’Hah... I really don’t know how I’m supposed to defeat this damn crab.’
’Without my powers, I’m just an ordinary human.’
Jinhoo glanced around, trying to find something he could use to defeat the skull crab. However, all he found was a pile of wooden debris that already looked broken and rotten.
"Ugh..."
The crab stopped in front of Jinhoo, preparing to crush him.
Just as the crab was about to attack, Jinhoo used the last of his strength to stand up and run toward the residential area.
The crab immediately began chasing after him.
They continued running after each other like a cat and mouse.
However, the area gradually became narrower, making it increasingly difficult for the crab to chase Jinhoo.
’To use Nano, I need to expend my energy, but I don’t have any energy right now. That makes me no different from an ordinary human... But I’m not stupid enough to fight without thinking.’
Jinhoo thought as he continued running through the increasingly narrow area.
The crab kept chasing him despite the shrinking space.
Even so, the crab tried to destroy the buildings blocking its path.
Jinhoo stopped for a moment and looked behind him.
He saw that the crab was having trouble following him.
His eyes then fell on the space beneath the crab’s legs.
’Good. This is my chance. I just need to stall for time until Min-seo finishes dealing with the others.’
With that, Jinhoo turned around and ran as fast as he could without his powers.
He was already close to the crab. With a quick movement, he dragged himself underneath its legs.
Seeing this, the crab turned around to chase Jinhoo again, but it appeared to get stuck between the houses.
Jinhoo, who saw this, stopped in his tracks.
He turned around and began striking a mocking pose toward the skull crab.
"Hahaha! You’re only big because of your body! You can’t even catch me!"
The skull crab seemed to grow furious. It moved one of its claws, preparing to destroy the houses blocking its path.
With a single motion, the crab brought the building crashing down.
Jinhoo immediately fell silent when he saw it.
His body began trembling.
"Damn."
Those words alone said everything.
He immediately regretted what he’d done.
Without wasting another second, he turned around and ran with all his strength.
’Damn it!! I shouldn’t have provoked it!’
The crab quickened its pace, chasing Jinhoo even faster.
Jinhoo ran as hard as he could, but the crab looked like it was about to catch him.
Just then, Jinhoo finally managed to escape the residential area.
It was the same place where they had started earlier.
However, a bolt of blue lightning suddenly struck his body from the side.
Jinhoo was sent flying.
Min-seo, who saw what happened, looked shocked.
"Oppa!! I’m sorry! My attack hit you! Ugh!"
Min-seo shouted while dodging the attacks from the monsters surrounding her.
’Damn it! I know these monsters very well... I used to kill them back in that forest... Back then, these damn monsters were incredibly weak and I could defeat them easily, but now they’re completely different! They’re even immune to my lightning!’
Min-seo thought as she attacked the monsters with physical strikes.
While Min-seo was busy fighting, Jinhoo lay exhausted on the ground, weakened by Min-seo’s lightning from earlier.
The crab had already caught up with him and stopped in front of Jinhoo as he lay helplessly on the ground.
The skull crab raised its claw, preparing to kill Jinhoo.
Just as its claw was about to strike Jinhoo’s head—
Jinhoo’s hand suddenly caught and stopped the skull crab’s claw.
The skull crab looked shocked to see Jinhoo suddenly able to block its attack.
Still holding the claw back, Jinhoo slowly began to rise.
"Yeah... This is it... My powers are back!"
Once he was standing, Jinhoo gathered his strength into his fist.
Then, he punched the crab with tremendous force, sending the skull crab flying into a building.
The punch was so powerful that the crab tore through several buildings.
"Hah... Bastard... I really hate crabs..."
Jinhoo looked down at his hand.
’My powers really have returned... But they’re not fully back yet. This isn’t even a quarter of my full strength... Still, it’s enough to defeat that skull crab.’
The crab emerged from the place where it had been sent flying, but its skull was severely cracked from Jinhoo’s attack.
"That punch wasn’t enough, after all."
With that, Jinhoo sprinted toward the crab.
The crab did the same, charging toward Jinhoo to launch a counterattack.
The crab attacked Jinhoo, but he easily dodged it and punched the underside of its body, causing the lower part of its skull to shatter instantly.
The crab collapsed to the ground.
The eyes that had been glowing moments ago were now extinguished, as if its life had completely vanished.
"Phew..."
Jinhoo wiped the sweat from his neck.
’This is all thanks to Min-seo’s lightning... How did that even happen?’
Jinhoo turned toward Min-seo.
Min-seo had already managed to defeat the two wolf monsters with snake-like tails.
Although her body was covered in numerous wounds, she had managed to endure.
Min-seo immediately walked toward Jinhoo.
"Oppa! Are you okay?"
Min-seo asked, looking extremely worried.
"I’m fine... I should actually thank you. Because your lightning struck me earlier, my powers managed to come back, even though they’re still not even a quarter of their original strength..."
Min-seo looked happy that she had been able to help Jinhoo. She then turned her attention toward the motionless skull crab.
"What is this?"
"This... I don’t know either... Earlier, while I was focused on watching you fight, it suddenly came from behind and attacked me. I almost died, but I managed to survive."
"Thank goodness, then... In that case, let’s go home!"
"Yeah... That was my original intention too, but there are still a few things I need to take care of. Do you want to come with me?"
"Of course! Didn’t I already tell you? I’m your bodyguard for now!"
Hearing that, Jinhoo chuckled.
"All right, then, you midget bodyguard."
"Hey! I’m not a midget! I’m 172 centimeters tall! You’re just too damn tall!"
Jinhoo laughed as he walked away.
Min-seo looked annoyed and continued complaining about it as she walked alongside Jinhoo.

Meanwhile, at Jinhoo’s house...
Kim Gae-in was lovingly watering her plants.
"Grow quickly, okay~? So I can watch you grow even more beautiful!"
She looked completely absorbed in what she was doing.
However, she failed to notice that dark clouds were beginning to approach from afar.
Gae-in didn’t notice them at all until a strong gust of wind suddenly blew past her.
She turned toward the direction where the dark clouds had appeared.
"Tch... It’s suddenly going to rain... It was so clear just a moment ago."
Inside the house, So-ah was laughing hysterically while watching a comedy show on TV.
Suddenly, she noticed dark clouds beginning to approach through the large window behind the television.
"Hmm? The clouds suddenly became so dark. It was so clear earlier that there wasn’t even a single cloud blocking the sky."
At that exact moment, So-ah, Gae-in, and Elvera suddenly felt an immense amount of energy approaching the house.
Their eyes widened simultaneously.
Elvera, who had been in her room playing games, immediately stopped and walked out.
"So-ah!"
She shouted as she approached So-ah in the living room.
"Did you feel it?"
"Yeah... There’s a huge amount of energy approaching."
The front door opened, and the two of them turned toward it.
It was Gae-in, who had just rushed inside.
"Hey! Did you two feel it too!?"
"Yeah."
Elvera replied.
They turned toward the large window, where the dark clouds could be seen approaching the house.
"This doesn’t seem like an ordinary cloud... Something is bringing them here..."
