he moved it, it should only be temporary. The Cave Heaven should return to its place soon.’
After the possibility that the Cave Heaven was moved popped into his mind, he decided to roam around the area just to be sure. But this turned out to be a waste of time. He spent over ten minutes doing so, but there was no change.
He didn’t expect to spend this much time waiting since he hadn’t spent more than a second in this location the last time he was here. Now that he was spending minutes in the same spot, he was beginning to doubt himself, and the idea that he went to the wrong place began to take root and grow in his mind.
There was also the possibility that Time Traveler remembered him and was avoiding him because of it. But he didn’t want to believe this was the case since it should be impossible, and because it would be problematic.
Instead of believing that Time Traveler could recognize him, he pivoted to more reasonable explanations. One of these reasonable explanations had to do with his newfound power.
As he thought of it, he grinned and said, ’Surely he couldn’t refuse me because he is afraid of my power? If so, then he is right to be worried cos I planned to eat him if he can’t answer my questions.’
He also planned to eat Time Traveler even if the fallen Dao Lord could answer his questions. Either way, he wanted to have the Timeloop Supreme Metac for himself.
Unfortunately, all of his hopes will have to go down the drain now that Time Traveler has refused to meet him. This made him frustrated and angry.
He wanted to shout and say, "If you don’t let me through, I will expose your existence."
He wasn’t sure if Time Traveler would be able to hear him in the absolute silence of the river of death. But even if Time Traveler could hear his threat, he couldn’t make the threat at all because he had sworn an oath not to intentionally expose Time Traveler’s existence.
Since there was nothing else to do, he could only grumble about how he had wasted his time. After grumbling, he deactivated the manifestation.
